Iphone 3.0 no longer sync's with Outlook
My iPhone 3.0 has stopped syncing with Outlook calendar all of a sudden? Have tried to look on forum for clues but can not fine anything to work for me.
Everything work fine up until about two weeks ago. Computer OS is Windows 7, Outlook is 2003 and have tried the below with no luck.
• Reinstalled iTunes
• Only syncing event up to 30 days
• Removed any down loads to both computer and iPhone since problem started
• Restored computer to earlier date
• Done a sync reset on iPhone
Any ideas what to try? Or a fix for this problem.
Similar problem here.... my calendars sync but I get an error trying to set up the contacts syncing and it won't sync them.
I got totally screwed when they took the iPod and .mac syncing out of iSync, cause I also sync my phone and Palm, and syncing either of those doesn't work right either.

HT1296 Events entered in my iPhone 3GS will no longer sync to my Outlook 2010 calendar - what's up?
Some change in iOS I suppose makes it so events entered in my iPhone 3GS will no longer populate my Outlook 2010 calendar when I sync the devices through iTunes. It used to be that events entered in each place would populate the other locationg when synced. No longer!
There are two calendars in iPhone now and I don't know why.
Can anyone help me find out what's going on?Ok! So I just came across this randomly in another thread from user Kempas (thanks a lot!). It totally fixed the problem so I thought I'd repost it!

Ok, I'm assuming everyone who is having trouble with Windows 7 (64-bit? mine is) has tried the following solution I found over at en.kioskea.net posted by a guy called Steve78545 (hey, you got to give a dude his due).
It's maybe because Windows 7 uses a MTP driver instead of the USBAAPL by default, and what you need is an 'Apple Mobile Device USB Driver' which you might not have in 'Universal Serial Bus Controllers' (check it and see). If you haven't got it, as good ol' Steve78545 suggested:
Update the driver by expanding 'Portable Devices' from the list, right click Apple iPhone/iPhone and select 'Update Driver Software'. Then select 'Browse My computer...'
Copy the following path and paste it in - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers - then hit 'Next'.
Let the thing do it's...thing an it should work. At least it did for me, so I hope it helps a few people out!

Iphone 4s will no longer sync with itunes 11.0.4 using outlook for mac
I have been successful for almost 18 months in getting my Outlook for Mac 2011 to sync to my iphone 4s using itunes. However, I noticed today that changes that I was making to my contacts either on my phone or on the computer were not being synced up. I also plug in using USB to sync, because iCloud causes all sorts of probems when syncing things to Outlook for Mac. Can anyone help me?
I have noticed that in itunes 11.0.4 there is no longer a box to check or a dropdown box specifically being able to choose "sync contacts with outlook"
I know I am in the dark ages, but I happen to like Outlook and the integration of the calendar and contacts, etc. So I would really like to get this fixed and syncing again.

What happens when you try to sync? Do you see any error messages? Which software on the computer are you referring to, iTunes? The latest iTunes is 11.1.3. If you cannot update the phone due to lack of storage, you will need to delete some content from the phone.

Does iTunes not recognize the phone, or does it recognize it but not sync? If it is the former see: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538.
If it is the latter you may have some settings wrong. Tell us what you have tried. -

iPhone 5s will no longer sync to iTunes now that I downloaded iOS 8.1.2 I get the message that it "failed to sync because the sync failed to start." Doesn't work with cable or over WiFi. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?
Before connecting your device to iTunes to sync, double-click the Home button, and close all open apps by sliding up on the thumbnails until all open apps are closed. Then try the sync again.

Pictures that I have taken with my Iphone 4 are no longer syncing to my Photo Stream foleder on my PC. I have Photo Stream checked on my phone? I worked yesterday. Any ideas?
• Photostream only syncs photos over Wi-Fi, make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi to begin with.
• Photostream only syncs when the camera app is closed, ensure it is closed.
• Photostream only syncs when the battery is above 20%, try recharging the device
Try disabling photo stream on your device (settings > iCloud), restarting your device and then re-enabling photo stream.
If this doesn't help you may need to reset photo stream. You can do this at icloud.com by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then the advanced settings in the pop-up dialogue box that appears.
Note: disabling photostream and re-enabling it will result in any photos that are currently in the photostream album on your device, that are older than 30 days old, not being added back. -
Since I installed ios 6.1 in my iPhone 4, I can't sync it with iTunes. Can annyone help me? I have already reinstalled iTunes and reseted the iPhone, but it still doesn't sync. Thank you.

It sounds like you are constantly needing to restore your phone because it keeps going into recovery mode. Usually putting a device into recovery mode and restoring it can help isolate an issue to your iPhone hardware if an issue persists afterwards. I would try manually putting it into recovery mode and restoring it 1 more time:

If that does not resolve it the symptoms indicate to me that it is a hardware issue causing this to happen and would seek service for it:

If so, you may find the calendar sync options under Info.

This is not the Outlook Exchange calendar cancellation problem reported elsewhere on this forum. Our organization has had this problem, but what I describe seems to be different.
I am running an iPhone 4S and an iPad 3, both on iOS 6.0.1. Our organization runs Outlook Exchange 2007.
My iphone syncs perfectly with Outlook Exchange. However, my iPad does not sync properly. On the iPad, only a few appointments show up. If I try to refresh the sync, the few appointments on the iPad disappear while I am watching.
Outlook Calendar on my office desktop on our network seems to work well.
Any suggestions? I have tried rebooting but that hasn't helped.Have you tried deleting the Exchange account, and adding it again fresh? I had similar problems and this fixed it for me.
