Iphone 4s, contact number will not show?????
i have an iphone4s and the problem is in the contacts number,
when i save the number without +967 the calling ID appers fine but when they send me messages it will not show the contacts name.
I have 3 iphone 4s and all of them have the same problem.
I called the carrier which is ( MTN ) and they saied the problem is from apple.
I have also iphone 4 and i upgrade it to ios5.0.1 but there is no problem with it.
IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP

Songs purchased on iPhone through iTunes Store will not show up on iPhone after syncing with iTunes
I recently purchased iTunes Match (about a month ago). Since purchasing Match, any songs that I have bought on my iPhone 4S (32GB, Sprint) through the iTunes Store app will not sync back to my iPhone after syncing with iTunes on my computer. I have iOS 7.1.2 and iTunes 11.3.0.54. The only way I can get them to show back up in my iPhone music library so I can play them is by re-downloading the songs through the iTunes Store app. Which is super annoying because now it is about 10 songs that keep doing this, and they are in multiple playlists. Is anyone else having this problem and have you found any fixes? Really regretting purchasing the iTunes Match (which is not enabled on my iPhone, just on my computer).
How to create custom ringtones ...
1. Open iTunes.
2. Find the song that you want to make into a ringtone.
3. Listen to the song and find the part of it you want to use. The chorus may be a good place to start.
4. Write down the start and stop times of the clip.
5. Right-click the song and select "Get Info."
6. Click the "Options" tab.
7. Type in the start time of your ringtone in the text box next to "Start Time" in the minutes:seconds (i.e., 2:01) format.
8. Type in the end time of your ringtone in the text box next to "Stop Time." Make sure the ringtone is no more than 30 seconds long.
9. Click "OK."
10. Right-click your song again and select "Convert Selection to AAC." Wait for iTunes to convert your song. It will create a duplicate version.
11. Right-click the ringtone and select "Delete."
12. Click on the "Keep Files" button.
13. Find the file. It's usually in your User folder under "Music > iTunes > iTunes Music" and under the band's name. It will have an extension of m4a.
14. Replace the m4a extension of your ringtone with m4r. You can either double-click slowly to rename your file, or right-click and select "Get Info" on a Mac or "Rename" on a Windows PC.
15. Click "Use .m4r" or the PC equivalent when the system warns you that the change may affect the use of your file.
16. Double-click the ringtone file. ITunes will automatically add it to your ringtones folder in your iTunes Music Library.
17. Connect your iPhone and sync your ringtones.
Oh, also to change a file extension. (not sure on Mac), but in Windows you need to go to "control panel" select "folder options". You need to uncheck the box "hide file extension for known file types". This will allow you to view and change the files extensions.

Alright this whole support system has been a hassle so please help me. I have been adding songs, say for example, an entire album from my library to my iPhone manually. Now in itunes, I click on my iPhone device, and I can see that album is present and has been added. But when I look on my iPhone, the album doesn't show up in the artist tab. So I added the "Very Best of the Doors" to my iPhone; and those songs are present through the song tab or the album tab, but those songs and even "The Doors" are nowhere to be seen in the artist tab. What's going on? I have no clue, it's just a hassle. Please help! I have an iPhone 3g or 3gs (I don't know which one) and both have 5.0.1.
This can be caused by iPhone false detection it is docked due to short circuit of the charging port. Clean the iPhone charging port with clean dry toothbrush. See if fixed. If not fixed and there is Warranty or AppleCare, make Genius reservation and take to Apple for resolution. If no coverage, clean the iPhone charging port again with the toothbrush and a small amount of Isopropyll Alcohol.

I updated my iphone software to IOS 6.2 yesterday and im not sure if it is a coincidence but now, my contact names do not show on incomming calls or messages. Also they do not show on past calls or recent history.
All my contacts in my phonebook still exist and are correct, the problem only occurs when receiving calls or messages. please help i need this fixing

If itunes gives an error with restoring (DFU/Recovery or just normal)
try this:
open your computer and search on windows; C://windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts
open up the hosts file in note pad you will see IP adresses and more add another line and put in this:
#74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
this is a by-pass to the cydia/saurik restore server, it has nothing to do with jailbreaking over voiding apple's warranty

My iPhone 5, periodically,will not show the call waiting number. It beeps but will not give me the option to switch over or show me who is calling. The call doesn't appear in my "recents" either.

Hotmail emails in my inbox on the server but will not show up on my iPhone?
Help - I have hotmail emails in my inbox on my computer but they will not show up on my iPhone. I am using the "Windows Live Hotmail" option in the settings. The specific emails are not marked as junk, still in my inbox, they are addressed to me, they span about 2 weeks with some as recent as 3 days ago and are all from 3 specific people regarding my sons baseball team. I have tried deleting my account and setting it back up. I've added the email addresses to my contacts to see if that helped. I didn't have this issue when I used the generic pop 3 type of setup. I moved to the Windows Live Hotmail setup so when I delete an email from my iphone it also deletes it from the server. This is all working perfectly. I don't actually log into the server very often and almost missed this email. Thanks!

In iTunes the iPhone device icon will not show up whenever I plug in a USB into my PC but the iPhone icon will show up in 'This PC' so if anyone who knows a resolution to my problem with my iTunes or PC,it would really help me.I need at least Help or some Tips.I have already tried many things to iTunes and my PC like trying to restore my PC but that do anything.Also,would it be fine if i contacted (call) Apple Support? The music will show up on my iPad and on iTunes but will not show up on iPhone 4. My wife has the same issue with the 4S and both phones have been like this since we bought them. Everything synchs but music. The synch music box is checked. Any ideas????????
