Iphone 4 network inconsistent help !!!

I bought an iphone 4 from Singapore a week back. I went to an apple studio and they informed me that i could only buy online since I was not a local resident so I was directed to a mobile phone shop at Simlim tower. I paid over USD 800. I had to pay 140 SIN dollar extra for sim registration as the shop informed me that the micro sim needs to be registered else I wouldnt be able to use else where and it was SIN dollar 140 per sim.I agreed to that too not wanting to get an illegally unlocked phone - I wanted to pay little extra but get a good product since our country dont have access at apple facilities.
I was informed that the phone was registered and can be upgraded on line and had apple warranty world wide for a year.I was asked to get a formal receipt from the shop and claim VAT refund at the airport and I was informed that would be my warranty receipt.I did that too to get the warranty.
The shop looked reputed on the first floor of simlim tower.The first phone I got from that shop had no sound so the shop replaced that and then I was told if i had any problem with that replaced phone to go to an apple shop for warranty services or replacement.
No my frustrations began.. after I got back to Bangkok I put the sim but the network was not consistent,it would come and go at frequent intervals,network would come and again after a while network dissapears and says no service,all my calls would go to voice mail and call back service.
I went to applie i studio at Bangkok since I was told It had world wide warranty.They refused and said I would have to go back to singapore to get a replacement,I tried all through help online,restored,set to automatic carrier setting,used a rubber bumper but still the same. Even if I just leave it on the table untouched the network signal would go.I have installed IOS 4.3.3
Please help,what should I do .. too expensive for to me go back to singapore again just to replace the and the shop clearly told me if I had any problem to go to the apple shop world wide for replacement.I have a receipt from that shop for any authentication.
What should I do?
I have a valid receipt of that shop with registered VAT refund so I am sure the Singapore Government ( very reputed,disciplined and organized ) wouldnt allow that, so I feel they werent cheating.
Apple please help clarify advise.

Is reliance a supported carrier for the iPhone? If not, you will be unable to get facetime to activate.

I believe the updates have caused the issue, because it was working fine before the second update released (I hadn't put the first one one until I noticed it had stopped working, and by then the second IOS8 version had came out). They need to do a third update to fix this issue.

If it's grayed out:
Reset Network Settings - if that doesn't fix it, then Backup and Restore AS A NEW DEVICE.
If it's still grayed out, unfortunately that means your Wi-Fi antenna quit, and it needs service.

Reboot your router. You by chance dont have a netgear N300 WNR2000 router do you? I had one of those and would lose wifi on it constantly, Switched to a Cisco wifi router and it works much better.

What brand/model USB drive? Is it bus or AC powered?
On Mail...
First Quit Mail, then I'd backup these two Mail folders, by right clicking on them in the Finder, then choose Archive/Compress.
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail Downloads
(Could be a different folder here if you chose such in Mail Prefs)
Right click on that Mail folder, choose archive, you'll get everything in the folder, and the folder itself in a file called Mail.zip, move it to a safe place, same for the Mail Downloads folder... only the plist is separate.
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist

Why would you not be able to use your existing Apple ID and iTunes account on a new laptop? If you authorized the computer - you should be able to use your existing account - unless you already had 5 computers authorized with the existing ID - and that was why iTunes would not accept the ID. However, I'm sure that you would have received a popup message from iTunes telling you that you had reached the limit.
I just received a new MBP and my daughter did as well. My entire family shares an Apple ID and we had no issues at all with my Apple ID and iTunes on our new computers and I did not have to sign up for a new account. Did you even try the old ID?

Sorry downgrading isn't supported by apple.
You can try settings - general - reset - reset network settings.

Follow these instructions to remotely remove Find My iPhone from your device:
Make sure the device is powered on and connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. Then follow these steps:
Sign in to iCloud account at www.icloud.com/find.
Click All Devices to open a list of devices linked to your account, then select the device to be removed.
Click the Erase button to erase all content and settings from the device. When prompted, don't enter a phone number or message. Click Next until the device is erased.
When the erase is complete, click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from the account.
After the device is erased and removed from the account, you can proceed with the device setup process.

