IPhone 4 stuck in locked mode, also stuck in Siri voice

A few minutes ago, I found my two year old pushing the buttons on my screen. It was locked and he an't do the number code to open it, so he was just going crazy pushing everything that "pinged". Now, my touch screen is unresponsive, the slider button will not slide to unlock, AND the Siri voice somehow got turned on in the process. Can the screen get "overstimulated"? How do I fix it?
I held down both buttons to restart, but nothing changed. Help!!!

Yes, you were in Accessibility mode. If by chance you do not want to have that happen again, you can turn Accessibility off in iTunes. Connect the phone to the computer and iTunes, and on the Summary page, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Accessibility functions and you can turn it off. Or if you still want the ability to do certain things with Accessibility, you can go to Settings>General>Accessibility and then go to Accessibility Shortcut and turn it off. Stuck on Lock mode

I've tried resetting it, I've held the buttons down, I've let it empty its battery (I left it alone for more than 42 hours, but there's no way for me to tell if it died), but it's still stuck on Locked mode. Not Screen Lock, though. It's really frustrating.
I've toggled the Hold switch and it appears fine other than being locked. It uploads into iTunes, which I have the newest version of, and I can update it and stuff, it just is locked and I can't get into it.

i got a big problem with my ipod nano(1st gen.
One night i accidentally fell it from my bed. it has a case not a silicon but a hard plastic one. when i took it from the floor, nothing appeared on the screen when i decided to connect it to the computer. when it was connected it turned on and the logo appeared but the problem is the hold logo/lock logo appeared even it was not on hold. i mean the slide button is on unhold. so i can't play or use it. i already tried to toggle the sitch and restore its factory settings still nothing happenned. Can anyone who experienced the same problem i hadalready solved this prob, help me to fix this... i miss playing songs...thank's a lot

Does "lock mode" mean your iPod's buttons do not work, or does it mean you need to enter a code on a screen?

by lock i mean the little button on top that says hold. so basically its stuck in hold.

Reset, hold at same time Home and Power buttons until the iPhone restarts itself. If you have a screen protector on, consider removing it.

IPhone stuck in recovery mode. screen stuck at "connect iPhone to iTunes"

my phone has been stuck in recovery mode for two days and will not restore. when i disconnect my phone from the laptop, the screen stays on the picture of the iTunes logo and the USB cable saying to connect iPhone to iTunes. And again, when i connect the iPhone to iTunes, the restore fails. if anyone knows how to make my screen go back to normal or successfullt restore my phone, it would be greatly appreciated.

i have same problem as your with my iphone 4S after update new firmware from itunes. iphone restart then stuck on recovery mode . i have try 3 different comp. read all the thread on apple, nothing gonna fix that . oh also change 2 usb cable, just dont know what else i can do.

My Ipod is stuck on the lock position and won't connect to my computer when I plug it in. The hold switch moves back and forth just fine and it was working perfectly yesterday. It's the classic nano that's square. It's stuck on a song that I used as my alarm yesterday morning. I haven't turned it on since then and when I pushed the on switch, it went to the screen but then wouldn't do anything else. I've tried to hold down the menu and middle button while moving the hold switch, but it didn't work. Please help!

I fixed it! I had to switch the hold button from on to off to on again and then held the menu and middle button down at the same time. It works just fine now!

My iPod is stuck on the screen Lock, where you have to enter the 4 digit number. I know what my password is, but it wont unlock. WHen i press the center button, it doesnt accept it. it doesnt say that it is wrong, either.I tried to reset it while in lock, but it wont work either. Hook it up to the computer and it automaticly unlocks. If the center button doesen't work restore it's factory settings.

IPod Nano stuck in "lock" mode

My iPod nano seems to be stuck in the locked position - not "locked" because I created a password for it, but it simply displays the lock symbol in the upper left corner regardless of how many times I flip the switch back to what should be "unlocked." Because of this, I have no control over it. When I disconnect it from my PC, the screen turns black and I cannot operate it. Battery is fully charged. Have tried soft reset many times, restore several times - no luck.

Not much for options here. You'll need to have your iPod serviced either by Apple or a third party repair company to have the hold/lock switch replaced.

Syncing with iTunes and now my iPhone is like locked and is stuck on the cable pointing towards iTunes and emergency call.

Syncing with iTunes and then asked if wanted to update the software version and i clicked yes (update). when update was nearly finished a screen showed up on itunes with an error say " the sim card insertted in this iPhone does not appear to be supprted"
when disconnected and connect it back to the computer - it still shows the same thing. (sim card not compatible with iPhone)
now my iphone is stuck/ frozen on a screen showing a cable pointing towards itunes and emergency call.
now my iPhone itself won't let me go to the home screen (with or without my sim card.)
PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

IPhone 4, Home button not working, stuck in recovery mode and boots straight into voice control.

After trying everything and failing I still cant work out why this is happening.
I cant restore my phone in itunes, just get an error. My phone boots into voice control for no reason and to top it off the home button stopped working along with all these errors. It cant be a hardware issue. I sent it in and got told I had water damage which is impossible as I treated the phone like gold.
Does anyone have a reasonable explaination as why this is happening and maybe even a solution?

try to put your phone in recovery mode. plug into itunes and hold down the home button and top button until apple logo appears and then let go of the top button only. the phone should display plug into itunes.let go of the home button when this happens. disconnect iphone and plug it back in itunes should recognize it is in recovery mode. hit the restore button on summary page.

IPad Stuck in LOCKED mode after RESTORE asking for apple ID I no Longer use

This Morning I upgraded to iOS7. Both my iPad (3rd) and iPhone (4) were asking for iCloud ID I no longer use. Although I use the same Apple account but with a different e-mail ID. I Restored my iPad to factory settings and now it wont go pass the UNLOCK screen asking for the same OLD Apple ID.
