Iphone 4 error 403
i have an iphone 4 but i can not use icloud because every time i enter my apple id (working for apple store and more) and password says:" can not access the operation could not completed. (com.apple.appleaccount error 403) who can help me?
Error: com.apple.appleaccount error 403
Recreate Error: On a Iphone/Ipad device that has "already" created the maximum of 3 per device Apple limit of ICloud account creation attempt to create or login to ICloud service tab in Settings. You will be presented with "com.apple.appleaccount error 403" which does not tell the laymen anything useful.
Cause: IOS 7 reports a "best guess" error instead of detailed error explanation.
How To Resolve Error: Find a device that has not been used to create an ICloud account the maximum 3 times and use it to create the ICloud account by logging into the Settings/ICloud tab with the Apple ID you want a ICloud account created for.
Keep in mind this will use up one of the three lifetime allowed ICloud account creations allowed by Apple on that device.
Also per support: If an existing account is logged into the ICloud service. A. Backup phone using iTunes on a mac/pc. B. At bottome of Settings/ICloud Delete the account "AND" all the user date from the phone. It will offer the Delete all data option. The reason for Deletion(and is why we backed up on a pc vs. the cloud) is when you create the new ICloud account it will backup all of the Device owners information to the wrong persons account.
Once you have created the new ICloud account log into that account on device that was presenting error: "com.apple.appleaccount error 403" it should allow the ICloud login.
Once you have verified the "device with error" is ICloud functional delete the ICloud account from the device used to seed the ICloud account and delete again all user data from cloud. Restore the recently created mac/pc Itunes locally created backup to the phone and then go to Settings/ICloud and login with the device owners Apple ID and password and verify your backup to the ICloud settings and Eureka! your done.
It took less time to do that for me to type this lol.

After I replaced my iphone 5s, I restarted icloud on my mac. Now ical doesn't work I get error 403
I got a new iphone. Changed from an iphone 5 to iphone 5s. I had trouble with the sync, and in the midst of it I signed out of icloud on my mac. It told me it would delete everything from my mac. I signed out anyway. Now that I've signed back on, I cannot use my ical app. I get an error "403" to operation CalDAVMigrateToServeQueueableOperation and the ical locks up and I have to force quit. I have tried to turn calendar off in settings, but it does not help. I can't find any help on the support pages on this. Seems people have problems like this, but there is no fix. The calendar on my new iphone is working, although, it's been over a week and it has still not fully restored my whole backup of the phone (32gig). Could that be part of the problem? I have been using my icloud calendar on my mac in the mean time, but I would like ical to work.

Contact whoever you got it from. If they can't or won't remove the lock, get your money back. If they won't do that, or you can't contact them, turn it over to the police. It's probably stolen.
There is no way to bypass the activation lock. -

I recently bought a used iphone 4 (iOS 7.0.4) and when I try to connect this iphone to icloud with my apple username and password, I get an error 403 (I haven't got any icloud account before). When I try to create a new icloud account, It tells me that it's impossible and that this iphone is not more allowed to create a icloud free account. How can I do to create a new icloud account?
thanksThey told me that my Iphone has reached the maximum number of iCloud accounts creations, 3 as you wrote. But I spoke to a very kind guy from the Apple assistance and after two long calls for trying to find wherefrom my problem was, he contacted Apple engineers and they allowed me to create one more icloud account with my iphone.
So, for others who got this 403 error, it means that your ID is an Apple ID but not An iCloud ID and that you cannot create a iCloud account ... unless if you phone them maybe.

Google ActiveSync Exchange Error 403
Hello,
It all started today, while my Z10 was running brillantly, it started to have a few errors and crashing, took it back to the shop today and got a replacement (Wonderful), so setting up all my accounts, email, calender, contacts ect, i came across an error, Service for account ([email protected]) is not available. Access should be available soon. [Error Code 403]
While an error 403 means, not authorsied, ive read that Google have stopped ActiveSync since 30th January 2013, i set up my Z10 on 31st January, the day it came out in the UK. While my iPhone still syncs through the same settings, i dont understand why my Z10 has just randomly stopped syncing.
Does anyone have any hints or tips to get this working again, afterall if Google turned it off for my account my iPhone wouldnt still be syncing with it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your iphone is currently grandfathered in. If you were to remove the account and attempt to reintegrate it you should get the 403 error as well. -
Error 403 keeps showing relating to past ical dates
Just started to get an error 403 which relates to old ical dates seems to have stared when i updated 6.0 on my ipad and iphone!!

1. Open iSync - you should see your Razr in the devices
2. Click on the Razr device - this should open a preference sheet for the Razr
3. Check the "Calendar" check box
4. Select the Calendar's you want synced
5. Click on the "More Options" button
6. Adjust the "Don't synchronize events prior to:" setting to your liking
7. Adjust the "Don't synchronize events after:" setting to your liking - Note- this is what you are asking about - 1 month is the default I believe
8. Click on the "OK" button
9. Sync -

If I like to synchronize my contacts with the iCloud I just get an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle. If I click the triangle I get the message

Quit Calendar (10.8) or iCal (pre 10.8)
Backup ~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook
Quit Contacts (10.8) or Address Book (pre 10.8)
Go to the "Mail, Contacts & Calendars" Preference Pane
Under iCloud, deactivate Address Book syncing, making sure to select the option to delete contacts on your Mac
Delete the ~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook folder
Go to the "Mail, Contacts & Calendars" Preference Pane
Under iCloud, activate Contact/Address Book syncing and merge (note that there's nothing to merge)
Launch Contacts (10.8) or Address Book (pre 10.8) and watch your contacts synchronize
Launch Calendar (10.8) or iCal (pre 10.8)
After trying everything else I've read in these discussion forums, this procedure finally did the trick! I can now delete events again, add attendees to events, and perform other functions I couldn't previously. -
I can't create an account. I get the following, Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden
I just installed an envy 411a, enabled eprint on the printer and received printer code. I registered iPhone just fine but can't register on eprintcenter.com. Any advice?I just viewed the website on my computer, and it appears to be working okay on my end. It's possible that there's a setting in your web browser responsible for what you're seeing. I would recommend trying the following steps:
1. Try to view the site in a different web browser to see if that's the issue. Normally, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari all display the website properly. Try one or two of those (other than the one you've been using) and it should do the trick.
2. If that doesn't work, try resetting Internet Explorer's default settings by clicking "Tools" (on the top menu bar), "Internet Options" (usually at the bottom of that list), "Advanced" (far-right tab), and "Reset" (towards the bottom-right of that box). After resetting the defaults, try viewing the ePrint Settings area again.

Well, I admit that I am new with the iCloud and iPhone, but I would not know how to set up "Forwarding" The email shows the intended recipients email address. It does not show any other recipient that it could be forwarded to. But I just tested by emailing another of my accounts. then I opened the email I just sent and "Forwarded" it to another and that arrow showed up on the sent email. Funny thing is I can't remember forwarding the one I was asking about on here. Well Thanks
