Hello, everybody. I've expirienced a problem during activation iPhone 4 via Wi-Fi or iTunes. "We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time." - that is what I've seen. I've restored phone as described on troubleshooting page - nothing have changed. Phone was sealed, bought from dealer <Edited by Host> today, 25 July 2013.
This time I cannot insert proper sim-card (my scissor-handed carrier in his official store cut my SIM into micro-SIM awfully - i'm not kidding, i'm from Russia), but as i know, it's not necessary to have sim inserted into unlocked phone (since dealer claimed it as unlocked). I've never used any of jailbreaks, geveys et cetera. 2 last characters (before slash) of part №   (RU) tells me, that this iPhone is for Russia (so, officially it should be neverlocked). <Edited by Host> checked via different services says nothing suspicious. Customer care is about 600 km far from me, so I lays all my hope on this cummunity. Thanks in advance.

The Apple activation server is down at the moment. Try in a couple of hours (or tomorrow)
