Iphone 5 goes crazy when scrolling

Basicly when i try to enlarge, swipe or scroll page on any app, screen starts jumping around.also it happens even if you put your finger or screen and just slowly move it. hope someone helps or apple solve this problem.

Hi Филип,
If you are having issues with your iPhone's screen behaving inconsistently when scrolling, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications and test again -
Force an app to close in iOS
Next, I would try restarting and if needed resetting the iPhone -
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPhone as a new device -
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Best,

  • My iphone screen goes crazy when it charges

    Hey there,
Whenever I charge my iPhone my screen goes crazy when I touch it. If i'm typing whilst its charging it clicks random things and deleted what i've typed. The phone works completely fine when its not charging and I haven't had any other problems with it. I have the iPhone 5c iOS 7.1.1 (about to update after this post).
If anyone could help me that would be great!
Ps. Someone posted a video and my phone does the same
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbsNCjbs-xg

I have the same exact problem and I use an Apple charger and lightning wire cord. Resetting the phone doesn't work and neither does shutting it off and turning it back on. It is infuriating to say the least, especially because this stupid phone spends more time on the charger than off. The battery is crap.

  • Iphone 5 going crazy when typing!

I just got the phone a few days ago, and then starting today when i try to type msg's it starts clicking on random things, and opening things i didnt even touch. help please

Try resetting it if you haven't already: hold the on/off and home buttons until you see the Apple logo (ignore the off slider that appears first), then release.

  • My touch screen goes crazy when rain drops fall on it

When I operate my phone in rain my touchscreen responds to the rain drops. My touchscreen responds crazy when raindrops fall on it.

There are other threads concerning this, for example:

  • My iPhone 5 goes crazy. Help

My iphone 5 goes crazy, open and close apps, and gets things done without touching the screen.
Buy a new display and I did installed by a technician but also remains the same and I have restored it twice.
    Help.

    Ayuda.

  • Creative Zen 16gb goes crazy when FULL volume - 25 (with UE 5 P

I dunno if anyone in here have this problem!!! My zen goes crazy when i pump up the volume FULL. It has problem with MP3, AAC (Nero AAC) works fine. My mp3s are all LAME 3.97 vbr V0. And its surprising, when i use custom EQ setting even the MP3 works fine with FULL volume but once I change it to preset ROCK or anything else the sound goes cracking. My UE 5 pro's sound goes ON and OFF and the CRACKING sound is killing me. BTW I am using latest firmware version
(Creative ZEN Firmware .2.0). Any Idea! Thanks in Adv.

Just want to comment on the sound quality. With my player it's the opposite direction; sounds for videos are not as good as with my mp3 and wma files, but it's nowhere near bad either. With my set of Koss PortaPro the?sound is outstanding with the music.

  • Touch screen on iPhone 5 is going crazy when i'm typing and using my apps

is anyone having issues with the sensitivity of the touch screen on iphone 5?  Mine is going crazy!

Just had exactly the same problem and the stress it caused!
My phone was calling people, deleting emails and then locking me out because the screen wouldn't respond properly when i tried to put my passcode in...
Thank you so much for this info.. i rebooted with the power and home button, gave the screen a good wipe with a lint free cloth and crossed my fingers..
So far, so good. I may even be able to cancel my genius bar appointment for Sunday.
    Thanks again!

  • Regarding Safari; (screen goes crazy when I press the Top Sites bottom)

Regarding Safari; When I open safari everything works fine, but when I press the top sites bottom, the screen goes crazy for a second and then goes to the top sites. It is not fading or dimming from one screen to the other like it use to do. any sugestions. Thanks

Nope, it isn't normal, but I don't know the cause. You might have better luck posting in the Safari forum:

  • Adobe screen going black when scrolling...?

We do PDF replacements within our workflow all day long and just recently started having an issue. After doing a page replace (often almost the entire document) of a pdf with another pdf, we have to go through and check that the bookmarks are accurate. When scrolling through, there's one user that the screen sometimes just goes black on. They have to close the document and reopen it. Then, when it goes black again as they scroll through, they have to close and reopen it again. Very frustrating and time consuming.
Using Adobe Acrobat 9 on a Windows XP (old, I know) environment. We unloaded the software and reloaded it. Then the computer was rebuilt as that did not fix the issue. Issue still remains. It's only on one computer, regardless of what user is logged in.
    Thoughts? Options?
    Thank you!

  • My fan goes crazy when watching vedio clips?? Why??

