Try cleaning the dock connector. Try a new cable or charger.
If no luck, it should be covered under warranty.

My iphone 4 16GB went dead when I was driving home. So when I reached my house, I plugged it in to my computer using the iphone connector cable (something that always works). Now my phone is not charging, and is not showing on the computer as charging. It is completely dead and will not turn on. The connector cable works because I tested it using my ipod...
Please help. I don't have the apple support for this phone...Without the apple support that greatly reduces your odds.

My iPhone 5 has a pop-up titled, "Not Enough Storage", when this has come on the screen before I have preiously been able to either Close the pop-up ir go to my Settings, and then just continue using my phone. Althhough now, i am able to press either button, but the pop-up has yet to actually close off the screen- which resticts ne from pressings any buttons on the screen other than the Home and Lock Buttoms. Why is it doing this? How can I close the pop-up? please help me. (:

I've tried all that I know how to do. My power button quit working awhile ago so I use the Assistive Touch to lock my screen. Once my phone froze, the screen went black. The only thing I can do now on my phone is hold down the home key and Siri will beep but she says "not taking requests at this time, try again later." I can't reset my phone without the power key or the Assistive Touch button. I've tried plugging into iTunes to restore the phone but I get an error message to first go to Settings in my phone and turn off "find my iPhone." I can't do that either as nothing will come up on my screen.
Make sure iTunes is up to date and try again.

Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support. Get your lock button fixed then you can restore your phone.

i updated my iphone software on monday and as it was updating back it stopped and showed an error that the activation server is unavailable and that i should try again after some time i have been trying since monday but all to no avail i still get the same message again. kindly help out on wat to do.
This message usually indicates that your phone has been hacked/modified or jailbroken.
Was your phone ever locked to a different phone carrier? IF it was how did you unlock it? -
Firefox 4.0 kept crashing, so yesterday I uninstalled it and installed 3.6. No more crashing problems, but... see question.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

A couple of weeks ago my iphone 4's lock button randomly stopped working, I had never dropped my iphone so I couldn't figure out why this had occurred. I did not see this as a big problem until recently when my iphone stopped charging. The iPhone had worked just as normal the day before it stopped charging. I usually charge my iphone over night, but one night it reached around 85% and stopped charging. I have tried it with several different iphone chargers and different plugs in the house but still the iPhone wouldn't charge. Now my iphone has ran out of battery and due to the fact that my lock button is broken, I can't try anything to turn it on. Does my battery need replacing?

JoshThanks Eric, but it's not a power issue. Tried different chargers and usb cables in a wall outlet and computer etc. It doesn't seem to recognize that it is in fact plugged to a power source. I get the low battery icon w/ the plug + bolt icon as if it needs to be plugged in but it already is...
iTunes doesn't see it either.. -
