Ipad1 with 64 gb, video not working properly. Is it fixable?

My very first iPad, I rec'd 5 yrs ago. It's a first generation and has 64 GB. I use it mostly to watch the videos - T V Shows & Movies I have downloaded on it. Today I watched a couple of short videos, then was going to watch a movie. It simply would not load. I tried with the "Video" icon and then by going to iTunes and choosing the movie I wanted. Sometimes it would not go to iTunes, it would revert back to the wallpaper. I never could get it to let me get to tech support to see if it was fixable. I am on another iPad at this time. I just love that little iPad and I love all of my movies and T V shows. This iPad I am using at present is only 16 GB so it will not support very many downloads. Help!!!

DDid you try quitting all the apps and then reset your iPad? Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Tsp and hold on an app icon until they all start to jiggle and display a minus sign. Tap on the minus sign to close out or quit the app. Then reset your ipad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously, ignoring the Red Slide to Power Off. Keep holding until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Problems with swiping, highlighting text, not working properly

Hello and new to forum as well as new to BB10. I have the Q10 model and really like it alot. However, these swiping techniques or gestures have me puzzled. Sometimes they work, and most times I find myself swiping the hell out of the screeen out of aggravation. Is there any way this can be tested as to working properly since it is a touch activated control?
I really find myself swiping three times, 5 times or more, just to get to the hub. I cannot close out a screen with one swipe. It will not copy test without repeated taps. The circle pointer is hard to get on. I realize my swiping is a new technique to me, but could it be the protective cover that was put on it? Can anyone help me try to fix this very annoying problem as I am not used to repeated attempts at trying to do something so simple as closing a program or moving to another location tab. I sure would appreciate it.

Why are videos taken with a 4S suddenly not working properly when sent to non iphone users since the update?

Suddenly non I-Phone users cannot view videos anymore, they can hear the sound, but no audio. Iphone users are having issues viewing the videos too. This all started with the 6.0 update. Please fix it or tell me how to restore my phone back to the previous update, it is quite annoying.

It sounds like you are getting some audio issues with the included Ear Buds when they are plugged in. I wanted to recommend these troublehsooting steps from the article named:

3. Disconnect and Restart
Disconnect the accessory and turn it off, if possible. Restart iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad by turning it off and then back on. When the Home screen reappears, reconnect the accessory.
4. Isolate
Isolate the issue to the accessory, if possible. Or, if available, try to reproduce the issue with another identical or similar accessory.
Examples:
If there is static coming from the left audio channel when using headphones, try connecting the headphones to a stereo, or try connecting a different set of headphones to the device.
If the device is not syncing when connected to the dock, try connecting it directly to the computer using the Dock Connector to USB Cable, or try another USB port.
6. Restore iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restore iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to its factory default state. You should rarely need to use this step with an accessory issue. If the issue only affects a third-party accessory, contact the manufacturer before restoring the device.

YouTube videos not working properly in Windows 8

Hello - I have bought my first windows 8 computer today.
One of the first things I did was install Mozilla Firefox and then Adobe Flash.
To my horror, when I tried to load a YouTube video, one second of the video clip played, then the standard YouTube error message appears.
I have checked that I have properly installed flash player, that my firewall settings are correct, and that i have the latest video drivers.
Flash seems to work on everything besides YouTube and the Microsoft help forum (the submit button wouldn't work...) this is the same in Firefox and whichever version of IE I have installed on here

Hello - at the time of writing the original post, I thought I had tried everything...
It turns out, however that Mozilla Firefox does not give you the option to enable or disable activex. As I hate Internet Explorer with a passion, I completely forgot to try disabling activex in that browser until I was absolutely forced to, when I re-read the instructions on the page that you have linked me to... (however I did this before you posted it.)
To cut a long story short, I ended up (after a solid four hours of trying different things) deleting my favourite browser (Firefox) and have now installed Google Chrome, which allows me to watch all the YouTube videos I desire... I'd just turned my computer on to remove this post when I saw that you had replied.
I shall send the Mozilla Devs an email and let them know about this issue - hopefully it will get somewhere in future updates!

