Iphone 3g "Can not connect to Itune"
I need help anybody there! For the past four weeks, I have a problem with "APPS" on my 3g iphone. At US western pacific night time, I always have this message "Can not connect to Itune" every time I want to buy an apps or surf the apps store on my iphone 3g. Is this server problems, heavy traffics around the world? I called Apple Tech and did exactly what they told me but.....not resolved. Help!
I would suggest calling apple tech support again and telling them what they told you to do did not resolve your problem and ask for more help. . .

I have tried everything that I can think of, read several forums and have uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it.
When I plug my iPhone 5c into my Windows 7(64bit) desktop, I can hear it beep that I have plugged it in.
iTunes will open if it is not open.
But I get an error that says "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because the device timed out."
I have tried to reinstall the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver, but I do not have the driver folder on my computer as suggested in several other post.

My iphone 3gs will not connect to itunes and it says that I need to do a system restore. It also says that I need to enter my password on the iphone to connect to itunes but I can not do this because the phone is in emergency phone call mode only.
Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings.
Unfortunately, the data on your phone is already gone if you're seeing the connect to iTunes logo. -

I have a 4s iPhone which I loaded the new Os on last night. Now I can not connect to iTunes. A message comes up saying i need 10.6.3 or later but I am running 10.6.1 as I have an older Mac. Anyone have ideas how to get this to work?
Its not telling you to update your iPad, its telling you you need to download a recent version itunes on your computer.

I have tried signing out and in, still does not work.
Still just get the previously mentioned "messages".
I wanted to restore, but then you have to turn off "find my ipad/iphone" but this is not allowed, as I cannot connect to the itunes/icloud or app store. The units work with current apps. EG; email etc, and with apps that do not require current updates.

My iphone will ot connect to itunes, It says an unknown error occured (oxe8000001). It also said before it disappeared that it did not have the disks but has worked perfectly for over a month.

I still get the message (can not connect to iTunes Store) at some updates. But then I can click ok and it updates anyway. Hopefully this can help others with the same problem as well! -

I can not connect to iTunes store from my mobile divices. I can through iTunes on my Macbook Pro running Leopard (10.6.8). My company has not authorized update to Lion yet.
I have the same problem on my iPhone and iPad 1. This has occured since updating to IOS 5.0.1, but I do not know if it is the cause or just a coincidence.
Since I can make purchases through my Macbook and sync, it's not a crisis, but just an big irritation.Apple ID problems.
An additional consideration might be that I have had Apple ID problems. With the move to an ID for iCloud my old Apple ID and a new one using an email address got mixed up and in conflict. It took Apple Support staff to clean it up. For a few days, everything seemed to be running fine on my new/old/restored single ID. I did not think this was a problem, because the error sited a connection problem not an ID or password problem. Could this be a factor? -

See the IT Guy and ask about any "Other Security WiFi Blocks"
Other locations [Secure WiFi] -
Try a location with a Non Secure WiFi -> As these locataions "typically" do not have a IT Guy to go to for questions regarding [Other Security WiFi Blocks]
Non-Secure WiFi -
Then try the steps below [Even with the others listed above]
Just because you may be able to get to a Secure and Non Secure Website on safari on the iphone does not mean the WiFi connection is "Perfect or ok" and I am not saying it is not.
Also take into effect servers for iTunes updates/Apps etc could be overloaded at that time.
You can also try a simple Hard Reset [Hold down Sleep/Wake button and Home button at same time - Once see Apple Logo release both buttons - Allow iphone to reset]
If have already tried these and have not contacted AppleCare Support try that too.

Apparently when I updated my software this morning it logged me off my Wifi for some reason (even though the wifi icon at the top of the screen indicated it was using it), I logged back in and could connect.
