Iphone 5 continously showing the charging screen even after the charger is unpluggrd
last night my iphone 5 was discharged completely and got switched off.when I plugged in the charger its showing the black screen with the charging icon and iam unable to switch on the phone.find the attached screen shots.please suggest.
But if they have no proof of water damage e.g no Liquid indicators changed i can still be under warranty?
after the water dried it left some stains or white vapors or some sort of condesation that just doesnt seem to go away
Liquid indicators are rather superfluous, aren't they? You really are going to have to take money.

two things to be looked upon in this case. First thing is about the battery. Once the battery has enough charge in it we can try a force restore on the phone to re-install the iOS.
> Try a hard reset of the phone (Press and hold the HOME button and the Sleep/Wake button until the phone restarts and comes up with Apple logo). After trying this step, try charging the phone and see if the battery holds the charge.

If all you get is the Apple logo and it powering off, then the next step is to put your iPhone into recovery mode and then use iTunes to restore it. If you have a back up, then you can put that on there to once the restore is complete.

In the article Resolve iOS update and restore errors this is what it says about error 14:
Check your USB connections
Related errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4005, 4013, 4014, or “invalid response."
If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you may be unable to update or restore.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
Use the USB cable that came with your device, or a different Apple USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port directly on your computer. Don't plug it into your keyboard.
Try a different computer.
If necessary, resolve any further issues with the USB connection, then with your security software.
If you're still seeing the error message, check for hardware issues by following the next section. -

it was saying error code 1, i tried the things it said but none of it worked. now it is not showing an error code at all, it just keeps saying it needs to be restored.

Try turning wifi off and back on.
Try an iPhone reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Try resetting your network settings.
Try power cycling your router. -

Was it damaged? You can try resetting the device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)
If this doesn't work, back up and restore via iTunes. If the problem continues, restore as a new device and test. If the problem is solved, there is some kind of corruption in your backup file or maybe it's one of your apps causing problems. If it continues, take it to an Apple Store for evaluation of a possible hardware problem. -

Hello. Today, I was updating my iPod Touch 4th Generation to iOS 6. I unplugged the iPod when it was during the installation because it appeared to be frozen. Now the iPod is stuck at a light blue screen even after I reset it. How do I fix it?
You will need to do a DFU restore by holding the home and power buttons down (while the device is plugged in to your computer) until the device's screen goes black and as soon as the screen goes black, count down from 3 and release the power/sleep button, but keep holding down the home button. Then, iTunes will say the iPod needs to be restored. The restore process will take some time and even though the iPod may appear to be frozen, don't interrupt the restore.

I have several pdfs on my iPad in iBooks. My iPhone shows only the categories, none of the documents. How can I get my iPhone to also show the documents that are on my iPad?
You will need to connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over to your computer (that will copy PDFs and epubs that are in the iBooks app, not just actual ibooks), and you can then sync them to your iPhone. Or you might be able to open each PDF in iBooks on your iPad and use the share icon to email them to yourself and then use 'open in' in the Mail app on your iPhone to copy them to its iBooks app (if the PDF is protected then you may not get the email option via the share icon).
The Settings > iBooks > Sync Collections setting doesn't copy items between devices, it just means that it a bookor PDF is on both devices and you move it into a collection on one device then it will be moved into the same collection on the other device -

The banner usually indicates that the memo is "Paused." If you go back into voice memos, touch the word "Done" beside the big red pause button, give it a name, then it will show in a list. Touch the memo in the list then touch the trash can icon that should appear.

That is not a feature of the iPhone (or of any phone I've ever had so apparently it's far from universal). Apple has not said why they have no such feature.

I am use homesharing, but cannot sync the main library from the secondary computer to an iphone. It shows the entire libaray on the computer, but only shows a few songs when I try to sync iphone with the computer using homesharing.
