Iphone 4s turning on only until the apple logo

My iphone 4s, just after the blue i found it off, i assumed it was without battery until i reach home and plug it to the wall charger, it did start but showed signs of searching for network.
After sometime i noticed the sign of the battery was a bit strange like not charging but plugged to the charger, as soon as i pull it out it turns it self off.
It does not even turn on while plugged to the MacBook it just blinks the apple logo and turns itself off.
Does anyone knows how to solve this?
I do not have an apple retail or store near, at least at this country so that i can give it to them to check it mine was purchased at switzerland and it has like nothing more than 2 months of use.

try and see if you can get your iphone into recovery mode (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808)
and then try a restore, this will earse everything so i hope you have a backup

You will have to try putting it in DFU mode and allowing it to update. Once it has begun, you can't stop it.

Mine is not a question but I received the solution to the iphone 4s not discovering bluetooth, you hold the top button and the home button until the apple logo comes up and then let it reboot, put your bluetooth in pairing mode, and then turn on bluetooth

He told me to hold the top button and the home button together and do not let go until the apple logo came up, this would do a hard reset. Then when it reboots, you turn on your bluetooth in paring mode, and then turn on the bluetooth on your iphone 4s and it will find your bluetooth device. Simple, yet it works!!! Hope this helps those of you having the same problem I was having trying to connect your bluetooth.

Particularly:
Display has no backlight or dark screen
Toggle the ringer switch to see if the unit vibrates. If it does, it could be that iPhone is getting power, but is not displaying any image.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
While connected to the iPhone charger, try to reset the iPhone.
If the low-battery screen appears, charge the iPhone.

Did you try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
If this does not work, try to connect in recovery mode and restore again, explained in this article:

DFU Mode is a black, blank screen with iTunes saying Recovery Mode. If still problem and there is Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation and take to Apple for resolution.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

See if you can force the phone into recovery mode:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, itunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new.

i wanted to update my iphone 4s to ios6. no problems until the install/loading bar appeared on the iphone. that was 2 hours ago. nothing happened there is no progress being showed.
i also reset my iphone (home button + standby button). result: the apple logo and the bar appear, but still nothing happens...
