Iphone 5 a womans phone....

So I get my iphone 5, open the package ...and right away drop it to the floor...what the? I pick it up and start it up......all goes well. I notice it's much lighter and smoother then the other iphones, .....the next day it slips out of my hand again....all's well, and I immediately go the store to buy a case(flip).....and install the case....and drop it again...what? I'm starting to think there is something seriously wrong with me. So this goes on for some time, frequently dropping it, I find I get afraid of picking it up, it's an expensive phone and I don't want to ruin it...until finally the screen cracks, a hairline fracture, but still cracked....and I'm not happy. At the Applestore I explain my misfortune....and they just give me a new one! Well this is great, it's because it's a hairline fracture and it's not supposed to do that....but I get afraid again of taking my new phone out of my pocket in fear of dropping it again. I search the internet for a solution....found it: An Otterbox Defender Case....a bit bulky, but it feels very secure, sturdy...and actually now it feels like I have a man's phone again. Then it dawns on me....the iphone 5 is a womans phone....they like it smooth and light....thank me I made my phone into a man's phone again. Anybody else have any thoughts on this one...or am I just a very clumsy guy (Yeah I know...!)

My vote, is for clumsy. In over 10 years of having cell phones, I've never damaged on in any way.

We added iMessage the them both and at first it was great, the messages appear in the text messages under the phone contacts and when I send a text message it will either be a green message or a blue one for (iMessage) depending on the signal. Now when my husband sends a text message to me I don't get them all or some days none. When I send him a text message he gets them from my email address. I cannot send him a standard text anymore my phone only wants to iMessage, so if the signal is not right it just sits there undelivered???
I also have a friend who that we regularly texted each other, for the past 4 months I can receive her texts but she never gets mine? And I have tried countless times, now iv given up trying and I don't use texting to either, but everyone else no problem.

You and your husband can share a store account and still have seperate iCloud accounts for your contacts, bookmarks and stuff like that. Click here for instructions to make an apple account without entering a credit card. Make sure you use a different email address for each apple account.
Set up your iPhone/iPad whatever using the new account for iCloud. Then go into settings/store and sign in with your purchasing account, you may need to sign out of the other account. To the best of my knowledge, your household is allowed to share purchased legally, someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Once you each have your own devices set to your own accounts you can set them to backup to that account and it will keep all your contacts seperate.

HT3529 iMessage appearing in 2 different iPhones with distinct phone numbers but using same apple ID

I and my friend both use same apple ID. When someone sends me an iMessage to my iPhone, it goes to his iPhone with separate phone number also. When I send someone an iMessage from my iPhone, the message will appear as sent from his iPhone also. But the receiving person will get only one iMessage (from my number).
Both of us have ios 6 and separate phone numbers but same apple ID.
How is this possible?
When I checked setting on iMessage on my phone, send and receive shows my phone number and email address only.
Has my iPhone been hacked by him?
Please help

i have already try the copy/paste thing with the ID of the file "iTunes Music Library.xml" it didn't change a thing. each time I relaunched Itunes, the ID is the first I have in the MAC.
I have more than 5 000 files of music. I don't want to recreate one by one all my playlits.

You can sync iphone with one and only one computer at a time. If you sync to another, it will erase the current content and replace with content form the new computer. There is no way around this.
Put everything on one computer and sync from there.
BTW, you posted in the Home Share forum. Your question seems to have nothing to do with home share.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

Also, be aware of the following:
The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief. All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. I finally worked around Apple's problem. I synced my iPhone 4 phone with another computer. Lost my apps and music on the phone but still had my music database of almost 3,000 tunes. I then synced with another computer with the updated iTunes software they just sent out. Then had to rebuild my apps and music on the phone. I used Tune-Up plug-in to help with the music with covers and dupes, etc. It took me till 1 am last night but it's now working and syncing ok. I have about 1,000 tunes on the phone now, with no dupes and 95% of the cover artwork. Without Tune-Up it would take me a week to get the dupes out and covers for all the albums. I think the problems started when Apple tried to send the update directly to the iPhone rather than thru iTunes like they had always done before. I turned off the cloud and am syncing and backing up with my computer and home sharing is turned off. That method worked very well for the last few years. It seems like the combination of home sharing, the cloud and 5.0.1 software caused a lot of problems. Hopefully I have it under control now, or at least until the next software update. It was a major pita.

You cannot do this. iPhones have to be activated with a service plan before any of the features, including the iPod features can be used.

TS4036 How do I restore my iPhone 4 loaner phone back to July 2013? It has restored to March 2013... I never recieved the option to restore it to July 2013 when I connect to the wifi at home.

Last week I had to recieve an iPhone 3S loaner phone. The guy at the counter restored it partly (expect for apps); it worked like a headach and I exchanged it for an iPhone 4. He handed it over to me and said I could restore it once I was home. I go home, connect to my wifi, and nothing happens. I am unable to restore it so I plugged it into my laptop to restore from iTunes. It restores it from March 2013... I would like to have the newest backup as possible. I have tried to reset it to Factory Setting, taken out the SIM Card. And recently did the 6.1.3 Software Update.

If you restored from itunes, then you got the newest backup it had. Are you sure you didn't back up to it recently? Maybe you were backing up to icloud. The two are different.

Go step by step and test.
1. Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
    Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.
    Restart the computer.
    Start up in Safe Mode.

2. Empty Caches
    Safari > Preference > Advanced
    Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
    Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
    Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the dropdown.
3. Deselect Proxies if selected.
    System Preference > Network > Advanced > Proxies Tab
    Under "Select Protocol", uncheck any box if selected.
    Click "OK" then "Apply”.
