iPAd2 not recognised in iTunes. Tried to restore but get - unknown error (1621). Unable to update iTunes to latest. Tried everything else but no change. Any suggestions?
Now it shows error 3194!?!?

What happens when you try to view your account information (in Music Store, click on your account name in the top right corner)?
Mine lets me authorize sucessfully and shows me my account information.
I have emailed iTunes support about this and they replied with a generic answer about Deauthorizing and re-authorizing the computer.
I even tried, to no avail, the tips here...

Only happened after I got a new iPhone *(upgraded from 4 to 5c) and I downloaded the iOS 8.1.2 update.

This alert occurs when iTunes is trying to do something not allowed by the iTunes Store in that country.
The most common example of this is trying to sign in while limited to iTunes U by Parental Controls.

when i try to update my apps from itunes on my laptop i keep getting an error saying "we could not complete your itunes store request an unknown error occurred (0x800B0101)." this has been happening for a few weeks ive tried downloading the new version of itunes and checked the firewall settings but it still wont let me upgrade apps??

I've done a search on here and haven't found any solutions posted for it for windows computers. You could try posting in the iTunes For Windows forum and see if you get any suggestions in there (are you able to download other items from the store e.g. a free app ?) - I use a Mac, the only things that I could think of to suggest trying is see if you get the same error on a different iTunes library :
creating and/or opening a different iTunes library : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1589
or using a different user account on your computer in case it's a problem with that user account.
But you may want to try the iTunes For Windows forum first, apart from anything else you are likely to get better help for the above -

I have been given an Apple 3G which is in jailbreak. After restoring and updating my phone to get rid of jailbreak the iphone will not accept any updates or restoration. Unknown error 1015. Please help! I am new to all this and want to start using the phone legitimately.
I believe from the situation you describe your iPhone 3g has the iPAD baseband 6.15.00 which is interfering with iTunes. Remember Apple does not allow downgrade of software typically. The current 3g firmware 4.2.1 has a baseband 5.15.04 which is lower than, what I believe your baseband is of 6.15.00. So to install the current 3g firmware 4.2.1 would actually be a baseband downgrade, which iTunes will not allow. So to fix your iPhone you will have to search the Web like diesel vdub said. There are no parts to buy and your iPhone will work again I promise.

Each time I try to connect to the iTunes store, this has popped up. I googled error (-3212) and also followed the steps on iTunes support. I downloaded the new itunes and chose "repair files" all to no prevail. I use iTunes on a daily basis and bought and iTunes card 2 weeks ago which I now cannot use. I had a similar problem. We've had multiple iPods, an iPod and my wife's iPhone 4s that sync just fine with our PC. Unfortunately, I could not get my new iPhone 5 to sync with iTunes. I kept getting an error message similar to the one that you are getting.
I simply plugged the USB for the iPhone into different USB ports. I am certainly not a computer expert, but my understanding is that some of the PCs have different types of USB ports. Apparently, the USBs on the back of my Dell desktop won't allow me to sync the phone, but the USB port on the front works just fine.
I'm not sure if this is a fix for everyone, but it worked for me. Good luck!
