Iphone 4s TV out cable Crashing, HELP

I have an iPhone 4S and am using an AV adapter with HDMI to connect to my TV. It plays short youtube videos fine, but anything long (1 hour workout videos) it goes black and crashes to desktop after 20-30 seconds. Any ideas?
I have tried streaming from Safari and Google Chrome, but they both time out with long videos. Not sure what's going on. I was able to play a four minute video off YouTube without problem.

Likely not. I have the Composite Connection set from Apple and the housing around the 30 pin connector is substantially larger than the one on the supplied usb cable.

Iphone via TV out cables component av cable - docking station

I bought the mac component AV cables to hook up my iphone to my entertainment center. I had the docking station included with the iphone so i hooked it up to the cables I bought. I changed the setting in the iphone to output to the TV. I set the iphone in the docking station and it just played through the iphone. After some experimenting I found out it was the docking station that prevented me from hearing it through my entertainment center. I just hook the iphone directly to the cables I bought from MAC and it works fine. I would like to use the docking station though.
Any ideas or is a MAC issue?

I wouldn't be surprised if you had to purchase a universal dock to get audio working through it. Not worth it in my opinion, especially since the cable already works for you.

IPhone component AV out cable problems..

I recently bought an Apple component AV out cable and was very excited when it came this morning. Upon opening it I realized that the TV out had 3 different connectors (green, red & blue) and my TV only has 1 which is yellow!
Is there any way to make this work? Or should I just give up and return it?

Welcome to the forums.
Component inputs are three connectors -- they comprise the red, green and blue "guns" of the output. What you are seeing on your TV is composite input. You either need to purchase the composite video cable (which is the same price) or a converter from a third party (which will cost more or about the same as the cable).
You can look around the back of your TV to see if you might have component inputs elsewhere -- nearly all modern TVs (about the last two or three years) have component inputs, particularly if they are larger than 24" or so.

Does iPhone do Video Out via video cables?

I can't find any reference to this in the iPhone user guide, so I'm guessing it can't, but I thought I'd ask here.

IPhone crashing help???

I was on my iPhone 3g and it suddenly crashed and showed the apple logo as if it was turning on, then the screen went black and the phone went off. I tried to turn it on and the apple logo shows for 10-20 seconds then it turns off again. I have tried hard resetting it as well as well as trying to sync it with itunes, but the same thing happens with the apple logo showing then it switching off. Anyone had this problem or know how to solve this??

Phoned apple and they said they couldn't help me as im out of warranty and my nearest apple store is an hour away. Have to take it to some third party repairman or something. Know one semms to know what to do

I am having the same problem. I have just tried this. Unplug iphone > open itunes > delete all music from itunes library > close itunes > re-open itunes > add music from original folder > plug in iphone > select songs > press sync > unplug iphone using eject button onscreen > checked phone .... still nothing in music folder on phone. On itunes the "On this iphone" tab the songs remain there but greyed out.

You need to put the Tiger Install Disc in the 2011 iMac, boot the 2011 uMac into Target mode...

Boot the G4 holding the Option or alt key, hopefully the Install Disc in the 2011 iMac will show as a boot choice.
We just want to use the 2011 iMac as a big expensive FW Optical drive, it cannot be installed osing the 2011 iMac itself.

I can not get to iPhone screen, so no way to get to Settings. That is the problem. When I connect phone to iTunes I get screen asking to insert SIN card. On the phone I'm getting Cinfigure screen asking Launguage , Country or Region, Wi-Fi, ( I can connect to my home wi-fi), and last screen "Activating your iPhone". After two minutes of waiting IM getting message: Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server in temporary unavailable. try connecting to iTunes or try later or contat apple.com/support.

Are you connecting your iPhone directly to your PC or to a USB hub?

HT1688 Iphone 3G keeps crashing, Help!!

Hey! My iPhone 3g has been constantly crashing and I know they're kernel panics, but nothing will fix it. I recently removed the jailbreak and completely restored it. I've tried restoring it as a new phone and backing it up and I've even removed all my apps and cleared it. And it also keeps looping the start up screen and ocasionally enters the recovery mode screen.Will Apple will replace it?? even though I still pay the bill, it was given to me, I didn't purchase it, does that matter?Help!

Apple won't touch your phone since it's been previously jailbroken. Despite what the "jalbreakers" say, restoring a jailbroken phone back to "factory" settings, does NOT always leave the phone in a pristine state as you are discovering now. Your phone is bricked. Start saving your money for a new phone. That phone is toast. Use it as a beautiful paperweight.
Tough lesson learned.

Please correct your porfile: iPhone 4 do not have IOS 6.1.4.
The usual troubleshooting steps are, also remember to test it after every step:
1. Restart
2. Reset
3. Restore from backup
4. Restore as new.

Try assigning Queen as the Album Artist on the compilations in iTunes on your computer.
