Iphone 4 sim searching after sometime even after factory reset!!

The network is available and after sometime the sim gets searching and finally appears no service.
when the phone is locked and opened the network is back for sometime and finally happens the same shitt!!!!ish

It's a pre-installed app and therefore cannot be deleted so you may have inadvertently moved it onto a screen or into a folder, check the utilities folder as this is a common one for it to disappear into. Check all screens and folders and do a search in Spotlight, it will tell you if the app it still on your iPhone but unfortunately not where it is. If you find it on one or your screens or in a folder, press the icon until it wiggles and then drag it back to where you want it. Alternatively you can reset your home screen in Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.

Let's free your device! It's important to have a properly working device. Have you attempted an alternate Hard Reset on the device http://vz.to/19r2DOO? If the alternate Hard Reset does not work, then the device would need to be replaced. How long have you had this device? Any liquid or physical damage to the device? Keep me posted

It sounds like your iPhone 4S is not charging when plugged in. I found an article with some steps that might help with this. The iPhone has a feature called "Activation Lock" described here:

Without that Apple ID, you will not be able to use that iPhone.

I assume you have connected it to a power source to recharge the battery.
Otherwise, be sure you have done the following completely...
Reboot the device.
Shut down the device by holding the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time.
Hold them both until you see the screen go black. In some cases, you may need to keep holding them even after the red power off slider appears. If it does, just keep holding it.
Wait until the white Apple logo appears.
When this happens, you can let go - the iPhone is rebooting

The same story. No 3G after updating to 6.1. Told my daughter temporarily not to do an update on her iPad with 6.01. We've exchanged SIMs. I inserted her SIM in my iPad - 3G appeared immediately. I backed up my MacBook to Time Machine so that the Apple Genius Bar could factory reset my MacBook. It was running slow and I wanted everything deleted, so I could add back just photos and music. When I tried to find the iPhoto Library pictures on the time machine they were missing. Has anyone else had this problem? I have lost all my photos since I got the computer in 2008.

What I assume happened is they erased and installed the MacintoshHD partition which includes all accounts, files and OS X.
You now have a new account or the same name, but it's actually different and can't access your files because they belong to the previous account.
I think your supposed to use Migration Assistant in your Applications > Utilties folder, then transfer the account to the machine. You log into the account and can transfer files via the Dropbox to the new user account.
Combine two+ Users Accounts on the same machine
Once the files are transferred you can delete the old account.
Next time if you just want certain files returned, use a normal external storage drive instead, then you can simply Get Info and "Ignore permissions on this volume" (aka external drive) return those certian files and do a #6 Repair Users Permissions to set the ownership to your new account.
