iPhone 4 has never had Siri.

I own a new Macbook pro 15" quadcore with OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.4
When trying to start software Reason 7 I only get the message "Failed to open midi support library".
What is missing? And if so, how do I get it back? Reinstalling Mountain Lion did not solve anything.
What may I do? Is there separate MIDI-drivers or else that Macbook needs to be running audio at all?
My audiocard Apogee Duet 2 is´nt working well either and I cannot even open the MIDI-window in Mac,
so that road is blocked. I´ve seen more ppl having problem but found no explaination.
Some say to remove midi-drivers but that folder is empty (or hidden?) when opening.
Also, Garage Band cannot open. It´s no problem with graphic apps, only with audio/midi.
My 2011 Macbook pro13" with OS X Lion runs like a charm. So how can this be? It really puzzles my mind.
Have thoughts on having OS X Lion on the new Mac as well but will not do it until I know where the real problem is.
Hope there is an easy fix to it. Thanks in advance.When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? I'm wondering if restarting the computer might help but have been afraid to do so in case it would make it harder to recover anything...I was looking at this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4211589?start=0&tstart=0 in the hopes that it might have a helpful suggestion but it's definitely a different scenario.

Synch your contacts back from whichever program on your computer you've stored them in (Outlook, Address Book) or from your cloud service.
Not using your phone as indended and didn't have your contacts on your computer or with a cloud service? Then they're gone. -

The voicemail system used for the iPhone is different from the voicemail system used on the rest of the Verizon Wireless network. When you activate the iPhone, you lose your saved voicemails from the other system. When you activate a non-iphone, you lose any saved voicemails from the iPhone voicemail system too.

like roaminggnome said you should see your contacts again once you sync with iTunes. if you used iCloud before, make sure contact sync is turned on and your contacts should be back.

In the simplest sense, archiving a file means making a copy that you never change and never discard. You already know how to do that.
iPhoto has built-in archival features, in the sense that it saves all versions of an image that you've modified. As long as you have adequate backups, you don't necessarily have any reason to archive an iPhoto library. If you want to delete images from the working library but still have access to them in case you change your mind, then you do need to archive those images. I don't have a specific suggestion as to how you should do that. You might post a question in the iPhoto forum. -

I have used my force9 emails for a few years with now problem on my laptop and also for maybee 6 months on my iphone4s but after syncing with itunes on my laptop i have lost all the emails & email setting of my phone.
I also back up on icloud and tried looking on there on my laptop but there is only my icloud emails and not my pop3 force9 emails . There are all my contacts there butwhy does it wipe my emails and settings and how can i get them back.

The menu bar is hidden in fullscreen mode, as is the Dock (I assume that's what you mean by "the bottom toolbar"). That is normal, and that is how it has always worked for as long as fullscreen mode has existed (which isn't very long yet). If you want those things to remain visible, you have to exit fullscreen mode. Put your mouse at the top of the screen, so the menu bar appears, and then click the blue rectangle with arrows at the far right side of the menu bar.
