Iphone 4S, iOS6, No Flag folder?

I just updated my 4S to iOS6 and while i did get the VIP folder I got NO Flag folder!
I have a Gmail account and my main one is my apple id @me mail. None of them has the Flag folder?
I think only the apple mail is suposed to have the flag folder, but I'm not sure.
What can I do?

they're talking about gmail? it has nothing to do with the missing flag folder in imail... or I just don't get it.

1. What format is the external drive? It sounds like it's ina format that Macs can't write to. Is it a NAS or NTFS?
2. Easiest thing: just move your iPhoto Library to the external
Make sure the drive is formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
1. Quit iPhoto
2. Copy the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.

I'm from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
I already tried another USB-portal. I tried restarting my macbook.....what could be the problem?

Symptoms
In rare circumstances, an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch may not be recognized in iTunes on Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard after the Mac is restarted. If you reinstall iTunes, your device may be recognized. However, restarting your Mac may result in the device not being recognized again.
Note: These steps do not apply to OS X Lion or Mountain Lion.
Resolution
Follow the below steps to troubleshoot the issue.
Note: Some of these steps will require that you enter your Mac OS X user password. If you do not know your user's password, follow this article first.
Install all software updates. If you have an update available for an SDK (Software Development Kit), be sure these updates are also installed. Do this by clicking the Apple () menu, choosing Software Update, and following the on-screen instructions. If you need to download iTunes manually, you can download it here.
Disconnect the device and quit iTunes.
In Finder, click the Go menu and then choose Go to Folder. Enter the following location into the text field that appears:
/System/Library/LaunchDaemons
Click Go.
Locate the file "com.apple.usbmuxd.plist~orig" and drag it to the Trash. (Do not move the similarly named "com.apple.usbmuxd.plist" file to the Trash.)
Restart your Mac, open iTunes, and connect your device. If your device shows up in iTunes, restart your Mac one more time and confirm the issue is still resolved.

Apple Mail open FLAGGED folder by default, NOT Inbox

I have that issue for a while but would like to fix it
Every time i start Apple Mail, it open the Flagged folder not the default INBOX folder

Thank you TomJones75. When I posted this initially, I was running iOS 6.1.3 and not iOS 7. I don't think editing the order of the inboxes was an option back on iOS 6.1.3. With your tip, I was able to re-order my inboxes but it still defaults to the Exchange account when opened.
I.e. first account listed under mailboxes is now an Outlook account and the 2nd is an Exhannge account. Mail still defaults to the Exhange account even though the Outlook is my default email address for the iPhone.

Flagged mails shown in "flagged" folder after deleting them

Hi folks,
I have the following problem with my mail app:
I marked 4 mails as flagged and they were shown in the "flagged"-folder. After deleting them the flagged folder shows still the 4 flagged mails although they are deleted. Meanwhile I reinstalled the specific mail account, restarted the iPhone and so on. Nothing helped. Any ideas? Thx in advance.

I'm not sure you said which version of RoboHelp you are
using. I'm going to base my answer on X5.
You should find a file inside your project folder location
that is named rhbuildtag.apj. So what I would do is to close
RoboHelp HTML, locate and delete your ProjectName.CPD file. Edit
the rhbuildtag.apj file to remove any instances of those tags. Then
restart RoboHelp HTML and see if things have improved. If my hunch
is correct, this should correct the issue.

Non existent flagged emails still show as being present in flagged folder

I had three flagged emails which I deleted in a pop account I use.
I now have a flagged folder which says there are three flagged emails, but the folder is empty.
How can I rid this message that I have 3 flagged emails?

I see that too, but it is searching inboxes only, and the results are flagged emails in inboxes, not flagged messages that were placed in subfolders in Apple Mail on my iMac.
UPDATE: I see that it does eventually find the flagged emails in the other mailboxes. It is a workaround, but not the functionality I want. It also finds any email with the word flagged. Thanks for the suggestion.

Facetime iphone 4 ios6 lost connection call : solution here

if u been frustrated trying to make a video call with facetime there is the solution : back up on itunes and save your pics to your computer in a folder
restore your device go to setting > general >> reset >> erease all content and settings . once your device its deletes as new . setup entering location , lenguage etc etc . and you will need to get a free icloud account . when u have it and enter it to your iphone4 ios 6 , and use your new icloud account with icloud and facetime . now try to make a facetime call and it need to works . then connect to itunes and select "as new iphone" and try to get the apps and you will get em and your friends contacts list , i reccomend you write your buddy list on a piece paper just in case ..

Check to see how each of you are receiving your Facetime calls, phone number versus Apple ID, and then check to see what way you are calling them. If one is receiving by phone number, make sure you are calling that phone number rather than the Apple ID. Other than that, I don't see a real reason the two shouldn't connect. I just did a Facetime with my son tonight. We are both on iOS 6, he has an iPhone 4, I have a 4S. Sorry I cannot duplicate an iPhone 5 issue here.

One day I tried to dictate a note and discovered the microphone was grayed out. As someone suggested I did a hard reset of my iPhone 4S and that didn't solve the problem.
Then I had an epiphany. I use the Notes app a lot and have a lot of Notes stored in the app. I tried deleting some of my many notes and "viola!" the microphone is black again. My guess is the app has some kind of storage limit and when you hit that limit, the microphone is automatically turned off. Anyway, that's my theory and I'm sticking to it.

Your Apple ID is tied to the US store. Log out of the store, then trying logging back in.

Second phone number for a contact wont appear as an option for text messaging on iPhone 4/IOS6

My iPhone 4 (IOS6) is a work phone and my number is blocked (I have to call a lot of people while out of the office who I don't want to have my cell number). Since I want my friends to know it is me when I call I save their phone number in my contact list with *82 in front of their number. However, I learned that text messaging doesn't seem to work with *82 in front of the number so I also have each contact saved as a second number without the *82 at the beginning for texting only. After "upgrading" to IOS6 I have found that my texting number won't show up when I type the contact name into the address bar in the text message app, just the *82 number that won't work. It used to list all numbers associated with that contact. I know I could just send them a message from the contact card one time and then just open the thread in the messaging app every time after that, but since I am often driving when I am out of the office I use Dragon dictation to compose my texts and then only have to type the contact name into the address line each time instead of typing an entire message. Long story short, I really need it to list all numbers for each contact and not only the one they randomly decide I might want. I have also checked my contacts and ensured that the non-*82 number is listed first in the contact card, that didn't change anything.

There is an option in the Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. Of course this means that your screen layout will be reset but maybe this will 'bump' those hidden apps out of the 'invisible 5th row'. It's worth a try I guess. Did you check to make sure the apps weren't pushed to like the very last screen instead?

All messages finally appeared in "Sent" in Mail.app. But it sure took some time.
Guess there is a severe lag time between .Mac and Mail.app?
