IPhone 5 has little **** in it can i exchange it for a new one?

i got it the day it came out and i noticed a little **** on the back of the device. I am woundering if i can take it to a apple store and exchange it?

The description doesn't relate to my question, but I take it there was no chip in it when you took it out of the box and it has occurred sometime since you got the iPhone. In that case it would not be covered by the warranty and it would cost you $229 USD to exchange it, or $49 if you purchased AppleCare +.
Or you could just put a case on it.

If it is still under warranty, and they determine it is a manufacturing defect, they will replace it. Be sure to back everything up before taking it into the Apple Store. That way, if you do get a new device, you will be able to set it up from the backup.

Sorry, but the iPod touch from the Back-To-School promotion could not be returned nor exchanged. The promotion is actually a rebate (unless you're referring to a promotion other than in the US); you choose your qualifying iPod model and purchase it, and will then get a rebate back of up to $199 (it varies depending on the model of iPod you choose).

Since you are within the 14 day trial period you should be able to exchange the phone. Be aware you will most likely be charged a $35 restocking fee for the black unit you are exchanging.

So I went to my local phone company store to ask why my iPhone 5c is not charging and so I am expecting a new phone but when I send my old phone that does not charge to Apple will they accept it even though the plastic case is cracked, will I have to pay full price because there are minor damages?
