Iphone 4 ios 5 upgrade error 14
I have updated my itunes to latest version and tried to update iphone 4 to IOS 5. It killed the phone and now I cannot restore as is giving me an error of the iphone cannot be restored an unknown error occured (14). I have removed my anti virus, removed my mouse from usb and connected directly to modem but it is still not working. Can anyone help?
I made a post about same issue. Did one iphone 4 fine, second one had an error. Stuck in recovery mode and error 14 everytime. Went thro all of support, checked USB port, tried all of them. I think my 5.01 data is corrupt somehow but I can not find the ipsw files nor can i find where to redownload the files on apple. I have no files in recycle bin, iphone wont go to any screen besides the attach to itunes screen. Forced reset, computer restart dont work, itunes is updated, OS on pc is updated, went through security issue checks. Lost here.

I cannot view the photos in iTunes nor iCloud, therefore cannot find a reliable way to delete the duplicates and clear the mess on the iPhone5. What a mess!!
How can I get this resolved???I think its an iOS5 problem, cause exact same issue with my iphone after installing iOS5.

Hi All,
I have been trying to update my iPhone 3G to the firmware 3.0 but I always get the "err = -3259".
I am using the iTunes v. 8.2.023.
I have disbled the XP firewall and I do not use any other firewall.
I connecting through a wireless router.
Does anyone understand what's going on?

Error 1015 means the phone was jailbroken. You can not get help here.

Since installing the IOS upgrade, it seems impossible to sync the calendar(s) on my iMac (via the cloud OR via cable) with my iPhone 4 or my iPad (last generation).
Any thoughts?What happens when you try to sync? Error messages?

I have apple iPhone 4S upgraded to iOS 6.0.1 and everything was working fine suddenly my Wifi was not connecting and found the wifi on/off button is greyed out and to enable it I tried all resets but still my problem have not solved, still wifi is off
Same here.... No fix. Replacing is the option apparently and if you're out of warranty, you're SOL. That was as per the "Genius" at Apple.

after upgrading my iphone ios from 5.1.1 to 6.0 wverythings seems to work fine.
until today i was using my wi-fi network to download an application and suddenly wi-fi tirned off and when i went to the settings i cannot click on (on/off) wi-fi)
it is ot highlighted.
i searched the web for answers but all answers took me to a dead end.
now i am stuck with iphone 4s with no wi-fi which is worth nothing.
a normal nokia with wi-fi is much better.
any help on how to fic my issue?Take a look at this Apple doc -> iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim
If those 5 steps don't fix it, the iPhone will need service. -
I've recently upgraded to the new software (5.1), since then the iTunes doesn't recognize my iphone, as the error comes up:' iTunes could not connect to this iPhone because an unknown error (ex8000022).

I have a Iphone 4, upgraded to ios 5 with itunes 10.5 Since doing upgarde to both Itunes and Iphone I am not able to add individual songs from my itunes library to my Iphone. I get a grey listing of the song and the sync symbo but it is not moving. Nothing appears on my phone screen. So not able to add music to my phone and its driving me nuts.....

Since upgrade to OS 10.9 and associated iTunes 11.1.3, I can no longer WiFi sync iPad (IOS 7.0.3) nor iPhone (IOS 6.1.3). USB connection is required. Formerly I could sync both devices without locating them physically (not necessarily charging). I have restarted both devices, turned off and on "Sync with this iPad/iPhone over WIFI" and restarted WiFi. WiFi is operating (iPad has no SIM). What next?
I'm also affected by this bug in exactly the same way as you.
Some users have had success by closing iTunes, enetering (on OS 10.9) settings --> network --> edit locations, then create a new location with the same wifi/network settings. Then restarting iTunes.
Others have had some success by editing settings --> iCloud --> de-selecting keychain
neither of these fixes have worked for me.
It appears that the iPad can "see" iTunes running on my iMac because when I open settings --> general --> 'iTunes wifi sync', "sync now" is greyed out if iTunes is not running. When iTunes is started, "sync now" is enabled but just doesn't work. Nor does the iPad appear in iTunes. -

i am on iTunes 11.4.04. My iphone iOs is 6.1.3 and has 14 GB. I am trying to backup on my iMac iOs 10.6.8 and it has 113 GB free, But I am getting error messgae that computer doesnt have enough free space
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Basic troubleshooting is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the issue continues, contact the carrier to troubleshoot the network connectivity issues. -
