IPhone 4S will not work at all.
My brand new iPhone 4S will not turn on or off. It has the circle that is used when it is loading something, but that just stays the same. I have entered the serial # correctly several times, and your website won't accept it. My landphone also is not working today, so I'm unable to call.

The fact that the speaker is able to produce sound when selecting a ringtone, should indicate that there isnt a problem with the speaker module itself.
When playing content (i.e music), is the volume slider bar present>?

Looking for some assistance. I downloaded an audiobook from iTunes. It was 11 hours long. Originally it worked on my iPhone, but stopped working after 44 minutes into the book. I tried to re-load the book but it would only load a portion of it and would then would not play. I then was able to get the same half of the book loaded into my laptop, but then not onto my iPhone. Anysuggestions, other than re-purchasing the book?

i updated my 4s yesterday, but my phone will not work at all now, and will not turn off. It has a itunes image on the screen with an arrow underneath and what looks like the charger lead. i've had it on charge! is there anything else i can do?
Cconnect it to your computer with the latest version of iTunes installed.

I have tried several times to load version 11.4 and keep getting an error code2324, now I cannot sync any of my apple products. I set my machine to a previous recover date, now iTunes will not work at all. I get a message stating I do not have the administrator rights to download. Any thoughts on this issue?

My itunes will not work at all. i have deleted and reinstalled in over ten times, i have ended the process, i have reinstalled quicktime i few times, i have deleted many folders such as TEMP, itunes helper et What else can i do? Please help:(
