IPhone 4 won't turn on or even charge!
My iPhone 4 running iOS 6 was not displaying it's charge correctly. I tried to sort it out like I normally would by charging the battery all the way up and then drain it and charge it up again. I tried to do this because, like it says above, it won't switch on. To boot it I tried to hold the power button down then plug it into charge through USB and the low battery symbol was displayed. Then however the iPhone booted up and showed 65% battery. Because it did not actually have enough charge it shut down straight away again. So now I cannot do anything with it. Before you post anything like putting it into DFU mode and restoring it I am not restoring it because I have no backup of the data that is on it. I have also tried holding down the sleep and home button for up to a minute but still no results. Please help!
Same here. Connect to iTune and tried restoring (iOS 7.1.2) four times but phone continue to switch on and off (thus appearing in and out of iTune) and shows 3% charged all the time. Please help too!

Try moving and wiggle the devise if that works the port or the tip of the charger is Brocken if the wire is an apple chatter made by Apple it should not I give your problems I've it in a forren ore different manufacturer that could be the problem apple suggest all apples devises should all ways charges and sync with an apple manufactured charger for the best proformance don't try other doggy chargers made from other manufactures.

My iphone 5 suddenly died and won't turn back on even after doing the recovery procedure. Even when I put it on charge the apple sign appears for 5-7 seconds and even after that it won't turn on. Help?!?!
DFU mode an try to restore to iOS6.1.4 it will wipe out the whole device if it works but than youll kno if its a software issue if it works or ahardware issue if it dont work

My MacBook Pro 2009 won't turn on. It suddenly won't charge and when it did, I shut it down and now it won't turn back on. Charging shows green and the green little dots are showing on the side. I tried smc reset, command+p+r. Any other suggestions before i take it to apple service center?
A four year battery could be dead. I'd contact an Apple Service Center.

Connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing, keep on charger and Reset, hold both the home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to start.

IPhone won't turn on after trying to restore to beta version.
I was trying to restore my iPhone to the latest beta version and during the restore, an error occurred and my iPhone won't turn on, and iTunes does not recognize it anymore. Now, when i try to turn it on, the logo appears and then appears the "connect to iTunes" image and IMMEDIATELY the screen turns white and Apple's logo appears again and starts all over again.

Your post is extremely vague and several months old but hopefully this info can help others seeking a solution. I too had a problem with my iPhone (3gs in my case) not coming back up.
What happened -- I was using it normally and it rebooted and was stuck on the apple for a long time and wouldn't ever get past it. So I tried to reboot it by pressing power + home but it would just reset and never power off, and get stuck every time.
What I did to fix it -- I actually had to just remove the SIM card then reboot the phone. After it came back up I put the SIM card back in. It froze up for a short time after that as the service reactivated. But then it is back to normal now finally. Whew! -
