Dear FelipeV
I am sorry may I don't explain it brief, this iPhone didn't hacked we have an official reseller in Baghdad from the main Middle East branch in UAE, second we when iPhone lunch new product we got it within 1 week as maximum, I have 2 new iPhone devices 5 & 5S, the S is working well but the old one had this issue if you do not have an answer to my problem please do not reply..
The iPhone is NOT available for sale from any legitimate source anywhere in Iraq. Apple does not do business and no one is authorized to sell the iPhone in Iraq at all.
You bought a gray market phone that was undoubtedly hacked to unlock it.
Try to return it and get your money back.

  • Is Cricket iPhone 5 international unlocked?

I just got an iPhone 5 from Cricket. But  I'm not gonna use it in the US but send it my home country. The seller guy said me that it is international unlocked so it works with any carrier outside the USA. But to be honest I'm not convinced. How can I learn if it is international unlocked?

Don't know where you got that idea, all US Cricket iPhones are carrier locked, with NO way to get them officially unlocked, as Cricket DOES NOT offer official unlocking for the iPhone.

1). Are you positive the phone is not locked? Where did you buy it? Did you get it unlocked from your original carrier? Only Apple sells unlocked phones in most countries.
2). Did you try with a diffrent SIM. MAybe the one you have is defective.
3). Does the Spnaish carrier you are using support the iPhone? Who told you it is a handset issue?

  • IPhone 3 Boost Mobile sim saying Invalid?

    Hi there,
I have switched from Telstra to Boost recently on an unlocked IPhone 3 and phone says Invalid Sim. Boost were unable to assist and advised it was due to my iphone. They pointed me to Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings and this did not help.
    Does anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks

Turned out VM had the incorrect SIM card number on file. When they loaded the correct SIM card number Wednesday night it fixed the problem

  • IPhone 6 Plus T-Mobile version is not internationally unlocked!

I bought an iPhone 6 Plus from the Apple Store in Dec. 2014.
I've done the research that people are saying T-mobile version from Apple Store is unlocked.
However, when I bring it to Taiwan and plug in a local SIM card it asks for an unlock PIN.
Then, I called Apple. The Apple technician told me it's found "domestically" unlocked.
So I can use it with ATT, Spring, etc in the U.S.. And if I want it to be "internationally" unlocked,
I have to contact T-mobile because the lock can only be taken by the carrier.
Therefore, I contacted with T-mobile. They said they require an active T-mobile number that associates with that iPhone to unlock it!
I said I'm outside of the U.S. and I want to use the phone now. And you know what, they ask me to call Apple for it! !@$!@$
    Now I'm stuck, any suggestion?

Only T-Mobile can unlock it, so you'll likely need to do what they ask to unlock it.
People don't know carriers/cellular providers are arse****, but they are.
this is an extract from the iPhone page, it shows that your iPhone 6+ is a different model and that it only works without being fully unlocked in the US Only
    About the Unlocked iPhone
The unlocked iPhone includes all the features of iPhone but without a wireless contract commitment or a carrier installment plan. You can activate and use the unlocked iPhone on the supported wireless network of your choice, such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or Sprint in the United States.
If you don’t want a multiyear service contract, or if you prefer to use a local carrier when traveling abroad, the unlocked iPhone is the best choice. If you choose T-Mobile, your iPhone comes with a T-Mobile SIM card already installed. You will need to contact T-Mobile or visit an Apple Retail Store to activate your iPhone.
Otherwise, the unlocked iPhone does not come with a nano-SIM card for iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s, or iPhone 5c so you’ll need to get one from any supported carrier worldwide. To start using your iPhone, simply insert the SIM card into the slot and turn on iPhone by pressing and holding the On/Off button for a few seconds. Then follow the onscreen instructions to set up your iPhone.
Purchasing an unlocked iPhone means you will not qualify for the lower iPhone price associated with a contract or a carrier installment plan. The unlocked iPhone 6 model is A1586. The unlocked iPhone 6 Plus model is A1524. The T-Mobile iPhone 6 model is A1549. The T-Mobile iPhone 6 Plus model is A1522. For details on LTE network support, please see www.apple.com/iphone/LTE.
To help decide whether the unlocked option is right for you, compare wireless service plans. Or call our iPhone Specialists at 1-800-MY-APPLE.

  • My iphone 4s has been reporting invalid sim/sim card failure intermittently for a week. tried to solve problem permanently - in mid of reset all settings my sim card failed again. help! not backed up on icloud, just itunes.  don't ask. thanks!

my iphone 4s has been reporting invalid sim/sim card failure intermittently for a week. I thought it was a one/two-time thing, so had to manually eject SIM card and put back in.  Today, after it happened twice in 12 hours, someone told me to reset - i thought they meant reset all settings, not network settings.  while in the middle of resetting, there was an invalid SIM card again.  so a few questions - which should i do first?  try to manually back up from itunes (not connected to cloud - will be after tonight!), or eject SIM card?  don't know if one will jeopardize the other.  also, the last time i backed up was 6 days ago - have taken hundreds of pics since then - are those all lost?  is there a way to essentially not reset?  i thought the reset was okay because it said i'd lose no data or media. Help!  thanks much!

  • Upgraded from iPhone 4 to the 4S and my SIM wont work, comes up saying SIM Invalid after a few minutes of working, why?

I recently purchased the iPhone 4S today and my netrwork provider is Orange, it will work for a while then stop and comes up with SIM invalid, do I need a new SIM?

That's annoying, it'll mean having to get a new number won't it? I'm completely crap when it comes to this, I never have any idea, how I even ended up with this phone is beyond me... I'll go to the Orange shop tomorrow and have a chinwag with someone about it. Thanks anyway.
