IPhone 4S WILL NOT load my new music!

ever since i upgraded to ios6, my iphone wont go past step 7 when i try to sync my new music,it says "determining tracks to sync" and then it will say "iphone can not complete sync because iphone has been disconnected" but its still plugged in and still registering in itunes! I have tried restoring my iphone, after about 20 minutes it will say that my phone has been disconnected (ive tried switching usb cords thinking there was a broken wire in the cord or something) so i cant even restore my phone to see if that fixes it... ive googled answers for this issue and tried everything everyone has said and i STILL cant load my music! it will show up in my library but it will be in grey lettering... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!! i have owned every iphone since they first came out and never had an issue like this

also - i have tried deleting itunes and loading it again, retstarting my computer and my iphone, and still nothing... and if i leave my phone to try and get past step 7 (for example it was trying to sync while i posted this thread) if i go to click on itunes again it wont open itunes

In the Music tab of iTunes, do you have 'Include Voice Memos' checked?

Setting up syncing
Before setting up syncing you should download and install the latest version of iTunes. Wi-Fi syncing requires iTunes 10.5 or later and iOS 5 or later. You can change your sync options at any time. Each time you sync, content is synced between your iOS device and computer to reflect new, updated, or deleted content.
USB syncing
Open iTunes.
Connect the iOS device to your computer using the included USB cable and select it in iTunes under Devices on the left-hand side. Some tabs may not appear if you do not have corresponding content in your library. For example if you do not have any podcasts in your library, the corresponding Podcast tab will not appear.
Click Apply, in the lower-right corner of the screen, to sync.
Wi-Fi syncing
Open iTunes
To set up Wi-Fi syncing, connect your iOS device to your computer with the included USB cable. Select your device under Devices on the left-hand side.
In the Summary tab, select "Sync with this [device] over Wi-Fi".
Whenever the computer and the iOS device are on the same network, the iOS device will appear in iTunes, and you can sync it. The iOS device will sync automatically when all of the following are true:
The iOS device is plugged in to power
iTunes is open on the computer
The iOS device and the computer are on the same Wi-Fi network
While the iOS device appears in the left-hand column of iTunes, you can select the content tabs and configure sync options.
Click Apply or Sync to sync the iOS device.

Deauthorized all computers from my account. Which now I think I should have not done!! I reauthorized mine only BUT now I can no longer play any new songs purchased without it asking me to authorize my computer?? When I authorize it tell me my computer IS ALREADY authorized?? And still will not play any new music I purchase. PLEASE somebody help??

When I double click on the AA9 icon to initiate installation, it whirls away for a while then asks if I want to allow "this program to make changes to his computer?" I click Yes and it begins to process again for a few minutes. Then it displays the following Invalid Unicode file error message...and simply stops processing or installing. In that last process, it also reaches out for whatever reason and activates the magnifier tool in Windows.
I have thought that perhaps upgrading to a higher version of Windows might help, but who knows for sure?
P.S. – This is a brand new HP Pavilion dv6 series computer that is more than adequate to this task.

okay from reading posts it seems if I transfer my backed up info from my old comp to the new one and erase my dad's phone's back up i could reset my phone and it would transfer all my old data back onto the phone, be linked to the new computer and i could proceed. Where do i find the backed up info from my phone?

Email attachements will not load in New Email, but load in reply

I create a new email, to a person in outlook office 365, It will not load and attachments or pictures. If that person sent a email, I can go to reply and attachments load not a problem. Only in new email it will not load.

I changed my apple id because i no longer had access to the old email address - what a mess! I finally got the ipad to recognize the new id but the iphone automatically sees the old id and will not "take" the new one. I went to the apple store and signed out of the old id and and into the new but it still sees the old id whenever I try to back up to the cloud
Please help me I am losing my mind.

   I am having an issue with my phone. I can't get the home screen to load. I get the Apple Logo screen then it disappears and I get the black screen with a spinning beachball/gear ( like it's trying to load). A couple of days ago I had my phone in my bedroom on my night stand, charging. One of my schnauzers in the attempt to get on the bed, got tangled in the cord and pulled it off the stand onto the floor ( about a 2 foot drop ) ::note:: I do have an otter box on the phone. The phone seemed okay until this afternoon. I updated 4 apps and later I picked up my phone to call my husband and I had the spinning gear screen.
   After searching and googling a bit I came across some "fixes" One said to hook up to my PC and restore the phone via ITunes. Okay I tried this, at first I got an error saying there was an unknown error. After a few tries the phone started to restore. It comfirmed that my restore was a success and I then began a sync. After the sync had finished I was back to the apple logo screen :/
I tried this fix also ( it's been helpful for others, just not for me )
1. Connect to iTunes via USB. Do not disconnect for rest of these steps. iTunes may appear frozen or stuck with spinning beachball....this is okay, do not Force Quit iTunes. I tried a few times w/o it being connected to iTunes and it doesn't work.
2. Once connected, hold Home + Power until screen blinks then Apple logo comes back up.
3. Wait until Apple logo dims slightly (~5 minutes or less). Do NOT reboot until the apple logo dims.
4. Hold Home + Power again until it reboots and Apple logo comes back up.
5. After 2 min or so, the phone may vibrate once or twice. Continue waiting for the full 5 min until Apple logo dims slightly. iTunes at this stage MAY recognize the phone...do not sync or do anything in iTunes.
6. Hold Home + Power for the 3rd time until it reboots. Phone may vibrate again after 2 minutes or so. Eventually you'll break into your Home screen.
Still, my home screen will not load :/ Any help would be much appreciated. I live in a rural town with no Apple Store. I got my phone from an individual, would they even help me out ( Apple Store)? I'd have to drive about 80 miles round trip to get to an Apple Store. If there's a fix for this, I'd very much appreciate it

Check the required specs for the latest version of iTunes and iOS. What kind of Mac computer do you have and what OS does it have on it. Also, what kind of processor do you have, Intel?

My Iphone 5 will not play all my music!

I have been having this issue with my iphone 5 for a while now and I can’t seem to fix this problem. All my songs on Itunes work just fine. When I sync the songs into my Iphone all the songs appear however most of them will not be “clickable to play” (the song name and title will be there but most of them will be in a “lighter gray” and I cannot access the song
please help.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Check your update preferences. Click on the picture of the iPod in the left pane of iTunes. This will bring up the tabs in the main pane to the right. In the first tab "Summary" check to see if your iPod is set to "manually manage songs and playlists". If you have songs on the iPod that aren't on your computer then leave it at this setting, if you change it to sync automatically it will erase anything you have on the iPod and replace it with whatever is in your new iTunes.

There's also a manual method of copying songs from your iPod to a Mac or PC. The procedure is a bit involved and won't recover playlists but if you're interested it's available on page 2 at this link: Copying Content from your iPod to your Computer - The Definitive Guide
Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync.
