IPhone 4S camera all of a sudden the shutter won't open, camera freezes.

My camera shutter won't open, won't take pictures, then freezes when I hit any other camera buttons.
This started happening a few days ago, before I updated my phone to 6. But it's still not working.
Tried hard reset shut off. Didn't work.

I got windows 7 and I downloaded itunes and at first it said it was incompatible but then i got it to work. Now all of a sudden my itunes won't open. It keeps saying it is incompatible. Again??

The following article provides some useful troubleshooting that can help get your iPhone's camera working correctly.
Camera isn't functioning or has undesired image quality
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tappingSettings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Cases can interfere with the camera and the flash. Try gently cleaning the lens with a clean dry cloth or removing the case if you see image or color-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center.
Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. You can also tap to readjust focus while recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll.
Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.

All of a sudden my mac won't open power points that I have saved on my flashdrives

I have microsoft office 2010 for my mac. All of a sudden when I try to open power points i have saved on flash drives, I get gebberish and they don't open. It isnt the flash drive because it is happening on every one I try to open.

It could be opening it in a different (incompatible) application. If you have Office for Mac 2008 or 2011 then try opening Microsoft Office on your Mac first, and then opening the relevant Microsoft Office document.
As MGW has said, Microsoft Office 2010 is the Windows version, and will not run on a Mac. If you do not have a Mac version of Mirosoft Office, you will either need to purchase it from microsoft.com/mac, or go to the Mac App Store and buy Keynote which is Apple's equivalent of PowerPoint. However, while it is incredibly compatible with Office documents (Apple's productivity suite), you may be better off getting Microsoft Office if you want to ensure full compatibility with the Microsoft Office document formats. However, Keynote is considerably cheaper being in the Mac App Store.

I used to be able to open .pdf documents on my MacBook Pro using FireFox with NO problems, all of a sudden NOW they won't open and i get "unsupported" error messages. What the ****? I need to fix this ASAP! Can anyone help in simple non geek language?

Depending on which version of Firefox you're using, it no longer currently supports the plug-in provided with Adobe Reader. You have to use PDF Plugin 2.4.4. Just disable the Adobe plugin and use the Schubert plugin.

I learned to LOVE firefox because of the multiple tab feature. I have the color tab add on and LOVE it!! But all of a sudden, the tabs won't open!!! FI: I have one tab open to HuffPo and then I click the square next to it with the + in the middle. This used to open a new tab but now when I click it doesn't open....I have tried upgrading to the beta...no use....uninstalled the beta and reinstalled 3.6...nothing....It is making me CRAZY!!!!

I've paid for Creative Cloud license but the programs won't open

I purchased the Creative Cloud license already a few moths ago but now all of a sudden the programs won't open (until this some of them have been apparently running as trials). When I try to open the program the Adobe Application Manager pops up and tells me to license the software. When I click it to continue and logg in it says "Creative cloud will now be licensed for _myemailadress_. Click continue to enjoy the software." But when I click continue nothing happens and when I try to open the program again App manager opens up again and tells me to license the software and so on. I've tried to look for a solution but nothing seems to work. I have a MacBook pro OSX 10.6.8.
Any ideas? Should I try to update my whole computer? My laptop is old and slow so I am a bit afraid everything will disappear if update it.

Inarinainari please reinstall the Adobe Application Manager by utilizing the steps listed at Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html. The Adobe Application Manager has been rolled into the Creative Cloud Desktop application which is why the referenced document refers to the Creative Cloud Desktop application as opposed to the Adobe Application Manager. Since you are running Mac OS 10.6.8 it is not possible for you to run this later version.

Take the iPhone to an Apple store genius bar for testing, and if it is defective and under warranty they will replace. Since you say iPhone 4, was this a used or refurbished iPhone?
