IPhone 4 unable to charge and USB not recognized?

Hi, I've just got my iPhone replaced because the old screen is broken.
In this new iPhone 4.
The camera rear, when I take photos, there is a slightly transparent black spot. It annoys me, but I chose to ignore.
It was fine all morning, till BAM!
This **** thing came up when I wants to charge my iPhone on my laptop.
My laptop can't recognize the iPhone. Earlier was fine (when I'm copying photos out), then later when I replug it happens.
"USB device not recognized. The LAST USB device you connected to this computer MALFUNCTIONED, and Windows does not recognize it"
This is my first time getting this warning.
Is there any way to reset the USB port, and redetect the iPhone USB?
Also, my iPhone can't be charge! I've tried different cables, different power source. None work.
I assume my cable is not broken because if it is, the my laptop wouldn't detect the USB and that annoying warning won't come up.
I've have TRIED:
Soft rest and hard reset on iPhone.
Restart/Shutdown laptop. Also, deleted Upper Filter from Registry. Removed laptop charger. Unplug all USB.
Reset all setting on iPhone.
Clean my iPhone charging port and charger adapter USB.
My iPhone left 10% of battery, and it's 3AM here. There's obviously no apple store open. There also no Genius Bar in my country.
And I've observe my battery gone down to 9% and back up to 10%. While I'm typing this, the battery goes up to 11%.
It's so so so slow. There is no "Charging" sign. Normally, the battery icon on the top right will have a plug sign thingy.
Now it doesn't show anything except for a red battery but percentage is going up so freaking SLOW!
*Also, how to update IOS to 6.1.4 (current 6.1.3)? I don't want IOS7.
Using:
Windows 8 64-bit
Fujitsu laptop
iPhone 4 IOS6
iTunes 10.7
Help me, my iPhone is dying. Theres no prob for my old iPhone, geez.

Just an update:
I spent many hours last night working on my phone, and after leaving it on my docking station for a few hours, it had enough battery to turn on, though it was only a tiny bit of battery. I quickly plugged it into my PC and was able to load the backup from iTunes from about a month ago, so that it was now my phone again. However, straight away the battery died again, and I left it on the docking station all night, but it never charged. Now it no longer shows the battery sign at all, just a black screen.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, as i was checking out the apple website, and as my phone no longer has warrantly it's going to cost me £125 for a service which ain't cheap!

    Try:
    - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - Try another cable
    - Try on another computer
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

  • IPod Nano, 2nd Generation. Does Not Charge, and Is Not Recognized

I have Posted: Aug 8, 2007 3:54 PM , but no replies. Also I see a certain user (Jeff) massively repeating posts.
Please help, my friends have got me an 2GB silver Ipod Nano, it goes through the whole routine on my friend's computers, they even put music into it for me, but when I connected it to my computer, the display says its fully charged (green plug inside battery) instead of charging (thunderbolt)!
I did everything, EVERYTHING, they asked online, from resets, reboots, getting latest vs. of iTunes, restarted over 10 times, switched from USB Normal and USB 2.0 ports repeatedly, followed both the tech support automated and live, then (as they asked) searched for a few hours to find the correct drivers, and installed everything I could for my VIA chipset, and it still doesnt work.
I remember one of (the call dropped initially) the tech support guys saying something about USB spor.inm
    Still can't find it.
I need to upload my music and be able to charge my iPod on my own computer! Please help!
Windows XP Asus K8V motherboard, 2.6 GHZ AMD 64 bit, 1 GB RAM
    Kindly help, someone

I have the exact same problem, and nothing works. When I plug it into computer, it's recognized, it syncs, and it plays while connected. As soon as I disconnect, it's dead. I've charge it overnight, I've let it drain overnight, I've plugged it into a charger with same result, I've used it on two different computers. HELP

Look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for available downloads" command and run that. You may find the track there to be downloaded. If not, and you're in the US, just look under the Quick Links on the main iTunes Store page for the Purchased link. Click that and you should be able to find and re-download the track.
If it's not there, or you're not in the US, contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department from their contact page and explain the problem to them.
    Regards.

  • My shuffle will not connect and is not recognized anywhere

I have had my shuffle for quite awhile... just after they came out with them. Everything has been going fine with it until about a week ago I connected to update it and a window popped up that said "Your iPod may be corrupt...". Since then I have not been able to connect my shuffle to my computer, it will not charge, and is not recognized by any computer. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it, if not I guess its time to get a new iPod. Thanks!

    A good news/bad news post...
I had the same problem, with my shuffle (original
512k). I couldn't run the reset utility because the
computer (imac) wouldn't even recognize that it was
connected. I pretty much gave up on it, but last
night I plugged it into the USB port to try it one
last time - nothing happened. But I forgot to pull
it out when I shut down and this morning while I was
working suddenly the shuffle was recognized by the
computer (actually a box came up saying the device
needs to be initialized or something). I quickly ran
the reset utility, the shuffle was recognized, itunes
launched and I was able to add music. I was so
excited I decided to share the news with the forum,
but while typing this very message the shuffle
disappeared from the desktop and I got a message
saying the device was removed improperly. Now the
bad news... if I plug in the shuffle it is once again
unrecognized by the computer. But at least I got
some tunes back on it, until I buy a replacement! And
    it did charge...
    iBook
    G3, iMac G5 Mac OS X (10.4.9)
Try it in the iBook's USB ports...

  • IPhone is not appearing in iTunes 12, USB not recognized by Windows 8.1

    S.O.S
My iPhone 5s is not appearing in iTunes 12.
Windows 8.1 says "USB Not Recognized".
iPhone not appearing in iTunes 12 on iMac and MacBook Pro as well
iPhone can charge with no problem.
Try different cables and same problem nothing changed.
    I had tried;
    Reset and Restart iPhone.
    Cleaned the charging input.
    Tried in 3 different computers.
I can't perform the method like uninstall/reinstall the USB driver on my Windows because in my Windows the USB showed unrecognized instead of "Apple USB/iPhone USB" on Device Manager.