Video not working properly in Quicktime

Ever since I updated to the most recent Quicktime, video files have not been playing properly in full screen mode. They work fine in the small window, but the video is jumpy in full screen, so it's more like watching a slide show than a video. I never had this problem before the update. I have already switched to Safe Mode, but that hasn't helped. Can someone help me?

That's a symptom of sites doing "browser sniffing" of the User-Agent string. IE11 is a modern browser and no longer looks like a new version of older versions of IE. However, it can be made to emulate other browsers in various ways. The simplest way is to use Compatibility View but then the site must accept requests from IE7 in Quirks mode. Other ways involve using the Developer Tools, Emulation tab (F12, Ctrl-8) but that is just a temporary override which must be reapplied each time it is needed. The best solution is for the site to start using modern practices. Otherwise switch to another browser.

Photoshop cc 2014 with Extension Builder 3 not working properly.

I can't get even the most basic panel to work in CC 2014. I have created a Default Extension Builder project in eclipse. I then follow this instructions Adobe Extension Builder and Creative Cloud 2014, but when I try to debug it, it doesn't work. The panel shows up (with nothing in it) but says "Cannot complete command because the extension could not be loaded."
I have created an extension for CC, then changing everything according to the link above, tried to start it in CC 2014 I get the same error, even though it worked in CC.
Does anyone know how I can fix this problem or what is causing it?
If not, could anyone provide me with an empty panel project made in Extension Builder that works for you, so that I can maybe figure out what the differences are.

IChat with audio but video NOT working.

I have been using iChat regulary for almost a year now with no problems whatsoever. Suddenly I cannot get a video conference going with my brother. Whether he or I initiates it it does the same thing. The conference is initiated each of us seeing a box with ourselves in it. Then when it is supposed to shoot yourself up into the corner and make you small and the other person pops up, I freeze and shoot to the corner as a frozen image. I see him just fine, but he continues to see only himself and he can HEAR us just fine. I have successfully chatted with 2 other people right before and after. I also tried to do a multi-person chat and it worked fine between myself and the third person, but as soon as my brother popped on (he took a bit longer to respond) I froze but I could still see and hear him and the other person just fine, and they could see and hear each other. But neither could see me. It also works fine between just him and another person. What in the world is going on?!?

1) DO basic Maintenance at your end.

After this it may be your ISP is doing something to your Connection speed that effects the Bandwidth.
Is you brother on a connection speed that is vastly different from your other contacts ?

Video not working properly

I tried installing all sorts of codecs, only to find that totem, and every other video/audio viewer was unable to play my file (it's avi). With totem I get a message saying Divx mp4 decoders are not install. In ffplay, mplayer, and vlc I get "illegal instruction".

The repository of archlinux.fr contains an additional codec pack (codecs-all). Perhaps this could do the trick.

Streaming Video Not Working Properly

Starting yesterday, I noticed that anytime I attempt to view a video from YouTube or any other video streaming site, the videos only load to a certain point and stop. It doesn't seem to matter what website I'm at. The load bar loads to about an inch and then that's it. Help! Thanks!

Was this problem solved? I am experiencing the same issue, on my iMac G4 and it may have started with the QT update as well. Video used to work fine, now it is choppy and eventually hangs up while the audio continues normally. This happens during playback in iTunes, Quicktime, and Foto-Magico (slideshow program)

External Table Security with OBIEE 11G is not working properly.

we just upgraded for OBIEE from 10G to 11G.
not what we had in 10G for object level and data level security is that we were using "External table" and LDAP Authentication.
Now for User we are capturing Groups in that table, so basically we have Group-level security.
so in that case we are creating Groups in External Table, RPD & Catalog.
Now we upgraded OBIEE to 11G, there we have totally different concept for security.
So here in what we have to do to implement the same concept. because we have created the Application Roles in Admin Console and Groups in Enterprise Manager with same name, and assigned same Groups to same Application Role.
now while applying security in frontend we can catalog groups options too!!! so do we have to create the same groups in catalog too?? and while applying the security to catalog which one do we need to use? "Application Role" OR "Catalog Groups"???

