I use iphone4 and 5.All settings and use the same network but batteries run out too quickly iphone5 why happened

What are you doing with the phones?
What apps do you use on a daily basis?
The iPhone was designed to work for a whole workday...
Are you  streaming video/music over 3G?
Using maps?

  • Batteries run out too quickly!

    Hello!
I have a macbook Pro (13 inches) since march 2011, and since I bought it, the batteries run out too quickly, only in 90 minutes, and if I try to watch a film or to use facetime is less time. I went to apple store 5 times: 1st they changed the batteries twice, 2nd they changed the hardware, 3d they formatted my computer, 4th the changed the network? (I,m not quite sure about what they did the last time) and now it is worse, the batteries run out in 60-70 minutes. I don't know what to do, I am really disappointed with apple care service.
Thank you very much for your help in advanced.

How can i Downgrade from iOS 6 beta Firmware to iOS 5.1.1 iPhone 4 A4 . After I've upgraded my machine batteries run out very quickly, so I want to Downgrade, I don't have shsh blobs

There is no reason to be running beta software, I doubt it will even still run as iOS 6 has been officially released.  Or were you simply trying to be funny?
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).  Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

    Thx!

Basics right out of the user guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.

  • My iPhone 3GS battery is running down too quickly

In the last few days, my iPhone has started running down *very* quickly. I have been running iOS 6.1 for ages without any problems. Could this all of a sudden cause problems like this?
I have disabled mobile data and 3GS and just left the clock, calendar and reminders running, but this has not helped. It was 100% charged when I went to sleep last night, and when I woke up this morning it was down to 20%.
Can anyone advise me on a way to fix this please?

Really... took me all of a minute to find http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2802 which reveals:
    Battery life seems short
Note: Charging with a FireWire-based power source is not supported, except on original iPhone.
Click ( www.apple.com/batteries/iphone.html) for tips on how to prolong iPhone's battery life.
Try turning  iPhone off and then on again.
Connect iPhone to iTunes and restore iPhone.
If the screen shows a low-battery image, the battery is low on power and needs to charge for up to ten minutes before you can use it.
When charging iPhone, make sure to leave it charging until it is fully charged. You'll know the battery is fully charged when the battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen looks like this .
Note: When charging using a   computer, don't connect iPhone to   a keyboard. Also, the computer must be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode. If iPhone is connected to a computer that's not turned on or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPhone battery may drain.

  • I bought my 15" macbook pro i7 just a year ago and my battery life runs out extremely quick..at fully charged it says I only have 2:27 of usage time. I didn't pay for that-what can I do about it? I do have Apple care. Thanks.

I bought my 15" macbook pro just a year ago and my battery life runs out extremely quickly. This started maybe a month or two ago. Its hard to tell. I only noticed the rapid change recently. Fully charged it says I have 2:27 (2 hours and 27 minutes) of usage time...with about 50% screen and keyboard brightness.
I've checked inside system preferences and its cycle count is 261 and full charging cap is 6316.
I have apple care...is this something i can/need to take up with apple. You'd think if you pay the price for these machines you should get mroe use out of them.
ONLY A YEAR I'VE HAD THIS!
My PC lasted 4 years before the battery showed signs this dramatic of wear.
Any help is appreciated, im  new mac owner. thanks.

do you have a mbp with dual video cards? running the system with the higher end card increases the heat and also drains batt power.
i have the 1st gen unibody (2008) with an original removable battery of 311 cycles and 4453 charge. under normal use ill be happy to get 1.5hrs. the mac battery counter thing says i have 3.3hrs though (whatever). compared to me, i think you use your battery more than i do, perhaps its the reason why it degraded so fast in a year?

  • My iPhone 4s is running out of space

Hello,my iPhone 4s is running out of storage and it's getting frustrating.I remember before I had like 100 apps on there(only like 5 pages of apps) and know I can ony afford 2 pages and 1 half page of apps,I deleted some photos but it didnt make much of a difference. The most thing taking storage is music with 846 MB,then it's sonic ep 2witj 705 and then dead trigger with 292.I know the apps have more space but the problem is that I don't want to delete them because I had so many good memories on there and if I delete it,the progress in the game will be deleted.Ive seen iCloud storage but I don't know what that does.Is there anything I can do?? Thank you for your time in advanced.
    P.S: I only have 240 MB available and 13.4

Not sure what's causing your iPhoto issue but if you need a temporary solution you could use an app like PhotoSync to wirelessly transfer them to your Mac until you can figure it out.

