Iphone 5 charges on computer and doesn't with wall

Hello people!
So the problem is pretty simple, my used iphone 5, who supposedly got a new battery in september charges super well when plugged in a computer, but is a total jerk when it comes to charging from another source. Now, since I know how things work I tried everything that could be a problem, use a different cable, use a different wall adapter, chek with other iphone if the wall adaptor works fine (it indeed works fine), plug in a usb port that can charge but is not in a computer. The funny thing is usually when you shut off your iphone, it starts when you plug it in, well guess what mine too, it starts but doesn't charge... Oh and I also tried 3 different power socket... just in case. I also tried the reset with home and sleep, also restoring it (which also gave me a whole lot trouble too, but now it's fine!)
so any genius out there before I head out to an electronic shop and tell my super awesome story again!

What happens if you go to iTunes > File > Devices, do you get the option to Sync iPhone?

when conecting to Itunes). Since my updates Itune wont let me drag and drop any files' even pictures that
were taken with my Iphone on 4.3.3.
Please help as we have no itunes music in Israel, only apps and i cant copy any of my old music from my computer
to my iphones.
If it helps, i am using a pc with 32 bit windows 7.
Other from the obove Itunes works fine and does sync pictures from my computer to my Iphone from "my pictures" folder.

The title of my initial post is a bit misleading. I already took a chance deleting one of the iPhones, hoping if I deleted the wrong one, I can still reauthorize it (all with the same Apple ID acct, so not subject to 90-day waiting period, right?) The iTunes database just updated itself, and it says I have 4 "devices" "in the Cloud", but 5 "computers" associated w my account. How can I find out what computers are associated? Isn't there a list I can see? I dont have a clue what computers they might be. If I use the "Deauthorize All" option, is it a pain to add them all back in. I assume I would have to log in from each computer to reauthorize each one. Would I have to be running the newest OS or version of iTunes to reauthorize? I think I have a PowerBook G4 Titanium with an older OS and iTunes. I'd like to keep that authorized, if possible.

Yes. My wife and I each have our own Apple ID and used the same computer to sync our phones with iTunes. The best way to do this is set up separate user accounts on the computer. If you are logged in to your account on the computer and your wife wants to sync here phone, you would log out and she would log in. These keeps all your stuff separate and avoids a ton of confusion.

How do I unsync my iPhone from my old computer and sync it to my new one?

I am unable to access my iPhone on my new computer without erasing and syncing all my data on my iPhone. I no longer have my old computer so unsyncing from that computer or transferring the data from it is out of the question. I have important settings, contacts, pictures, etc. that I don't want to lose from erasing my iPhone. However, I want to be able to actually put stuff on my phone. I attempted to backup my iPhone to my new computer and it worked. Yet, it seemed like it only backed up the apps on my iPhone. Is there a way to keep everything the way it is now on my iPhone (including app layout, settings, and such) and still sync to my new computer?

The warning message provided is all iTunes content on your iPhone will be erased, not all settings and data. The same applies when selecting to transfer any photos from the new computer. If you had a computer backup for your old computer that included your iTunes library and all photos on your iPhone that were transferred from your computer that could be transferred to your new computer, this wouldn't be a problem.
iTunes includes an option to transfer all iTunes content on your iPhone that was purchased/downloaded from the iTunes Store. With your iPhone connected and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone. Or with your iPhone connected, right click on your iPhone under Devices in the iTunes source list and at the menu window that appears, select Transfer Purchases.
There are some 3rd party utilties that provide for transferring photos from an iPhone that were transferred to the iPhone from a computer, but the original resolution of these photos will be lost. When transferring photos from a computer, the photos are optimized for viewing on the iPhone. The same utilities provide for transferring music from an iPhone that was not purchased from the iTunes Store.
Contacts, settings, and photos/videos in the iPhone's Camera Roll are not affected by this.

If you are saying that after signing into iCloud it is telling you device is not found, it could be for any number of reasons. If the battery is dead, if the SIM has been removed, or if someone else has the phone and they have restored it, it will not be shown. Also, if you located it once and then sent a remote wipe, it disables the abililty to locate the phone with Find My iPhone.

The help info, HT4901, was the closest info from the Help pages but it assumed we were already on icloud and had simply disconnected our calendar from icloud. Actually, we were simply trying to synch our devices by signing up with icloud for the first time, so it seems our calendar never had a chance to get uploaded. In any case, how do you reconnect / re-access a calendar on icloud?

If your calendar does not appear on icloud.com it never uploaded to iCloud. If it is no longer on your computer you would have to restore it from a backup source such as Time Machine to restore it.

If the album was synced to your phone from your computer, it can only be removed by sycing it off. To do this, deselect the folder on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and sync.
