Iphone 5 comes on then itunes motive and stops on

I turn my iphone 5 on it comes up with apple motive then that goes of and a iTunes motive comes on showing a photo of a lead going to iTunes but dosent go past that stage.
P.S.cant even get main screen to go into settings to do a factory reset.

Wait until the battery runs out completely and then charge the phone up and see if it lets you in

However, the most likely reason is your self-repair of a device that is only factory repairable broke something. Note that Apple does not sell replacement parts, so whatever parts you used were not made by Apple's supplier and are of questionable quality.

Repaired itunes a couple of times & no luck. Installed fresh itunes download, installs itunes, does reading itunes library and stops. Plug in iphone 5s & ipad, does reading itunes library and stops, no luck. What's up with the program?

as for your iTunes library, with the clone connected, copy the entire iTunes folder (not just the iTunes music folder) from <MacintoshHD>/users/<yourname>/music on the clone to <MacintoshHD>/users/<yourname>/music on the new install.

In my case, i just go to Settings->Itunes & App Store and Sign Out and Sign In again. Then enable all Automatic Downloads (Music, Apps, Books, Updates).
PS: Enable all automatic downloads may not be necessary.

Sounds like a 'stuck' Shift key. You could try to take the key off and put it back on yourself (should be some info on that from ifixit) or just take it to your local Apple Store and have them fix it.

Downloaded MP3 files not visible in playlist. I can find them by going through my desktop Start button and typing in the name of the file and clicking on it, then iTunes opens and plays it but I still can't see it in the playlist.

You can't merge two iTunes accounts.

It's in recovery mode. Plug it into your computer running iTunes and restore it.
