Iphone 4 not detecting jabra wave bt headset

Question

I have a new jabra wave+ bluetooth headset. it is not detected and paired by iphone 4 and tried so many times
and getting frustrated.  the ios version s 6.1 . can anyone help me how to sort out this issue pls  tks

I dont have your headset but I would do this;
1. delete (reset) all former connected devices that had been done. Check manual how-to-do
2. after reset, hold the connecting button when searching for devices such as the fruit phone...
