When synced to the iphone the colors show as Red and Orange on the iphone.
    Any suggestions?

I found a post online that tells you how to "choose" your colors, and have linked to it in my entry below. Hope this helps!

The camera on my iPhon 4s is not working correctly.  It is colored all strange and the shutter keeps opening and closing trying to fix the problem but it cant.  I have already reset my phone and turned it off and on again.  How do I fix this??

If resetting the camera app doesn't work you can try restoring your iPhone's software. The entire process takes about an hour to an hour and a half. Make sure you do a backup. Make sure you do a backup.

  • Swap Iphone 5 color with AppleCare+

I bought a black Iphone 5 from Verizon (bad move on my part), which happened to have out of the box damage on it.  Verizon replaced it, the replacement phone was even worse so I kept the original.  Now Verizon is saying I'm outside of their 14-day policy, even though the replacement phone was not so they can't do anything. The damage on my phone is minor, but if something else happened to it in the future and I sent it in for replacement through AppleCare+ program, is there anyway to get a different color back (black to white in my case)?  I know with the 4/4s the white phone was released at a later date than the black making it controversial to do this, but with the Iphone 5, the white and black were released together, same price, etc.
    Thanks

    No
You would get the exact same model/color

  • Iphone custom colors were syncing, now not

i've read all the posts about the workarounds, etc with syncing iphone/mobileme calendars and not being able to assign colors. however, the custom colors that i had created in ical were created properly on iphone. i had to reset iphone, and now they're in they're not syncing.
i've reset sync data, added blank calendars, etc, but regardless, it's not working now. i don't remember if there was something specific i did to keep my custom colors assigned last time around. any thoughts? thanks.

  • Iphone calendar colors

I use my iPhone to handle my calendars for work, and therefore sync to multiple calendars. However, I can't get the colors to change. I've seen other people's make-shift solutions, but none of them have worked for me. Worse still, recently my calendar has some how changed, and now several of my main calendars all show up as brown, making it not only ugly, but very confusing. Is there any real method to change the calendar colors??? please help!

To get the colors you need to set up different calendars. Set up a separate calendar for the 5 disserent colors that are available. Took a little getting used to and if you are using Outlook it is a bit strange looking, but if you are using iCal or Mobile Me it will sync pretty much with the same colors if you set it up right. You can change the colors in iCal or Mobile Me, but on the iPhone it will come out in a set order for the colors.

  • IPhone calendar colors not there

I updated my iPhone to 2.0 and had colors on the day view in calendar. Had syncing problems and once resolved, I have no colors at all, only gray scale. Any suggestions or am I just missing a setting somewhere?

  • IPhone 5c Color Suggestion

    Hello,
I have a suggestion for adding a color that the iPhone 5c should come in. I think it should also come in Product Red. It will possibly get more customers to buy the iPhone 5c, and I would buy it.
    Thanks for your time.

there is no Apple here to hear your suggestion.

  • Iphone 4s color swap

I just bought the new iphone 4s att 64GB white and am having major seconds thoughts about the color,
I wanted to go white since I already had the iphone 4 in black and wanted a change (which I know regret)
If anyone in the L.A. area is interested in swapping new iphone 4S ATT white 64GB for the black version of the same he'd make my day.

    Diesel,
I have no idea how this happened. I didn't pay attention to the OP post date but I never scroll down more than a half page when checking for new posts.
I will watch out for this error in the future. But I definitely did not scroll back many pages to find some old post.
PS - Is it possible for someone to "Bump" a post on this forum?
PS-2, Diesel, I just checked a site feature. It seems the forum displays posts differently depending on whether I am logged in or not logged in. "Go-Figure" !!!

  • Changing iPhone 4 color

    Hello everyone,
I'm new to the community, I don't perfectly know how everything works, but I'll try my best.
Here's my problem: I just bought my girlfriend a brand new iPhone 4 black, and I get to know that she doesn't like the color.
Is there anything I can do to swap it with a white one? The phone's obviously still got about 1 year warranty.
    Thank you,
    Littlemimmi.

Well, she's not that upset but I overheard her saying she wanted it white.
I bought it more than a month ago in England, so I can't do much with the "30 Day Return" I'm afraid, but, I'm in England again so do you think one of the big Apple Stores like in Convent Garden might do anything? Even with a little bit of charge?
    Thanks everyone by the way

  • IPhone Calendar colors keep changing

When I first began using my IPhone 3G, the calendar entries all synced as blue. Fine. About a week ago, they all synced as red. Strange that the color changed, but also fine. Yesterday, they synced as yellow. Not fine. I have a very hard time reading entries because the white lettering barely shows within the entries. Is there a way to go back to one of the other colors or at least to a more legible color? Thanks.

dwbsf. If you go into your "mail, contacts, calendars" settings, then into your Exchange account you can turn the Calendar syncing on or off. If you turn it off, then back on, your calendar colors should return to the basic default color sequence, which hopefully will be colors that are more appealing (Red, Orange, Blue, etc.

  • My 3G iPhone's color is not as vivrant as my old iPhone.

When I was viewing my calender I noticed my new iPhone 3G,s color, the blue border's weren't as deep blue as my old iPhone and then I checked out a picture that had a lot of color noticing a good amount of color loss as compared to my old phone. What's up? loss in screen quality or a bad screen ?

The 3G's screen is "warmer" (ie, more yellow) than the 1st generation.
The flesh tones in pictures are now more true. Side by side, you will notice that the original iPhone might seem more "bright", but it's actually more blue.

  • IPhone cal colors don't jive with iCal cal colors

    Hey all,
It would seem that whereas all of my calendars are showing up in the list of Calendars on my iPhone (using 2.0), I can't seem to get the COLORS associated with each calendar to correspond to the colors of my desktop version of iCal.
Eg: I have a "Golf" calendar that is green on my desktop iCal, but the "Golf" calendar designation on my iPhone shows up as orange.
How can I get these colors to correspond? Is this a sync issue? I'm lost here.
    Thanks!

You could try as discussed here: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1603714&tstart=75 May take you some rounds of syncing and adding in your synced calendars one at a time. I don't have Mobile Me and really wanted my calendar colors to be the same across iCal and iPhone. It took me some experimentation to see what was happening and to get mine to reflect the same colors.
    Hope this helps.

  • My Iphone display colors suddenly polarized - how can I fix it?

The colors on my iphone suddenly became polarized. Has anyone had this problem and do you know how I can fix it?

    This is why that's happening...

  • IPhone calendar color scheme useless after update

This past Thursday, I updated my iPhone with the update software. Since then, the primary colors of the calendar events have all been changed to muted colors. Unfortunately, the default color of my primary Outlook calendar events has been changed to light turquoise with white letters, rendering the letters unreadable.
Based on feedback received from the Apple Store, I did a hard reset, and then a full Restore, to no avail.
Has anyone seen this and do you know of a fix? Thanks, marc

This worked to fix color problems on calendar items synced over air via exchange. You might want to try this:
    To fix funky calendar items:
    Do not connect to computer.
Settings> mail contacts calendars > Click on the account you are having trouble with
    Turn OFF Calendar sync
    Wait ~30 seconds
    Turn On Calendar sync
As calendar items push to the iPhone, you’ll see these items being restored and unique calendars assigned. This can take about ~30 + minutes or so. Also, it takes awhile to push, you may have to wait 15 minutes for push to initiate, depending on phone settings and time since last push. But… this fixes the problem.
Hope this helps. It worked for me without restoring iPhone to original settings.
