Iphone 4s to ipad 2 video problem

ive imported video ive shot on my iphone 4s to my ipad 2 using the camera connection kit. the video show up as a blank mov file and does not play. i want to avoid going through my macbook and itunes. any suggeestions?

so ive imported the video into iphoto then tried to sync it back to my ipad. it didnt copy over saying the video is unsupported. ***?!?

i got a wifi ipad 2 as i have tethering on my iphone 4 contract. I have set up the personal hotspot and the ipad finds it and connects via wifi. But the wifi symbol doesn't appear instead its a a chain link type symbol. When i try to get online nothing happens. I have connected an ipod touch to my personal hotspot and it works fine. Can anybody help?

I do the same thing. 16gb wifi ipad 2 and teather to my ATT iphone 4... I too get the chain link, and at times it does not work as well. What I do, is turn my ipad off, and then back on.. And then reestablish my link. All is well after that.
I have not had a chance to try it since the most recent update to both devices, so unaware if the new updates fixed the problem, but it does seem like a bug to me.

i updated my iphone 4 to iso 6.1 last week , since then some videos in internet stopped working like jwplayer videos , what should i do ? should i restore my iphone or downgrade to 6.0.1

Dopo qualche mese torno a scrivere degli aggiornamenti per chi in futuro avrà lo stesso problema.. Quindi, la situazione è migliorata con qualche settimana di utilizzo della nuova batteria (si sarà ricalibrato il sensore, non saprei), tuttavia non sono tornato alla condizione precedente il problema. non ci sono più stati spegnimenti a livelli superiori al 4/5%, questo mi fa pensare che, nonostante le rassicurazioni del centro assistenza, la batteria fosse ormai ko. Quello che continuo a notare è un calo drastico della batteria a qualsiasi livello di carica, ma questo credo sia imputabile più all'utilizzo di risorse dell'os.. Morale: attenzione a fare affidamento su ciò che dicono nei centri apple.. ps: nel mio caso ho preso la batteria sostitutiva a 30€, kit di apertura iphone e spedizione compresa, è un'operazione molto semplice..

I am new to this community even though I have been a Apple user for years, so please forgive me if this question is not in the right section.
Has anyone encountered drastic shorter battery life both on iphone 5 and ipad since updating to iOS 6.1.2? I've always been happy with these two products until the update - now the battery life is considerably shorter which is extremely frustrating.
How can this problem be solved? Is there any way to go back to the previous version?

If you update using iTunes the phone is first wiped clean, then the new OS is installed, and finally the backup is restored. After this finishes if you sync your music should be restored. Music is not in the backup, because it is already on your computer and duplicating it would use up a lot of hard disk space.
An OTA update just patches what has changed; it does not disturb content.

When I restored my phone from icloud, half of my pics and videos have been deleted, the pics that were restored on my phone are very blurry, and the videos won't play. I get a message on my phone that says " the URL you are requesting is not found on this server". I have erased and reset my phone twice, but every time I do it, more pics and videos are deleted. I have backed up to icloud and iphoto, however, some of the pics are no longer on iphoto either. Is there someway to get the videos to play on my phone again? Make the photos not as blurry as they are now and to restore the pics and videos that have been lost? I really would love to have them back, this phone is supposed to be the best and right now it doesn't seem to be. Please help if you can.

I too have noticed that once i restored from iCloud. Pictures blurry and videos wont play!

Are you trying to use the phone in Bahrain with a supported carrier there? I suspect not. If you try to use this phone outside of Bahrain, you won't have FaceTime. This is done to prevent folks from simply crossing the border to purchase iPhones in Bahrain...FaceTime is banned in Saudi Arabia & the UAE. Sorry, but you'll only have FaceTime on that phone while using it in Bahrain on a supported carrier's network there.

I purchased an iPad 2 for my wife for Xmas and it did not come with iOS 5 so I had to update it......

Bug Report iOS 7 iTunes. Since it is repeatable on 3 iPhones and 4 iPads here, I'm sure others are experiencing the same thing. Apple, might want to take a peek at this. When a tv show or movie is deleted from Videos, the Videos app shuts down.

Restarting videos works and looks like video is getting deleted.

ICloud Photo Library: How do I transfer photos and videos only from my iPhone to my iPad but not from my iPad to my iPhone?

I had iCloud photo libraey turned on on both my iPad and iPhone. As said by the feature, photos and videos were being transferred automatically from each device to each other. I have a 64GB iPad Air 2 and my iPhone 5 only has 16GB of storage so I am lacking much more space on my iPhone than my iPad. I was wondering if there was a way to transfer photos only from my iPhone to my iPad but not from my iPad to my iPhone. Would turning off iCloud Photo library on my iPad do the trick? Thanks hope someone can help me out.

iCloud Photo Library keeps all of your photos in the Cloud which you then can selectively download. So, unless you download the iPad photos, they are not going to be taking up any room on your iPhone:

Tell your wife to get her own Apple ID. If you do not want continuity/handoff to work with calls, on both devicesgo to Settings==>>FaceTime==>> Turn OFF iPhone cellular calls.
