IPhone 4S not allowing PayPal as a payment method

Hi,
Before when I used my iPod with iTunes quite a few years ago I was given the choice to use PayPal as a payment method when purchasing apps, music and movies. Now that I have got my iPhone 4S I can't seem to be able to use PayPal anymore as its not showing up on both my iPod or iPhone. Has the PayPal method been removed from purchasing applications and such on the iTunes store? How do I go about purchasing applications using PayPal?

Only iTunes support can answer that question...there's no one from Apple here. I suspect has to do with what country & iTunes ability to verify the payment. Same thing has happened to some users that used Debit cards in the past, only to find they are no longer accepted.

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.
Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card
Using those instructions you may also be able to select PayPal if that is allowed in your country.

Try rebooting. Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPhone should restart. See if you can use it when it comes back up.

I am having the same issue. After hunting around on the community boards for a while, I noticed that ZoneAlarm Firewall came up fairly often as causing issues with syncing. I re-activated the firewall that came bundled with my less-than-a-year old Windows 7 pc and completely uninstalled ZoneAlarm. I dragged and dropped one of my playlists to the iPhone 3GS and then most of my music then came back, but I am still unable to get all my custom ringtones (created in i ringer) to reload. I've tried dragging and dropping to no avail (I use "manually manage" because I add audio books from the library).
Others have posted these same issues and the odds that we are all doing the same exact wrong thing seems astronomical - there must be an issue with the latest firmware update. Different iPhone versions, different OS on computers, PC v Mac - all having problems after the latest update. Coincidence? Hmmmm!
If you do have ZoneAlarm, it might be worthwhile to change that...

Dear All,
System does not allow to void the payment on same day in R12. e.g. If payment is made on 18-NOV-2010, system does not allow to void on 18th. We can void payments if void date is greater than payment date.
Please let me know if you have any information to void payments on same day.

Hello Victor,
the data collection method CCMS_OS_COLLECT is an ABAP report as you can see in the method overview in rz21. This report is used to collect the operating system data and send it to the CCMS.
As soon as you install the sapccm4x agent on an instance the agent will take over the data collection for the operating system subtree (this is also described in [note 522453 |http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/522453]. Important: point 4. of the note!). I.e. as soon as the agent is responsible for the data collection you will see the mentioned CCMS_Cpu_Collect_c.
If the MTE doesn't display data you should check if the agent is running.

Garageband on my iphone will not allow activation of icloud. I continually get an error message that 'you have not set up iCloud on this device, close garageband open the settings app and sign in to iCloud.' i am signed in. I have GarageBand 1.2.1
I have uninstalled and reinstalled GarageBand many times,
I can't share between iPhone and iPad which is really frustrating.

I have the same message! I just got a new iPad yesterday, to replace an old one. I also just bought $40 worth of extra iCloud storage space, and my iCloud from within GarageBand on my iPad won't work at all!!! It keeps saying the same message you stated above. I have been on the phone for literally hours with Apple iPad support on the phone yesterday and today, and it's still NOT FIXED.

It sounds like you are using a different computer than the one you last synced the phone to. The iPhone can only sync to one computer; if you try to sync to a different one all of your content will be deleted and replaced with content from the new computer.

What happens when you try to change it, and if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?
On you iPad you should be able to change it by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tapping on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and logging into your account - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Changing payment info : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1918

My iphone doesn't allow me to turn on the wi-fi setting. The on button is greyed out and won't turn on . I have tried resetting network settings and restoring phone but nothing is working.Any advice?

I found an article with steps to take when you cannot enable Wi-Fi on your iPhone:
Resolution
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Verify that airplane mode is off by tapping Settings > Airplane Mode.
Reset the network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset >Reset Network Settings.
Note: This will reset all network settings, including Bluetooth pairing records, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN, and APN settings
Ensure that your device is using the latest software. To do so, connect your device to your computer and check for updates in iTunes.
If your issue is still unresolved, perform a software restore in iTunes.
Additional Information
If you are still unable to turn Wi-Fi on, please contact Apple for support and service options.

Manual payment is not allowed - Order type for payment

I 'm doing a rebate payment, but when I want to input a manual payment, I get "manual payment is not allowed for this agreement type".
I moved to 'define agreement type' hoping , filling the "Payment procedure" to "C" might resolve this issue. However this gives rise to yet another error :-

In the screen shot u sent u did not maintain document type for manual payments, in the field partial settlement u have to specify the document type which is defined to make the manual payments, the standard order type defined for manual accruals is R3.once u made the manual payments accrual which r already posted to finance must be reversed, for that u have to check reverse accruals.I hope this will solve ur problem.

Iphone 6 not allowing excel files??

My old iphone used to allow me to see excel files sent in emails but I have just upgraded to the iphone 6 and my email will no longer let me view files. I have downloaded a few apps to help but so far nothing has worked. I dont really need to work on the files but being able to see them from my phone would be amazing! Any suggestions?

For some reason it is working now. Believe it was a loading issue with my network. When it wasnt workig the screen would pop up grey and tell me just the name of the file in a darker grey font and that was it. Thanks for input though!

Has anybody implemented Paypal as payment method for Oracle Order Management?
We are on 11510 and looking to add Paypal as payment method apart from existing Credit Card, ACH etc.
I found a very old (2008) note on metalink that says there is an enhancement request for this.

1. If it's supported with Oracle 11510

First of all thanks for your response.
Please note that I am not talking about using Paypal as payment processor (similar to Paymentech) but I am talking about using "Paypal" payment method for getting payments from your customers.
As per my brief understanding, I know that Paypal too provides payment processing functionality where I can get my customer Credit Card, bank accounts etc. validated through paypal tool (I think it's call payflow pro similar to paymentech).
Again, we are on 11510 right now so R12 functionality may not be useful for us.
Also, we have already integrated and been using paymentech for payment processing for Credit Cards, ACH etc within 11510. There is no issue about that.
