IPad3: Nach Update iOS7 keine Funktion (No Function)
Es handelt sich um ein iPad 3 Wi-Fi + Cellular
Nachdem Update auf iOS7 wird nur noch das iTunes Logo mit Connector Kabel angezeigt.
Mit iTunes verbunden und wiederherstellen bringt immer "Unbekannter Fehler (3)". Die Wiederherstellung läuft kurz vor dem Ende und wird dann abgebrochen.
Die Prüfung der Firmware läuft durch. Das iPad hat bis zu dem Update funktioniert. Das Update wurde in Spanien durchgeführt, die Wiederherstellung in Deutschland.
- iTunes ist in aktuellster Version installiert
- auf mehreren Rechner wurde probiert
- Firmware wurde aus iTunes Ordner entfernt damit iTunes eine neue Datei läd
- Antiviren/Firewall Programme wurden deaktiviert
- iPad wurde mehrmals neu gestartet (mit gedrückter Home und Power Taste)

- ITunes installed in the newest version
- tried on multiple computers
- Firmware was removed from iTunes folder so iTunes loads a new file
- Antivirus / firewall programs are disabled
- IPad has been restarted several times (by holding down Home and Power button)

am 4. Rechner hatte die Wiederherstellung funktioniert. Aber das iPad hatte kein Empfang mehr. Die Antenne war wohl kaputt, darum wohl der Baseband Update Error. Das war nicht mein Gerät, hatte es nur zum installieren. Es lief wie ein iPad ohne Sim für 5 Tage. Dann hat die Besitzerin wieder ein Update gemacht und es war dahin. Ging garnicht mehr. Wurde dann von Apple getauscht.

Der Ölfilter gehört zu den FUnktionen, die mit dem Update entfernt wurden, weil er (vor allem auf Windows) inkompatibel mit der neuen Programmarchitektur ist und eine neue Entwicklung mit zu hohem Kostenaufwand verbunden gewesen wäre und er nur von sehr wenigen Anwendern genutzt wurde. Die vorhandenen finanziellen Mittel wurden deshalb anders verteilt.
Was Du mit den Ebenenmodi meinst, weiß ich nicht, da wurde nichts verschlechtert. Das wird einen anderen Grund haben, weshalb es bei Dir nicht funktioniert. -

hatte bis eben genau das gleiche Problem. Hoffe es bleibt beim "hatte".
Nach dem IOS 6.1 Update wurde es täglich schlimmer mit der WLAN-Verbindung. Zuerst ging es noch, dann kamen Verbindungsunterbrechungen und die wurden permanent häufiger. Zeitweise musste ich erst das mobile Netz dazu schalten, dann ging WLAN für kurze Zeit wieder bis es wieder zusammenbrach. Bin fast verzweifelt. Und seit heute ging absolut nichts mehr. Hab dann ewig gesucht und war schon enttäuscht, dass ich hier auf deine Frage niemand meldete.
Meines Erachtens könnte es damit zusammenhängen, dass das Gerät ja die Daten zu den ihm bekannten Netzwerken sozusagen für uns Nutzer nicht mehr sichtbar verschluckt und man da auch nichts mehr überprüfen kann, ob sich was verstellt hat, was ich auch als absoluten Mangel beurteile, denn es sammeln sich so doch so manche nur temporär genutzte Zugänge an, die da nicht hingehören. Unmittelbar nach dem IOS-Update waren bei mir, und wie ich weiß auch bei Anderen, auch die Daten zum mobilen Netzzugang verschwunden und mussten neu eingegeben werden.
Also hab ich die Daten im Router für das WLAN geändert und anschließend mein 3GS mit diesem sozusagen für ihn neuen WLAN bekannt gemacht, also ein "Anderes" Netzwerk eingeben können. Zuvor hatte ich vergeblich versucht nur den Schlüssel im alten Netzwerk neu einzugeben, aber da machte das Gerät sich permanent selbständig. Ich dachte schon fast ich sei zu blöd dazu. Bis ich darauf gekommen bin und es hat geklappt. Nun hoffe ich natürlich, dass es bleibt und ich das Gerät wieder sinnvoll nutzen kann.
Vielleicht nützt dir das ja auch. Würde mich auch interessieren, ob es bei dir auch geklappt hat.