We need to get some help and explanations about iChat video not working.

I've read so many postings about iChat Video hoping for an answer to my problem, but not only did I not find an answer, no one else has been receiving an answer either.
I've had multiple problems with my ichat video not working.
I either get an error saying someone didn't accept which isn't the case, or I get some error-8 or something ridiculous like that.
Can we get some help from apple support or something?!

Apple don´t care about us users, unless you pay for an Apple Care Service. Try your best to follow some advices from around this forum. That´s the only help you will get.
Some people have got their iChat video working again after following some advice. By the way. I´m not one of them... I´ve tried every single tip I read here, but I´m still stuck with text chat only...

Bootcamp 3.2: Microsoft Virtual WiFi MiniPort Adapter shows "device is not working properly...Code 31"

Using Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit, Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter shows the "device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31).".The device is the Apple iMac10,1 All-in-one computer. Right clicking browse files (for the device) shows the Bootcamp (C:), DVD (D:); and my external hard drives can be selected.
Internet and WiFi connections all working ok. Am also running MacDrive 8 to access the Mac drives when in the Windows partition, again without any seeming issues.
Updating the driver simply generates another Code 31 error.
Appreciate this seems to be a known problem - is the a solution a novice use might be able to follow or should I simply ignore the error message?
Driver Date us 21/06/2006 and Driver Version is 6.1.7600.16385.

I have looked into your issue about your HP ENVY 4-1204tx Ultrabook and issues with WiFi adapter is not working properly. Error codes in Device Manager in Windows 8.1 could be fixed by deleting any extra drivers. So I would uninstall all that is listed in the Network drivers in the Device Manager, restart the Notebook. Here is a list of Device Manager options, this might help.
Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant if you need it. Just download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system that need updating or reinstalling. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Red Eye Removal not working properly

I'm having a problem with the red eye tool. I've done a search of this problem which returned no results.
I have three similar photographs, i.e, taken a few seconds a part at a wedding ceremony. I've corrected the red eye problem on the first file. However, the red eye "dots" REMAIN when I switch to the next files. If I select the red eye tool, I even get the location ovals overlaying the new picture.

Actually I've had the same problem with Red Eye Removal not working properly. Problem is intermittent and the eye was for sure red.

"Itunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/Video may not work properly".

Turned my Dell running windows 7 off 2 days ago. Turned on today. Launched ITunes and got message "Itunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/Video may not work properly".
All my albums are there but won't play.
Deleted Itunes and reinstalled. Same as before.
Any ideas ??

I was able to find an article that included the same error message you're experiencing:
iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot run because it detects an issue with QuickTime

According to that article, if you see the error message "iTunes cannot run because it has detected a problem with your audio configuration," QuickTime may need to be reinstalled. Please follow the steps below to uninstall QuickTime and then download and install QuickTime using the QuickTime standalone Installer.
On the Start menu, click Control Panel.
Follow the steps appropriate for your Windows operating system below.
Windows Vista and Windows 7: Click Uninstall a program (or if using Windows Vista's Classic View of the Control Panel, click Programs and Features) and select QuickTime in the list of currently installed programs.
Click the Remove button (or Uninstall for Windows Vista and Windows 7) and follow the prompts to remove QuickTime from your computer.
Download QuickTime. Note: There are two options for downloading QuickTime, be sure to select the option that does not include iTunes.
During the download:
If you choose to run the installer, proceed to the next step.
If you choose to save the download, double click the QuickTimeInstaller file, then proceed to next step.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install QuickTime.
Reopen iTunes.
