IPhone 5 Lag in application... please help!

G'day all,
At the start of the year i bought a new iphone 5 after my 4s was destroyed. and this problem has only happened in the past few weeks but whenever i load up the music application, it would take me a good few seconds to do anything! select a song, edit or delete songs, etc. i have in total 735 songs taking up 5.7 gigabyte on my 32 GB iphone 5, this has never been tampered with, jailbroken or made differently in any way, just a standard iphone 5, on my iphone 4s this never ever happened, and i had about the same amount of music and again 32gb storage...
so, could anyone help me out again the iphone has never been tampered with and is standard, but as soon as i get over 700 odd songs it starts to lag, bug out and crash...

Connect and select iPhone in iTunes, de-select all music, sync.
Do a
Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data
Re-sync again with the selected music.

Facetime for iphone is not available in the App Store because it is already built into any iphone that is FaceTime compatible, and I think that includes iphone 4. You should be able to find Facetime amongst the other built in applications that came with it. However, it is possible that if it was purchased in certain countries where Facetime is not allowed, the App was not included.

Like ckuan said, Apple does not unlock iPhone; your carrier does, provided that the carrier offers this service.
Unfortunately, SoftBank does not offer authorized unlocking of iPhone.
Your best option is to sell this phone and buy another iPhone from the carrier of your choice or better buy a factory unlocked iPhone so you would be able to use it with any compatible GSM carrier around the world.

I would imagine your iPhone was hacked to make it work on your local carrier.
Updating the iOs to 5.xx will lock it back to the original carrier .The carrier holding the lock are the only
entity able to authorise the unlock .You will have to contact them and see if they unlock and the terms the apply

Then you should talk to that person. Apple won't help you if the iOS was downloaded illegally, and since this is their community, due to Terms of Use, no one here will help you either.

Displaying Picture in a Java APPLICATION please help!!

I have been trying to write a method that Displays a .jpg file when called. However I have not gotten far, every book I have tell you how to display pictures in an applet but not an application. I did find some code that is supposed to be for an application, but It does not compile right. Any help would be apprecidated!

You can't delete default apps. Check your restrictions in Settings/General/Restrictions/App Installation.
If enabled, you can't find the AppStore on any screen. Disable the restriction and it will show up again.

Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues updating your iPhone to iOS 7. If you have not already done so, you may want to restart or reset the iPhone:

Were you signed in to iCloud?
Did you have Find My iPhone enabled in the iCloud settings?
If so sign in to iCloud.com > Find My iPhone > Devices & select your iPhone
Otherwise, you are out of luck.

If the old ID ("email address") is yours, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
