IPhone 5 error code 21 or 3194 please help!
I have got iPhone 5 I am trying to restore keep getting error 21 or 3194, i tired different laptop still the same problem. Antivirus is ok or itune is update to. so please help.

Error 1015 might happen after making unauthorized modifications to iOS, also called "jailbreaking."

Related errors: 17, 1004, 1013, 1638, 3014, 3194, 3000, 3002, 3004, 3013, 3014, 3015, 3194, or 3200. These alerts refer to gs.apple.com, say "There was a problem downloading the software," or say the "device isn't eligible for the requested build."
Check the hosts file or TCP/IP filtering, which might cause communication issues between iTunes, ports, and servers.

My brother gave me his old iphone when the touch screen went out on mine. It's in great shape but when I received it, it says that it needs to be connected to itunes to be restored. I have done this and it goes through the whole process then says iphone "iphone" could not be restored. unknown error code (-1). There is not a -1 code on the list and I have tried most of the suggestions.
Does my sim card need to be in when I am doing this? And any other suggestions?I did put it in DFU mode but its still not working, although everytime it shows your iphone needs to be restored. Kindly help.

I've picked up a few items in my hard drive that I can't seem to get rid of. Whenever I try to move these folders to the trash I get "The operation cannot be completed because one or more required items cannot be found. (error code -43)." What gives? Thanks in advance.

That is strange because if that is true of a visible or broken file it should either no longer be visible or should let you move it to the trash. Can you give us any more details about what kind of file it is and where you got it from? -

This means that either your firewall/antivirus is blocking access to Apple's servers, or you have used your computer to jailbreak an iDevice in the past. The link above tells you how to resolve this issue. -

I'm having trouble with Viber.
A few days ago, I accidentally uninstalled it on my IPhone 4, and reinstalled it later on..
When I tried sending the activation code using the same cell phone number I had on Viber before It got uninstalled, I receive the code but when I try to put it in it keeps saying that I entered the wrong activation code, I click on the no code feature on the top right corner of Viber, it gives me a code, but when I put that code in it says the same thing ,that I have the wrong access code please try again, and so I researched on the internet and came up to this post, It said to uninstall viber and wait 24 hours to install it again, I waited 24hours and tried it again, but it STILL does the same thing. and... I even tried entering my other phone number, yet it does the same thing and shows me the same message that I entered the wrong access code....It is getting frustrating! May you please Help ME?! What can I do?? -

Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.
