I am trying to copy 3 photos from an album in iPhoto to my iPhone. I have tried to move them to PhotoStream. I "select" the photos in the Album and then click on PhotoStream in the "Share" menu at the bottom of the screen. Nothing happens. I have also tried emailing them tyo myself but iPhoto won't send the email. It tells me it doesn't recognize my ID and password. My operating is Lion on an iMac.
Thank you for responding to my question, above, this morning. And thank you for the link about PhotoStream. It was helpful in understanding how Photostream works, but, unfortunately, doesn't really reference my problem since it assumes that the photos were originated on one of my Apple devices. The photos I want to copy to my iPhone are in an album on iPhoto but I had originally downloaded them from my camera to my iMac then moved them to the album. The confusing thing for me is that they are 3 of a dozen photos takern over a period of 12 years on different digital cameras (two were taken on film and later scanned and eventually moved to the album in iPhoto) and all but three of the photos moved to photostream and are on my iPhone. It is those three, which were all taken on digital cameras and moved to the album, which I can't get to move to Photostream.

When trying to watch online movies in full screen mode, the green control/progress bar that should appear at the bottom of the screen is sometimes covered by another screen, and sometimes appears as only a very narrow green bar at the far left edge of the screen. This problem does not occur in Safari. I have tried full screen mode with all plugins disabled, but this did not cure the problem. This is a fairly recent development.
In the music app play a song and when the song starts to play in the screen where the progress bar was tap in the middle of the screen and it should be back. I had this problem too but then i figured it out. And trust me if u do that it will be back. If that doesnt work tell me.

My Iphone 5 home button keeps pressing itself but stops if put pressure on the bottom of the screen on each side of the home button, i have noticed that there is a screw missing on the right side of the lightning port could this be the issue??
If you are still under warranty, contact Apple to get it serviced. You can also visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider to get it looked at.

My iPhone is not receiving mail but the following messages continue to flash over and over at the bottom of the screen: "Checking for messages, Updated just now, Checking for messages", etc. After a minute or so it will flash downloading 1 - 32 messages but nothing is received and then the "Checking for Messages," etc. starts back again. I turned the phone off for 30+ minutes and also tried to reset it, but the problem continues. Any ideas on how to solve the problem?
Double click the home button and swipe up the messages app to stop it, then open the app again. This pretty much completely stops the process and freshly opens it again, resolving problems at times. I have had this happen before as well on my iPad, I get a banner, check messages, and nothing new is there.
If that doesn't work, close the app like suggested above, but then restart the phone by holding down the home and lock button for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears. -

There's generally no reason to be closing them that way at all. The apps you see in the recents bar are just that, apps that you used recently. Most of them are doing absolutely nothing. The only apps that are really doing anything in the background are ones that play music and ones that are using location services. Just leave them be.

No. The warranty does not cover damage.
You can only get a replacement if you can talk Apple into selling you and out of warranty replacement.

Weird pixel behavior @ the bottom of the screen
A black line then a transparent line, building a shadow at the bottom of the screen. I researched for that and maybe i thought that it could be dead pixels, but i think it's not, because i guess dead pixels are red, green or blue.
have you guys seen this before?

If you are seeing unexpected lines on your iPhone 5 screen, try these steps first:
Display image issues
This can include bright or dark pixels, lines in video, or sections of video missing.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
Verify the issue is not content related, by viewing different content.

Can I change a banner from the top to the bottom of the screen?
It is extremely annoying when a banner drops down when you are using commands at the top of the page; very few commands are at the bottom of the screen. To me this is a NEGATIVE against the iPhone and Apple should have seen this from the beginning !!

Page doesn't flush to the bottom of the screen, despite the lack of content on the page
On the home page of my website, the content doesn't fill the whole screen, therefore the footer isn't flushed to the bottom of the screen. Is there a way for the footer to automatically flush to the bottom for any resolution? Here is a link to my page so you can see the example:

This is where it gets tricky for me!
I have never used a sticky footer - I just don't like the idea and it has always seemed a bit over complicated to me.
I did have a go at applying it to your page and got it to work without too much difficulty but, adding an effect like this to an established page is tricky because it's hard to see how different components interact with each other.
The basic advice from the sticky footer site is to use this as fundamental structure to the page:

If you want to go this way then I would suggest starting from the beginning with that HTML and adding your content to it. Notice that the footer is outside the wrapper and your content would need to go in the #main div. They have page giving instructions on the site and a wedge of CSS that you can just cut and paste into your style sheet.
You have chosen to use a liquid layout (which is a part of the problem with width that you have asked about in your other post). I agree that a liquid layout is a neat idea but again, I don't like it so much because it's over complicated.. For instance, your page doesn't look so good in a wide monitor.
One other way to get your footer further down the page would be to add some content to your sidebar. How about a mission statement or a green quote of some kind or a pull quote from your text?

My address bar at the bottom of the screen has gone. How do I get it back?
I find it invaluable to know the addresses as they're loading - I don't know why it's disappeared and I can't figure out how to get it back. Can anyone shed any light on this?
Alternately, when you hover over a link, the address of the link now shows up on the right end of the ''actual'' address bar instead of at the bottom of the screen.

Images at the bottom of the screen are cut off in HDR Pro
I'm running a Mac and have recently installed CS5. When I open files to do an HDR, the photos used in the HDR are cut off at the bottom of the screen. In other words, what I mean is, they should be able to be selected with the check box is being included or not. Also, the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons are cut off. I thought that perhaps it was the screen resolution or perhaps the dockeed icons below. Yet, I'm using the highest screen resolution and that's not a factor. I've hidden the dock,moved it...no difference. I've tried resizing the HDR window but it only resizes horizontally - not vertically.
This is frustrating. I'd like to be able to see the entire images being used in the HDR pro and decide whether to include them (or not) by the check boxes; especially since this is how it's supposed to work. Any ideas?Hi Charles,
Until just now...it didn't work. Isn't that how it is...ya ask for an answer for something that's broke...then it works.
When it wasn't working...the Green maximize button didn't do much except allow me to pull the window down further. Once I would try to resize the window from the resize section at the bottom right, the window would resize to full size...not much good.
Although...for whatever reason, it seems to be working now. Will it work tomorrow? beats me.

How do I delete a photo when there is no trash bin on the bottom of the screen?
If there is no Trash icon for that photo, the photo was most likely copied to your iPhone by syncing with your computer. To delete the photo you need to do another sync.
1. If you want to remove a complete album, deselect that album in iTunes on your computer. Then when you click on Sync or Apply that album will be removed from your iPhone but it will remain on your computer.
2. If you want to remove only certain photos from albums you must delete the photo from the album on your computer or move it to a different album or folder. Then when you click on Sync or Apply the photo(s) will be removed from your iPhone. -
My garageband can't be used because when I open a project (new or old) the program extends beyond the bottom of the display screen and I can't access what is below the bottom of the screen (like the record button). I know there's a simple fix, but what?
two things to try: either click the green "zoom" bottom at the topLeft of the window in the title bar, or go to your System Prefs and then Displays, and increase the resolution that is used
