I received my confirmation email and everything but this morning i got an email saying it failed automation anyone else get this

Have you already contacted us to get this taken care of? The order may have failed for numerous reasons but normally it's due to failure to accept Terms & Conditions. As long as we're contacted to properly finalize the order within the time communicated in the email, you will get back the shipment order from the initial order. Ordered iPhone - no confirmation email?

Allright, so I ordered my iPhone 4 Monday October 27th, but I never got the confirmation email, nor the order number. So I am unable to check the status of my package, and I do not know if Apple really got my order. I have not paid for it yet, but i assume I dont pay before its shipped. Any Ideas? And by the way, since I bought the phone before September 30th, do I get a free Bumper?

Accidentally clicked "cancel reservation" in iPhone 4 confirmation email

Anyone else have their reservation canceled by accidentally hitting the "cancel reservation" link at the bottom of the email? It shouldn't cancel it automatically, but it does.

I actually did the same exact thing. Yesterday I had a reservation in New York and I cancelled it because I wanted to pick it up in DC. When I cancelled the reservation if prompted me asking if I was sure. Today I wanted to check the reservation for my DC reservationa and I clicked on the "Cancel Reservation" button and it immediately cancelled my reservation without prompt. I still have the confirmation email though, so hopefully they will still honor it. If not I will be pretty upset

What would happen if I added the itouch email to the add accounts on my iphone and confirmed that email address? Would only my iphone get both (itouch and iphone) messages? or will my itouch then also get my iphone messages as well??

IPhone 6 Plus Order Confirmation Email and Ship Date???

I pre-ordered the iPhone 6 plus on 9/12/14. I have yet to receive an order confirmation email and I have had 3 different CSRs tell me via phone three different possible ship dates. Can you please give me some clarity on this situation and possible give me my order information so that I may track it myself??

Send yourself a test message and see what the response time is.
Is your e-Mail system a push type or a poll type.
If it is a polling type, there will be a delay because there is a timed polling sequences (that you can control to a degree)
In Settings/Mail look for 'Fetch' to see how it is setup.

I purchased iPhone 4S factory unlocked online more than 4 hours before and I havent received the confirmation email, can anyone tell me how long does it take to receive an order confirmation mail? And how many days it takes to be delivered??

I got the confirmation almost instantly. My relatives are getting it from the US. Only flip side is that they leave on the 8th. And the website says delivery is between 7th and 14th of December, 1 or 2weeks. We bought it on the 23rd of November. I just hope they get it before they leave.

IPhone 5 Preorder confirmation email

Hey everyone so I Preordered the iPhone 5 last night though the apple website. I received an email saying my order is being processed at 3:16am est but have yet to receive a confirmation email as of now (1:40pm est). I called apple and they were unable to provide me with any details about why it was still processing. My credit card company said the transaction was authorized. I've read about other people saying they have already received confirmation emails so I am starting to get worried. Has anyone received a confirmation email? Is anyone In the same boat as me? Any advice? Thanks in advance .

As soon as I placed the order I got the same thing. I haven't received any other emails. I follow the link and it still says my order is being processed. I have a feelin they are so slammed that they can't keep up with everything. Mine says I should receive the phone on 9/21.

Preordered the iPhone 4S and got the confirmation email within 1min.

I went to the VZW store at the mall today and i had a VZW rep help me preorder the iPhone 4S and it was actually a very easy process. well, all she did was do the preorder form like on here (verizonwireless site) and it well swell!
she also told me:
"Your iPhone has been setup and it is being processed right now, you should expect it to be delivered to your home on the 13th or 14th."
now with what she said about the 13th or the 14th, that got me really excited because of the second date for everyone getting the iPhone 4S is the 21st, hopefully i get it on the date it comes out.
within the first minute after the preorder form was done, i got my confirmation saying:
"Thank you for your order. It is being processed and you will receive notification once it has shipped."
and when i go to the order status on the vzw site, i see:
"We received your order and it is in process.
Expected Ship Date: 10/21/2011"

There is a lot of confusion about all this on the forums of course and it's hard to sort out. VZW is keeping very tightlipped about when they will begin shipping orders and have only recently fixed the glitch on their store/order status page. It is highly possible that people will begin receiving the phones on the 14th since that is when it goes live on VZW's network. However, you did order yours somewhat late. If you ordered the 16GB model (which is in higher demand) then all sources say that you may not receive it until the 21st. If you ordered the 32 or 64GB model you might receive it earlier. My stance is that we should all just wait until Wed or Thurs when the shipment confirmation emails begin to go out. My personal opinion, and it's only an opinion, is that those who ordered within the first few hours of the pre-sale will begin receiving their shipments on the 14th as most of us have been told this by a VZW CSR. Again, though, they are keeping quiet about actual ship dates. "Epected ship date" means it could ship earlier or at the worst, later...