Iphone 4s Connectivity Help

HI i have an Iphone 4s From Sprint I got it exactly one week and I am having a problem.
Sometimes the 3g icon goes away and shows an O and when i use siri or app store it says Could Not activate celluar data network you are not subcribed to a celluar data network. Help?

Go to Settings -> General -> (or whatever it is) and look for the reset button -- there should be an option to let you reset the network settings (keeps your data).
You may need to make an Apple Store appt. Woudl be best if you can get a friend with a 4S on sprint to drop by your place and make sure its the phone, not the network.
Outside of that -- google sprint iphone issues, apparently some problem exists which may or may not be impacting you.

Must disable&enable bluetooh to re-connect to iphone network

After upgrading to Lion sharing my iphone internet connection via bluetooth got more difficult. Now whenever iphone disconnects (for example because iphone get's out of bluetooth' range or I'm talking with someone) I must disable&enable bluetooth on Lion to get network connection up again. If I don't, when try to connect to iphone network it says me it's not able to connect and console logs:

Hi....I called Apple Tech again because my apple care ran out and I have to pay $49. for tech support, but which is good for 30 days for the same problem you called about.
I have NEVER had problems with it disconnecting before with my wireless network with my express as a remote base station off of my airport extreme....even if my computer went to sleep after inactivity.
What the tech guy told me today is that my computer does not support WPA personal security nor does the Express so we reset everything and it worked...and then bingo, it disconnected again and then reconnected.
I am wondering if there is someone in my apartment building with a 2.4 wireless phone or something which is causing me to disconnect as this can happen.
But, the weird thing is that this only started happening after I had it fixed at the the apple store which set me back $156.00.
I am pretty good at setting up my network....I also wonder if my Time Warner cable modem is causing it. I am going to call them to replace it and see if there are any changes.
It's just the thing that this only started happening after it was repaired at the apple store.
That makes me wonder what could have happened? The computer doesn't "die", it just knocks me off the network.
When you are setting up your network with Express and the Round older Airport Extreme, just make sure if you are using an older computer like my Powerbook G4, you only use WEP security encryption is what the Apple Tech Guy told me.
But then, when I have called three times to try to get this fixed, every tech person tells me something different to do.
Anyone have any other ideas?
I have set my computer to not go to sleep to try your idea.

ive got an iphone 4 on the tmobile network it is not jailbroken. the problem was that my my iphone would only work with one particular tmobile sim which was activated in the apple store.
if i try another tmobile simcard at home on my itunes i will get a the sign on the iphone to connect to itunes. after connecting to itunes i will get a message reading " the sim card inserted in the iphone does not appear to be supported"
i tried a restore and even the working sim no longer worked.
i went to the apple store and after checking the problem they gave me a replacement. i took two sims with me at the store and tried both of them to see if they both worked, and they did. i got home and tried another tmobile sim and i got the same message " the sim card inserted in the iphone does not appear to be supported".
after a restore none of the working sims worked any more and i kept getting this message " the sim card inserted in the iphone does not appear to be supported"
i went again to the apple store and explained the problem, they confirmed it was a problem and once again replaced it. i asked if this replacement will work fine with all tmobile sims and he said yes it will.
anyway i got home to put my back up on it and when it finalised i once again get this message " the sim card inserted in the iphone does not appear to be supported".
i am really really fed up now.
why is this happening? and how can i solve this.
i am certain it cant be the iphones that are defective as its three iphones in a row. im also certain its nothing to do with tmobile as all those sims work perfectly fine in my dads tmobile locked iphone 4.
any help would really be appreciated.

I don't know where you are; it sounds like the phone may be locked to a different carrier. When you get a replacement phone it may be unlocked again, as there is a master database that Apple maintains of phones and their carriers. When you activate it queries the database to determine what carriers to enable. If the database wasn;t updated for the replacement phone you would see this problem.

The error message you're seeing is likely the other way around -- i.e. something like "This iPhone has previously been synced with a different computer". There's no problem syncing multiple iOS devices to the same computer.
However, the reverse is not true for the iPhone -- you cannot connect an iPhone to another computer without it being erased, even if you manually manage music and video. So, it sounds like you've been syncing your iPhone to a different computer?
Also, 5.1 (not 5.0.1) is the latest iOS.