Backup and restore your software via iTunes. If the problem continues, restore as a NEW device. If this solves it, that means there is some corruption in your backup file. If the problem is still there, you should take it to the Genius Bar at an Apple Store for evaluation.

  • Why is the battery on my iphone running out so quickly

Since the last update my iphone runs out of battery power in half the time it used to. I have followed all the advice about turning off anything that consumes energy but it has had no effect. I also keep getting a no service message which can only be fixed by resetting my next work connections.. I am starting to lose  my enthusiasm for apple and I think my next phone will be an android. Can anyone suggest how to get my battery power consumption back to normal?

If you have already followed all these suggestions ...

... then take your iPhone to an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center and seek advice there.

  • HP Envy Cartridge runs out too fast!

Dear HP, I have had my HP Envy for 18 months and am growing frustrated of the ink cartridges running out of ink too quickly.  I purchased a brand new 61 black ink cartridge just last week and only printed 2 Word documents, 5 school forms (1 page each) and about 25 pages of coupons, and today the black ink ran out....after just one week and about 32 pages!  It's not worth $20 for j ust 32 pages...that's almost $1.00 per page!  I have an old HP Deskjet that only cost me $29.99 and the $15 cartridges last at least 3 times longer.  I'm tired of wasting my money on ink and feel very cheated. Regards, Laura Hamann

    Hi @Villaverde
I would like to help you with your concerns about your ink usage. The regular size colored cartridge have a page yield expectancy of 165 page, and the XL one have a 330 page yield.
Actual yield will vary depending upon the amount of content on the page.Highly "dense" documents, such as the text document below, may yield fewer pages than the ISO standard, while less dense ones such as the organization chart below would yield more pages than the standard.Printing that uses primarily one color could cause lower yields for that color, and higher yields for colors not heavily used. The yield you experience will depend upon the content that you print.
    The five standard ISO pages
    High density text
    Org Chart
The information above and more can be found here: How HP measures inkjet page yields.
If you are still concerned that you are not getting an adiquite page yield from your cartridges, I suggest calling HP. If you are in Canada or US call 800 474 6836, or you can Contact HP Worldwide.
    I hope this helps.

  • Color Ink Cartridges all running out very quickly

    Hi,
I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium. I purchased it because the store display bragged at how much more econimical it was to run compared to a laser printer. I mainly print in black, but I occasionally print some color pages here and there. When my black cartridges started getting low, I received a message on the screen saying it will need to be replaced soon. At the time, all of my color cartridges were between 50 and 75% full. When the black cartridge did run out, I replaced it and within a few minutes, the first color cartridge said it was empty and I could not continue printing until it was replaced, even though I was trying to print only in black anyway.
I could not understand why it would have ran out when it was still well over half full a few minutes before and I was only printing with black ink. I went ahead and replaced it anyway. A few minutes later, the same thing happened again with the next color and then after that with the last color. I had to replace all 3 color ink cartridges in order to even be able to print just black text.
This was a couple of months ago. Today I ran a printer status report and saw my page count. I have printed only 1325 black pages and 312 color pages. That means I went thru close to $100 worth of color ink for only 312 pages?! The number I actually got out of those cartridges is actually even less because I have printed quite a few since then to come up to that number. How is a printer like this anyway economical like their display said? That's over 33 cents per page and I'm not talking about printing out hi quality photos or anything like that....these were just a few flyers with a few small pics and some colored text.
I don't understand how if I prnt mainly in black at draft quality, how I can run out of colored ink so fast. I have loved the way the whole machine worked, but if it goes thru ink that fast, I'd be better off having anything I need printed in color done by a professional printing service....it would be cheaper than what I've been paying per page with this!
I really wish HP would step up to the plate and either take this printer back or figure out a way to make it use less ink. By the time I get a years worth of use out of it, I'll have spent well more in ink than I have on the printer itself.
Has anyone else experienced problems like this, or is there something wrong with my printer?

    Hi tom19382,
    Welcome to the HP Forums!
I see that your HP Officejet 8600 premium is running out of ink quickly.
I have some questions for you:
1.) What Operating System are you using Windows or Mac? What version? That way I could provide the settings for black ink only.
2.) Are you using regular or XL size cartridges?
3.) Are these cartridges HP Genuine or re-fills?
Hope to hear back, and have a great day.