HT201068 Remote Desktop 3.8 startet nach Update nicht mehr
Nach dem heutigen Update startet Remote Desktop 3.8 nicht mehr. Ich habe das Programm gelöscht und neu installiert.
Jetzt bekomme ich die Meldung „Die Remote Desktop Client-Software auf diesem Computer stimmt nicht mit der Version der Administrator-Software überein. Die Remote Desktop Administrator-Software benötigt eine neuere Version der Client-Software. Klicken Sie auf „Nach Updates suchen“, um nach aktualisierter Software zu suchen.”
Dort heißt es: Keine Updates verfügbar.
Dabei hat das Programm heute gleich 3mal Remote Desktop Client-Update v 3.8.2.v1.1 geladen (ist wahrscheinlich die Ursache).
Was nun?Sie haben angegeben, den Computer, den Sie verwenden, ist OS X 10.7 . Es ist möglich , dass Sie das Betriebssystem auf 10,9 oder höher aktualisieren , um den Apple Remote Desktop 3.8 installieren. Der Client 3.8 kann jedoch auf früheren Versionen laufen .
Sie sollten Ihren Computer auf 10,9 oder 10,10 zu aktualisieren und dann versuchen, von Apple zu installieren Remote Desktop . -
After update iOS7- my husband's and my phones synced. So he deleted all of my contacts off his phone - and they deleted off mine. So I tried to restore my phone from my computer back up - still none of my contacts. Just his.
This would seem to mimic the problems i am having with my car interface-
After updating to iOS7 I find that my iPhone 5 has connection issues with the audio system in my 2013 Mercedes ML350. When first plugged in the phone switches the audio system to the iPhone input and begins to play iTunes which it always did, however it resets the connection every ten seconds or so making the interface unusable. It also takes over the audio system so that when I switch to radio for example, which with iOS6 put the iTunes player in pause and switched to the radio, now the radio will play for a few seconds and then when the phone connection resets the phone takes control away from the radio.
Not sure if this is an iOS7 bug or if something in setup needs to be different. It is very annoying however and because the phone takes control I can no longer charge it in the car.
Basic phone functions all work through bluetooth and are fine. -

After a recent iTunes update attempt iTunes no longer functions and the airport extreme base station is not accessable on our computer. We still have wifi but cannot access the base station software.
Thanks for the reply. I appreciate the response. I tried that approach this evening and it didn't work for me. (Technically it worked for me, when I was hardwired into my base station, but would not work for me wirelessly, which is my main issue.)
Again, using the approach you recommended works only if I have my ethernet cable attached to the LAN port so my computer is communicating directly to the base station through the hard wire. I am able to scan for my base station and make setting adjustments normally this way too.
As soon as I disconnect from the LAN port and try to go wireless is where I run into problems. The Base Station's wireless network I created is available to choose in the top right corner of the monitor with all of the other available wireless devices/networks -- but the network I created does not have access to the internet. I am also unable to configure my Base Station wirelessly. When my Airport Utility tries to scan for the Base Station and Network, it cannot find any Apple Wireless Device. It's like the Wireless Network in my base station is not sending out a signal.
Is there a way to resolve this issue? -
I can't update iOS7 due to lack of space for the upgrade. I have hardly any songs, apps and pictures yet there is this 'other' storage which is over 4GB. What is it and how can I reduce it?
Thanks, I ended up just going to Apple and returning it and upgrading to a 16GB Iphone and just paying the price diffence. They had no problem doing that. So, for $100 plus 10% restocking, I got a brand new, double the capacity, Iphone.

Do the update using iTunes on your computer.
Plug your iPhone into iTunes (current version), let it sync, then click "Check for Updates" on the iPhone's summary page in iTunes. -
i updated ios7 on my ipad mini and it switched itself off and when come back on the screen had the itunes sighn and usb lead sighn underneath now i cant do anything on
That indicates that it's gone into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - you will need to do as the image shows and connect it to your computer's iTunes, you should then be able to reset the iPad and restore/resync your content to it.

What other functions?
There have been some wifi related issues reported with the 4S being updated to IOS 6. There is no turning back once you update so keep that in mind.
I recommend updating via iTunes so that you make a backup of all your data. You may want to make an iCloud backup as well.
Other than that, I don't understand what other functions you are concerned about? -

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device)
