Iphone 4s music not working
Okay so I was downloading some music onto my iphone 4s and all was well, but then i went to go play the songs on my phone and they wouldn't play. Infact none of my songs would. I tried again and then my phone starts to act like it was redownloading all the songs again (which I obviously waited till it reached the end of my songs) but it keeps doing the same thing over and over and over again. I'm very confused because now i cannot play any of my music?? It has them all there but... on the side of every music in my folder it has the circle with the square in the middle of it as if you were downloading something. Can anyone help??
I went into 'Settings/General/Usage' and scrolled down to music.. and next to music it says 'No Data' ??
Nothing is working?
i've never had any problem until I had to update my itunes to the new one.
PLEASE HELP ME...

This sounds a lot like what happened with my Mac. I spilled on it and for a long time the keyboard and sound were both non-functional. However, after a long time of using a remote keyboard and foregoing music on my laptop, they both started working. I was advised to continue backing up everything on my computer because the water damage will eventually take its toll and my comp will go kaput. My advice to you is continue using it if you don't mind not being able to hear anything through the speaker, but be ready just in case your phone decides to go out on you!

Ever since I downloaded IOS7 on my iPhone 5 when I am listening to music if I skip a couple of songs, the music stops playing and the song does not progress, you can continue to skip songs but if you hit pause/play nothing still happens. If you quit the app and reopen it the music still doesn't play, you have to wait it out. Anyone have a solution for this problem?

I have the same problem. The Music used to play in the same without any problems. Since IOS7 the player does not work right I have the following issues:
Some songs don´t even start
Wheny receiving a call the player looses the songs it was just playing before the call.
Some songs start playing and stop after a while.
I think IOS7 is not good especially when you have a Iphone 4 the phone is to slow. This software is a step back.
Apple should do somethign really fast, otherwise the customers will loose the interest to these products. -

Sometimes I start to use the music app and then part way though a track it stops. I try to re-start it with no joy. I'm also finding the touch screen is less responsive. Can any help me fix the issue or will I need to take it into the store?Removing the SIM has no affect on the power of the phone. It is just the part that facilitates connecting to your carrier. Try holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo on the screen and then release the buttons. The phone should reboot. You may need to hold the buttons together for 15-30 seconds.

This sounds more like a hardware issue.
Have you checked that the dock connector port is not dirty? -

After a while it tells then me that it cannot verify my email address because of a network connection ("Could not verify the email address. Please check your network connection and try again. ")

The other possible things you can try would include...
Inserting the lightning connector and applying a little bit of pressure up under the Home button.
Some folks have cleaned the Home button with a few drops of isopropic alochol caring to not get it on your screen. This is only going to get things working again if it has been gummed up through normal use
If you are still within the one-year warranty or extended it with Apple Care don't try any of these steps just take it to Apple. -

my pass book on my iphone 5 does not work like it should, it works just the same as it did on the iphone 4, i tryed the date an time trick like 5 times an still nothing. i tryed factory reset an nothing. i know it workds different on the iphone 5 then the 4. but i dont know what else to do.
Can you be more specific about what isn't working? Are you running iOS 6 or iOS 6.1?

Show Viewer Options abbreviates date to one number.
