IPhone 4 - Since updating to iOS 7.1 I cannot make in-app purchases.

I have tried:
- Enabling and then disabling Restrictions
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the apps in question
- Logging out of my Apple ID, restarting and logging back in
- Restarting my iPhone
I am still unable to make in-app purchases, one of which is time-sensitive. This is across all apps, not a specific one.

Okay, so I got my issue resolved - I had to contact iTunes support to get them to unlock something in the backend apparently - you might want to try contacting them?

    Go and log out of your MobileMe account and then try logging back in again with a dummy username and password.  This can help clear it and then just log back in again with your normal username and password.
    Note though that iWeb does not require a password or username to use it - this is MobileMe.
    Also, start thinking about MobileMe alternatives before you are forced to in June.

  • No Photos on my iPhone since Update to iOS 5

    I made the Update to iTunes 10.5 on my Notebook with Windows XP and the Update to iOS 5 on my iPhone 3GS.
    I had a lot of Problems (the Backup had an Error, my outgoing Mails were all deleted in all Mail Accounts, the Synchronisation of Music and Apps needs a lot of Synchronisations and a lot of Time and so on) with these Updates and I need more than 12 Hours at the Moment to repair all the Errors.
    My last Problem is:
    There is no Synchronisation of Photos between iTunes 10.5 and iPhone with iOS 5.
    I can not see my Photos in my iPhone.
    The Capacity in iTunes 10.5 shows 4,4 GB Fotos on my iPhone, but in my iPhone, there is no Folder in the Photo App and so I can not see the 4,4 GB of my Photos.
    This Problem comes with iOS 5. I had this Problem never before.
    First, I gave in iTunes a OK for a Home Sharing of Music, Videos, Photos and so on for the Folders and for the iPhone.
    Second, I was in iTunes in Photos and deleted the Check in the Folder Photos.
    Third, I made a Synchronisation with iTunes and the iPhone.
    Fourth, the Capacity of the Photos was then only at 0,17 GB.
    Fifth, I close iTunes and switched off the iPhone.
    Sixth, I started iTunes and iPhone new and bring both together with the USB-Port.
    Seventh, the Syncronisation started and the Capacity of the Photos in iTunes was at 0,17 GB, too.
    Eigth, I set a new Check in the Folder Photos in iTunes for a Synchronisation.
    Ninth, the Capacity showed 4,4 GB again.
    Tenth, the Synchronisation started and showed on the Display "2 Photos of 16.000".
    Eleventh, the Synchronisation Circle stopped after 10 Seconds, but the Notebook worked 2 Minutes longer.
    And after this the Synchronisation stopped appruptely / crashed (?) and the Photos are "unvisible" on the iPhone.
    Is this a known Bug?
    Has Someone a Solution for a correct Synchronisation of the Photos, so that I can see successfully my Photos in my iPhone again?

  • My earpiece speaker has stopped working on my iphone since updating to ios 6.1.3

    I have recently updated my iphone software to IOS 6.1.3 and now when I make a call the other person can only hear me when on loudspeaker or on Hands free in my vehicle. When the phone uses the earpiece speaker all the other person can hear is a loud whistling noise, has anybody else had this problem ? If so is there a remedy?

    I updated to ios 5.0.1 and since then, I have 9 apps that are no longer usable. I get the message "Unable to Download Application", lists the app and said it could not be downloaded at this time. Tried several times over several days to retry with the same result.

    My recommendation would be to go to iTunes on the computer, under LIBRARY find the APPS tab and at the bottom it should say 9 Available Updates. Click on this, then you can update them from iTunes. To get them on your phone, go to Settings > General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync (if you have iCloud set up).

    If its an iPad 1, (easy way to tell is, if it does not have a camera, its an iPad 1) it cannot update beyond iOS 5.1.1.
    However, you may still be able to get compatible versions of the Apps you want.
    You will have to download the App to iTunes on a computer or another device that does support the App using the same Apple ID you have on your iPad.
    With that done you can follow these instructions from your iPad to get a compatible version:

    since downloading IOS 8 and subsequent updates I have not been able to make any in app purchases. I click to make a purchase, it asks me to enter my iTunes password, then asks me to confirm the purchase, all normal and as it should be. Then instead of the purchase going through I get two pop up windows. I use a ZAGG keyboard with it.  Since updating to iOS 8, my Bluetooth cannot discover my iPad, so I can't use the keyboard.  I updated to iOS 8.2 hoping this would fix the problem. It didn't. I have done several hard reboots following online directions, didn't work. Tried restoring the iPad, didn't work. Is there something else I can do?

    FWIW, my Zagg KB works well with my iPAD 2 (IOS 8.1). To my knowledge, there is no 8.2.....
    Be sure BT is on. Turn the Zagg KB on. Go to the system area (Bluetooth). Press the connect button on the Zagg. Highlight the device. It should connect.

    If you update using iTunes the phone is first wiped clean, then the new OS is installed, and finally the backup is restored. After this finishes if you sync your music should be restored. Music is not in the backup, because it is already on your computer and duplicating it would use up a lot of hard disk space.
    An OTA update just patches what has changed; it does not disturb content.
