IPhone 4s cellular setting lte switch is missing

When I bought the phone it has an lte switch under cellular once I put my sim in an update it it was gone an iv tryed restoring to factory setting

The 4S is not LTE capable - on some networks, you can get 4G, but that is not the same as LTE.
Also, whether that toggle is present or not is up to the carrier. If it is missing from your phone, you need to contact your carrier to see if it should be present.

It will only appear if your carrier has an LTE network and your account is provisioned for it.
Are you using a supported carrier with an LTE network?

Handoff and 2G-3G-LTE switches not working on my iphone 6

I have MacBook Pro Retina 13" late 2013 and i also have iphone 6 and iPad air 1st gen, all software is up-to-date Mac's on Yosemite, iPh and iPad have iOS 8.1 i've turned on handoff switches everywhere but it doesn't seem to work, so that my mac doesn't show what is happening on the iphone or iPad in dock, also i can't see what is happening on my Mac on my iphone's lock screen, tried rebooting devices, turning the switches on and off, didn't try the restore of the iphone latest firmware, I've also installed all iOS updates over the air. And i also don't have the 2g-3g-lte switches on my iphone, it shows just cellular data switch and lte switch. Please tell me how can i sort that out. All suggestions will be much appreciated.

Iphone will sync with one computer at a time.
When you sync to another it will delete the current content.
Make sure you have copied everything from your old computer to your new one first.

You cannot merge Apple IDs but you can go to Settings > iCloud and 'Delete Account'. When prompted to turn off documents and data, choose the only option which is Delete from my iPhone, but on the other prompt for Contacts, Calendars, etc you can choose 'Keep on my iPhone' Then once the Account is Deleted form the iPhone, log back in with the correct Apple ID and choose Merge when prompted. This will merge your data from this iPhone with that iCloud account effectively putting your devices on the same account.

Not sure this will work but if you go into the Keyboard preferences, then click the Keyboad Shortcuts tab, and then the '+', you can add your own shortcuts for any application. I am not sure what happens if you try to override an existing shortcut since I haven't tried using this.
Edit/Update:
Probably against my better judgement I'll also throw this out there - there's an Unsanity haxie called Menumaster which might also allow you to do what you want. Against my better judgement because personally I stay clear of haxies. It's (all haxies) probably almost certain to break in Lion. They always do with each major release.

It's a pre-installed app and therefore cannot be deleted so you may have inadvertently moved it onto a screen or into a folder, check the utilities folder as this is a common one for it to disappear into. Check all screens and folders and do a search in Spotlight, it will tell you if the app it still on your iPhone but unfortunately not where it is. If you find it on one or your screens or in a folder, press the icon until it wiggles and then drag it back to where you want it. Alternatively you can reset your home screen in Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.

Lte switch useless iphone 5 (carrier: wind ITA)

I have just updated to iOS8 on my iPhone 5 16 GB. I discovered that my phone provider is now officially supported by Apple, that's a good thing. But I also discovered that their LTE connection is supported only by iPhone 5C, 5S and 6. So why do I need the LTE switch on my iPhone? On iOS7 I usually switched to 2G when I did not need the fast internet connection and that helped me A LOT on battery saving. Now I have the new switch that is completely USELESS because I can't use the LTE connection and I even can't switch to the 2G connection. It's really annoying, is there any chance that's going to be solved in one of the next updates?

Thank you for the reply. I'll try to explain better the situation. The iPhone 5 is compatible with LTE only on the 1800 band. My provider uses 800 and 2600, that are supported only for the newer iPhones. I think they added the LTE switch even on my phone because it was supposed to work, but my carrier does what it wants and uses different bands. So now I'm stuck with this useless switch in my Settings, and I'd like the previous one to be restored.

My Company switch all iPhone 4 to iPhone 5s with Vodafon LTE Contract. Now Many users hab bad call experinces and bad voice quality. Vodafon told thats a problem with the iPhones and not with their network...
Are there known Problems with 5s and Vodafon?

Camera to video switch is missing

I got my iPhone 4 just last week and in the camera it had a switch in the bottom right hand corner to switch from using camera to video. Now the switch is missing and I would like to know how to fix it??

All I can suggest is the standard troubleshooting steps in order. Hopefully, the Reset will fix it.

Chris thanks for your reply, if none of the Do Not Disturb settings are switched on - then am I right that this setting will have no effect. I.e. I want my phone to ring at all times, so have turned off all of the do not disturb settings

IOS 6 Facetime Cellular Data Off Switch

I saw an iPhone running iOS 6 today that had a Settings Switch to turn off Facetime usage of cellular data.
It was in a cluster of on off switched below the Wi-Fi Plus Cellular on off switch reached by selecting General then Cellular.
I understand that this first appeared with Beta 4 that my iPhone 4 did not offer even though it did off Beta 3 at an earlier date.
Well now that iOS 6 is no longer Beta, my iPhone believes it is up-to-date, and the switch is not to be found on it.
My iPhone Settings say its version is 6.0 (10A5376e). Is this still on Beta 3 or on the release of 6? It thinks it is up-to-date.

Thanks for the clarification; perplexed as to why not though given that it works on 4S in 3G.
There might have been an argument that 4G was needed to keep up but, given that camera resolution is less on the 4 than the 4S, less bandwidth ought to be needed so why exclude the 4?

How to play YouTube videos in HD on iPhone over cellular?

Does anyone know how to play YouTube videos using the Google YouTube app in HD on the iPhone over cellular? I'm asking because I have an iPhone 5 with a large LTE data plan, which I don't mind using a bit more data for better clearity on the videos. I know in the past people have suggested to use YouTube in the Safari broswer to view videos in HD, but I find it to be non-consistant. Anyone have a better idea how to watch YouTube videos in HD on iPhone/iPad over cellular (3G/LTE)?

Did you use iAD to create the widget? If you did... then there support group should have answers.
If you used one of the widgets in iBA - as you have had no suggestion for a fix... you will need to contact iBooks support.
The More Like This column on the right shows links to similar problems.
It would seem to be related to your use of You Tube and Vimeo content or maybe its how you put the widget content together.
Have you search the iBA help files, previous posts and the iBA tips?
