Always restore times got error 23. How can i fix that.

Could be a hardware issue:
Check for hardware issues
Try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good. Also, confirm your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers. If you still see the alert when you update or restore, contact Apple support.
Common errors: 1, 10-47, 1002, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1000-1020.
Has there been modified software installed on the phone before you started to restore it?
If yes, not being able to restore the phone can be a result of the jailbreak.

    Clean the iPhone dock port with a clean dry tooth brush. If the warning occurs again, clean the dock port very carefully and thoroughly with isopropyll alcohol, especially the pins which are on top of the dock mid rib. If still warning, then take iPhone to Apple for Warranty service.

  • IPhone error message from iPad

    In the middle of syncing my iPad (3G) this week it hung, and I had to shut the computer down as it froze too.
    Since then, I cannot use the 3G connection when I'm away from my wi-fi; Settings does not work (I can open it, tap General, tap Wi-Fi then it freezes); and I get an iPhone error message from iTunes when I connect my iPad(!) to my Powerbook (OS 10.6.7, iTunes 10.3.1). And iTunes sometimes recognizes the iPad as a Device, but often does not.
    I do have an iPhone 4 connected but it works fine.
    The iPad connection error message is:

  • Restore iPhone error 14

    My IPhone 5 suddenly turned off and can not be turned on.
    It prompts me to use connect to iTunes . I have done all iTunes updates but it says it cannot be restored due to error 14.
    It restored correctly once this weekend and functioned for all of an hour before it died.
    I'm afraid I'm within days of the one year  warranty. Because I live in a rural area I can't get to a Rogers or IApple store I cannot conveniently take it in for replacement or repair.
    I've had nothing but problems since I updated to the os7:(

    cannot connect to itunes store from iphone error message

    More than likely its your router. You need to make sure that the router's firewall, if enabled(most are by default), permits connection to these domains as trusted:
    * itunes.apple.com
    * ax.itunes.apple.com
    * albert.apple.com
    * gs.apple.com

    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694#error1. In other words, one of these 3 is the likely cause:
    1. Your antivirus of firewall is blocking the update
    2. Your phone is jailbroken

  • Iphone error 402653144 can't be identified - happened during update

    I was in Itunes and got the cue to update my iphone and when I did I got the error message.
    I have:
    updated my computer software to 10.6 on Macbook 5,2intel core 2 duo
    using itunes 9
    G3 phone
    Result -
    screen frozen with Apple icon and bar underneath
    NOt a clue as what else to do. Any Ideas?

    I f this happened to you or something similar - try these- it finally worked and I am up and running again
    1. try to manually shut it down and turn it on again
    2. If that does not work - let the battery die- til the Apple and empty bar disappear then plug it in - phone should have shut down when the battery died.
    3. When I turned it on - it told me to connect to Itunes and I figured what did I have to lose because I now could do the above again.
    4. Connect to itunes and it will tell you you need to restore- did this and all is fine - got everything back - as it was before - remember to sync periodically - I had not been doing that but will now cause would have lost calendar stuff etc otherwise -
    When I called Apple - explained that my phone was fine ( not under warranty ) computer was the one that created the problem ( under Apple Care ) Message to self - next phone gets APple care - not worth the headaches at the end of 12 months - hope this helps

  • Fehlermeldung 3014 beim Update auf IOS 7 von Iphone - error message 3014 when trying to update my iPhone to IOS 7

    Danke!
    Now in English:
    I have tried to update my Iphone 5 to IOS 7 today - grave mistake, now I keep getting error message 3014 (once I got 21, but that was on try 3 - and since then I keep only getting 3014). My iPhone is now in "support mode"? - sorry, I don't know what "Wartungszustand" is in Englisch - however, the iphone is not usable anymore and when I connect it to iTunes it tells me that it detected that the iPhone is in "Wartungszustand" and I need to restore it to the settings with which I bought it - which is not working because it keeps giving me the 3014 error message.
    I have tried everything that the website the error message sent me to has listed - except for the following:
    - the stuff with the internet router, because in the settings it is not possible to switch of the firewall, and I have no clue how to tell it to allow access to gs.apple.com - there is no option where I can put in an address like that!
    - deinstalling my Norton 360 firewall - I have switched it off, but I am not willing to deinstall it, because I have no clue if I get it up and running again - and how...
    - using another person's computer - because it is midnight and I can not run down the only person's door, who I know has an iPhone at this time of the night...
    Does anyone have an idea how I can find out which programm is causing the trouble? Or if it is really only related to the "Wartungszustand"?  - All software is up to date - that which wasn't I already updated earlier this evening.
    Oh - and itunes works fine otherwise (downloading and playing freshly bought music...)
    Thanks,

  • Fixing iPhone error 13019 when syncing with iTunes 8.2

    There is a bug in 3.0. Recently i discovered that when i tried to sync voice memo to itune, I hit this error message of "The iphone "My iPhone" cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred 13019". I tried to wipe off every music from my iPhone and re-sync back from iTune and it still hit the same error. Tried to uncheck the voice memo, and it resolve.
    I hope the upcoming release will resolve most bugs including this one.

    Thanks for posting your fix/work around for this. I had a voice memo from three days ago that had sync'ed with my Mac two days in a row now with no problem. This morning iTunes kept giving me this unknown error 13019 dialog.
    I simply unchecked the single voice memo sitting in my Library, and the next sync worked without any errors. NOTE: I do have sync prefs for my iPhone set to "Sync only checked songs and videos".

  • IOS 7.1.2 apps will not install on the iPhone - error message "not compatible with this iPhone"???

    I am using a 4s with ios 7.1.2 and recently any app I am trying to use or load will not work and I get error message the app is not compatible with my iPhone; however, the requirements in every case indicate they are compatible with 4s and ios 6 and greater. Honestly, seems like I have one problem after the other with the iPhone

    Thanks, unfortunately that is another problem that is occurring, when I go to Update Software I get the message that software is up to date, with version being 7.1.2, I have tried to update through itunes, wifi, etc, and it indicates the software is up to date.

  • HT4623 when trying to restore my iphone error 2001 pops up. Will not get out of recovery mode

    Battery got extremely hot one day while battery was 100%. When i noticed it was hot battery started draining really fast within 5 min it was dead. Hooked up to computer to charge but would not turn on. Itunes plug in screen pops up and iunes says needs to be restored, but when i try to restore it error 2001 keeps popping up. That was on a mac book, when trying to restore on pc error 21 pops up. Any ideas?

    Maybe:
    Restore loop (being prompted to restore again after a restore successfully completes)
    Troubleshoot your USB connection. If the issue persists, out-of-date or incorrectly configured third-party security software may be causing this issue. Please follow Troubleshooting security software issues. .
    Next try placing in DFU mode and then restoring.