Everytime when I watch video clip or movies with RealPlayer, the fan of my Macbook just goes crazy. It sounds like a jet. Is it something wrong with the Macbook or the Realplayer?
Does anybody else have experienced this issue?
    How could it be solved??
    Thanks

    Like this:
    1) Click on the blue apple in the top left of your screen.
    2) About this Mac
    3) Click the "More Info" button
    4) When the System Profiler opens, click on Applications. It is in the left pane near the bottom.
    5) The right should now contain all the names of your applications in alphabetical order. Look for RealPlayer.
    6) Once found, click on it to clearly highlight it.
    7) You should see:
    Version: 10.1.0
    Kind: Universal
If you don't see that, then uninstall RealPlayer and download the correct version from:
    http://www.real.com
Read everything VERY carefully. Look for the Intel version of the player.
I just realized that you might be asking how you know if you have the latest system and firmware updates. If that is the question, then:
    1) Click on the blue apple in the upper left of your screen.
    2) Click "Software Update..."
    3) Download 10.4.7 (if you don't have it already)
    4) Download Intel Firmware update (again, only if you don't have it already)
    5) Reset your machine when prompted by OS X.
That's about I can type right now (my brain is pudding). Post back if this STILL wasn't helpful enough (or at all).

  • My ipod touch 5g goes crazy when i plug it up and i use the apple cord that it can with

When I plug my ipod touch 5g up to charge and I get on there to play games but when I do, it goes crazy! The screen wont work and I keep on tapping at it and then the screen finally works but only for about 2 mins.

Try a different cable and a different charging source.
Other users have reported the same but never posted back when how it was resolved.

  • Fan going crazy when booting

When I boot up iMac, the fan goes crazy. After a moment it stops and is quiet again. I unplugged my power and plugged it in again but that does't work. I tried to start AHT by holding D when booting, but that didn't work. I didn't get any discs when I bought my Mac so I can't run AHT using the disc. How can this be fixed?
I also have Windows 7 installed but I don't know if this is relevant. The fan goes mental everytime i boot up. It doesn't matter whether I do that with Windows or OSX.

OS X Mountain Lion- Use Apple Hardware Test
Intel-based Macs- Using Apple Hardware Test

  • Bionic going crazy when charging.....

the touch interface goes haywire when i'm using my bionic while it's charging.  the home button opens the video camera, texting produces letters i never touched, touching the apps drawer gets the home screens flipping, etc.
i'm using the wall plug AND cord that it came with it from the corporate verizon store.  i've hard reset, and pulled the battery.  what's the deal??
(this is in addition to about a million other bugs this phone has)

I've experienced this, too, and there's been a discussion of it on the Motorola Bionic Forum -- check it out for ideas:
Touch Screen acts erratically when phone is charging
The explanation that makes most sense is some kind of grounding issue...though having that explanation doesn't fix it, of course.  Try a different cable, if you have one or can get one.

  • IPhone goes crazy when laying flat while charging

    Hello,
I recently bought a iPhone 6 for the first time but ran into a small problem and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing something like this.
When I charge the iPhone through the lightning cable and put it flat on my bed, the iPhone literally freaks out and inputs random commands on the screen. When the screen is unlocked this results in random apps being opened, the screen swiped and random places pressed.
Strangely enough, this only happens when the lightning cable is plugged in.
I had a similar issue with a android device once so I'm wondering if anyone has an idea what's causing this.

I messed a bit around with the phone and figurd that it only happens when I charge the iPhone through a wall usb plug. Using the lightning cable on my mac does not cause these problems.
Since the iPhone's screen is capacitive, this could be a issue with static?

  • IPhone screen shakes violently when scrolling/dragging pages

    Hi,
I have a 1.5 month old black 32g iphone 3GS (3.1.3) that has recently started experiencing a sporadic problem with the screen. When I'm dragging/scrolling on the screen (either scrolling through emails, or scrolling on a webpage, or even dragging a photo around), it begins to shake up and down very quickly and violently, and sometimes jumps around to different parts of the page without me doing anything other than just dragging like I always do.
The problem seems to go away after a while, but will come back randomly, sometimes within a few hours, or sometimes not until a few days later.
This has been happening for about 2 weeks now. The screen is in perfect condition, no scratches, no dust underneath it, so Im baffled about why this is happening.
    Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm having the same problem with my iPhone 3gs. I'm currently at a genius bar, and they need me to replicate the issue inorder to service the iPhone. Anyone have an idea as to the cause of this, or how to replicate it on demand or the apple genius to see? I've had mine for nearly a year and am afraid tha my warranty will run out before I can have apple fix the issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
