It sounds like your phone is having major hardware issues. If you've restored as a NEW device (not from backup) and you're having these issues still, there's really nothing else to do. You'll have to get your phone serviced.

I'd recommend calling or using the Express Lane support online... the store will probably not be able to assist in this matter. -

You can not get help here.
Try google or buy a new, legitimately unlocked iPhone that you can use. -
My iPhone 3GS was recently stolen. I can't find the box and it has not been synced to my computer in a long time. I just use it as an iPod now. I have the IMEI but not the serial number. Is there a way that I can get the serial number using the IMEI number. Thanks

Since you attempted to downgrade the phone, you have no warranty and your ability to get support here or from Apple has been forfeited.
You're on your own. A Missing IMEI is generally unfixable. Buy a new phone. -

Do you have modified software installed on your device?
If not, try to set it up as new device, explained here, without using the latest backup afterwards, in case it is containing corrupt data.

If this does not help, you'll have to get it serviced, there might be a hardware problem. -

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up. You can't use the FIndMyiPhone app on the iPod since the app requires iOS 7
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.

Así es. Restauré el iPhone 3GS de una amigo que había muerto pero cuando restauraba me daba Error -1. Solucioné haciendo el Jailbreak Thetered.. Pero el iPhone quedó sin Baseband, wifi, bluetooth Iccid e IMEI!
