At Apple Store, if you have AppleCare +, replacement iPhone 4S costs $50, if no +, then it will cost $199. Either your battery is faulty, the power management is faulty, or the charging port is faulty, or all three. Start with battery replacement. If still problem, then try charging port with flex cable replacement. If still problem, then it is very complex fix or no fix at all possible.

try a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the applee logo and then release, then wait fro the phone to boot back up.

Rebooting will not make you lose any content. Rebooting is when you hold the home button and the sleep button down at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
You can these suggestions. One might work for you.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream. -

On my iPhone 5, upon receiving a picture, when I touch the arrow to open it I just get a blank loading screen that never loads the pic! Didn't have this issue on my iPhone 4 running OS 6. Is anyone else having this issue?

try to quit the mail application in the multitasking feature. if this does not work try to reset the device manualy by pressing the home and power button until it powers off and restarts with the apple logo.

I have just installed snow leopard on my Mac Pro (v10.5.8) on trying to shut down on the apple menu it doesn't completely turn off computer, I just get a blank screen but the curser is still live and I have to hold down the power button to force a shut down.
Try quitting all applications before shutting down. One may be hanging and preventing a normal shutdown.

If that does't help, try resetting Winsock. This has solved the problem for some people, at least.
1) Click on your start menu.
2) Go to accessories
3) Run the Command Prompt application. For those with Vista or Windows 7, right click on Comman Prompt and choose "run as administrator".
4) Once it opens, type in the following command...
netsh winsock reset
5) hit Enter and it should say something like Winsock reset successful.
6) Reboot your computer and try the iTunes Store again.

Hi, After I try to load either an existing or new project in Adobe Premier Elements 9 I just get a blank grey screen with none of the timeline, etc. boxes on view. This has suddenly happened, one day OK next not! At the top of the screen I get the normal Pre icon, File, Edit, Clip, etc.
I am planning on purchasing Premier Elements 13, would it be better if I bought a new program rather than download an upgrade, just in case the upgrade doesn't load properly due to the error with my existing program?
If I the deleted Premier Elements 9 on my PC would I lose all my existing videos that were produced using Premier Elements 9 or would they be saved so that they can still be worked on in Premier Elements 13?
Does Premier Elements 13 work with Windows 7?

In fact, I'd highly recommend you download the free trial and give it a test run.
Meantime, go to Windows Update and make sure you have all of the latest Windows updates, including those that don't install automatically. Then go to the nVidia or ATI site and ensure you have the latest driver for your graphics card, and go to Apple.com and ensure you have the latest version of Quicktime, per the program's requirements. -

When i left click on a picture to enlarge on many websites - I just get a blank screen. when I centre click on that same picture it gives me an (untitled) - in the tab and the following (as an example) in the top bar

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

When I usually go into yahoo mail, there is an icon at the top left hand side to access my calendar and notepad. They are both gone, but there is a field in the bottom left corner that has the buttons. When I click on either one, I just get a blank screen. I've not updated by Firefox to a new version and can't imagine what happened overnight.
This sounds more like it's a temporary problem with Yahoo's mail website. My advice at this point is to see if this fixes itself within a few hours. If not, please come back (actually, do come back regardless and let us know if your problem is solved).