Ordered Iphone but no confirmation email

I ordered the iphone last night on my business account around 2:20. It took me a while to get it to work for the business account as I had been trying soon as they started taking orders. I finally got it to work, placed the order, but never got a confirmation email to my personal email or to my work email. I thought maybe that the order didn't work, so I went to my account and my orders and the iphone order showed up. I clicked it and it just said N/A beside status, shipping, and tracking number. Underneath it said "due to the increase in demand for this product, etc.." Well I go to bed thinking I'll have an email when I wake up confirming the order and giving me a shipping number. Never got it. I go back to the site, check my order number, and the part in quotes at the bottom is no longer there and under status, it says completed but still has a N/A by everything else.
Can anyone let me know if they had this same problem?

That's how mine was when I ordered at 3:00 on the 7th. Never heard one thing from them until I got an email from Verizon saying it had been shipped with a tracking number. That happened on 8th about 6:00 pm. I kept checking my account and saw that it had been charged about 2 hrs. before I got any info from Verizon. I even clicked update of my phone number and it showed that I had an order pending.

Backordered an Iphone 6 64 gb space gray, no confirmation email

Just wondering but I ordered the iPhone 6 in space gray 64 gb online on 10/16/14. It was obviously back ordered to November 14, which was what it said on the red circle next to the picture of the phone. But I didn't get a confirmation email saying that I placed an order. Is that normal? Should I have gotten a confirmation email right after I placed the order or not?

I got a confirmation email once I placed the order. It should have had your pre/back order confirmation number in it. Did you see confirmation when you placed the order? Thats another place you see it. If you did not fully complete the order it would not have given a confirmtion number.
If I were you I would call customer care and find out if they have the number in your account.

I preordered an Iphone 6 plus 128gb and got a confirmation email saying Sept 19th

Now when I check order status it says "no available date at this time"? I would hope I get it as confirmed by Verizon when I order, anyone else have similar experience?

newburyparkmm1 thanks for your information. I spoke with the CS earlier today and that's what she told me. I asked her will I get my order on the 19th, despite the online status shows not available but the confirmation email shows 9/19, she assured me multiple times it'll be the 19th.
Anyway the temp hold on my CC has disappeared. Now sure if that's a good thing or no but I hope by next week we'll receive an answer.

How do i resend the confirmation email for icloud? I sent it months ago without knowing and cant find it now. I aksi tryed deleating the account and making a new one, but the same one keeps comming up...

IPhone 5s and Email help.

I ordered the iPhone 5s at 2:20 central time from Verizon and got no email. I then realized that the email that was set up to an old email address so I
never got my confirmation email or tracking email. I also cannot tell if my phone got back ordered or not(I got the gold so chances are high for that..) If I ordered it this early is it likely to be on time or not? Also is there any possible way for me to get the emails that I missed about my iPhone sent to my new email?

Same exact thing happened to me, I ordered at 12:11 Pacific time. My order doesn't show up in the documents/receipts section and my card hasn't been charged, but per my convo with the verizon rep yesterday, it is set to ship on 9/24. I'm getting nervous since nothing shows up on verizonwireless.com, but I guess telephone confirmation is always good. Try calling them?

No confirmation email received after product registration

I registered my product manually through following the link at http://register.hp.com. The registration was reportedly successful and I was told the following: "[My name], thank you for registering your product. We will e-mail you a copy of your registration for your records along with instructions on how to claim your instant reward. We recommend that you save the e-mail and use it to create or access your HP Account in the future.

Serial number: [My serial number]" I first registered on 26 July 2015. Today is 27 July and 1 working day 24 hours later, I have not received any HP confirmation email in my email inbox. Checked the Spam/Bulk mail folder and nothing there as well. So is the email lost, or am I supposed to continue waiting for it?

Verizon is scamming us all just to get our money - they knew they didn't have enough phones for pre-orders, or at a minimum should have known.
I have the same problem you do - not showing in my orders, but luckily I saved the web page that shows my confirmation number. It also shows that the two Iphone 6 phones were to ship on 9/17 and I should receive by 9/19. Today is 9/20 and I just got off the phone with customer service. They are now telling me they will surely ship by 10/7 - over two weeks from now. On top of that, we ordered an Iphone 5c and had to order a 32gb - they said it was in stock and would ship also. Now customer service is saying that phone is back ordered. Why is it I can go on your website right this second and it says that phone is not back ordered? I also added a line for an Iphone 5c as a separate order 10 minutes after I made the first order and that phone came in within 2 days, just like it said it would. The best part is they made me order the 32gb model 5c phones because they were out of the 16gb models. If I was going to have to wait for the 32gb phone, I should have just waited for the 16gb and saved money.
Verizon knows exactly what they are doing. I think it is time to switch to Sprint. I may have service problems, but it is better than being scammed and lied to.
