IPhone 5 locksreen is green. Do any bod have the same problem?
When my iphone is locked and i press the homebutton i get a green shine under the slider. Is this normal or should i send my iphone back?
Battery life will depend heavily on what you're doing with it. The advertised battery life is a maximum, achievable through extreme measures like turning off wifi and Bluetooth, turning the screen brightness to minimum, turning the sound off and running only very low-demand apps. If you're getting up to 6 hours while not maximizing your power-savings, you're not seeing anything unusual.

I bought iPhone 6 Plus few days ago and I have the following problems:

2) When I receive an e-mail with images I cannot easily save them in my gallery. It needs more than 10 tabs to the window "save this image" or "save all 3 images" and if I am lucky it saves one image. This is very frustrating, I loose a lot of time trying and affects my job.

i have the same problem in my iphone. i can receive call and talk and listen too otherwise no sound at all like ringer tone , on-off click soung , video-music song , game sound.
i have tried to clean the audio jack too but result is the same. Can any body help me please.No external sound or not sound at all - external or when using the earbuds?
Standard troubleshooting steps in order are; power the iPhone off and on, Reset by pressing and holding the Home key and Sleep/Wake or On/Off key simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release - ignoring the slide to turn off prompt when doing so, Restore.
i had it once before, restored the iPhone and it was solved, but i don't want to restore my iPhone every day.

If you have sound when using the earbuds, another thing to try is insert the earbuds and start playing a song - making sure the sound can be heard with the earbuds. Without pausing the song, remove the earbuds.
If no sound is available with the speaker and a the troubleshooting steps do not resolve it or one of the steps does resolve it but the same occurs again, time to give AppleCare a call (800) 694-7466 or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there is one nearby. -
Hi I run the 6.0.2 patch and I stiil have the same problem, no wifi connection even if i change the wireless antenna and the security any ideas??
There are two steps to the update for an iPhone 5. First you run the patch then you update the iOS. Did you do both? And does iOS 6.0.2 show up in Settings > General > About > Version
The first thing apple will tell you to do if you bring them the phone is to reset the phone. Try that before going any further.
First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem. -
my ipod will only charge when i fiddle with it and hold it in a weird position, i've tried a 2 new chargers but i still have the same problem, any ideas what to do?

It sounds like you are unable to connect your iOS devices without it becoming unresponsive. That would frustrate me too. I would use the following article about that very issue to help you resolve that:

Start with these 3 steps to make sure the other devices are up to date as well, and there is additional troubleshooting to be done in the article if needed:
Install any available software updates for your computer.
For Mac OS X: Click the Apple () menu, choose Software Update, and follow the on-screen instructions.
For Windows: Refer to the documentation for your computer for instructions on using Windows Update to update your computer.
Update iTunes to the latest version.
For Mac OS X: Click the Apple () menu, choose Software Update, and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also download iTunes from the Apple website.
For Windows: Use Apple Software Update, or download iTunes from the Apple website.
Test with automatic syncing disabled.
For Mac OS X: Click the iTunes menu and choose Preferences. Click the Devices tab and place a check next to option to "Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically." Click OK.
For Windows: Click the Edit menu and choose Preferences. Click the Devices tab and place a check next to option to "Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically." Click OK.
Reconnect your device and test to see if the issue still occurs. If your device is recognized successfully, you may be able to isolate which type of data is causing the issue. Do this by deselecting all syncing options under each of the syncing tabs and then sync. After that, re-enable your sync options one at a time until the issue returns.
Note: If the issue only occurs when syncing data from the Info tab is enabled (For example: Contact, Calendar, Mail account or Bookmark syncing), reset the Sync History (for Mac OS X instructions see this article, for Windows see this article).

This is not correct solution. I have fresh/new copy of Windows 7 64 bit and I have the same problem.
Autorun only shows the Apple Bonjour service. It started when try to sync more than one iphone over WiFi. I have two iphones and an iPad. I turned off syncing over WiFi and still has high CPU utilization. One of the CPU's is pegged at 100%. It is the AppleMobileDeviceService.exe process.For the record, I then followed the suggestion of MarcDCMB in https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4291206 of just manually restarting the Apple Mobile Device service in Windows services.msc once each time after starting iTunes and the service no longer hogs CPU after that service restart. Not too painful as a work-around, and apparently an effective one, but clearly not a solution to the problem. Again, as above, all the other solutions didn't work for me and I have no conflicting software as far as I can tell. So you'd have to say this Apple's problem.
Also FTR, I am still on the 5.2.0.6 version of the Apple Mobile Device Support MSI and I don't know if that is relevant to this work-around working but my sense is that it is NOT relevant. I'll report back on this thread if I re-upgrade and the problem returns in spite of the service-restart approach. -
I can't download any music from my cd's or my computer manually this is the second ipod classic apple sent to me and i have the same problem i am thinking about asking apple for my $319.00 back i am fedup.

i have upgrade my iphone 4 to ios 6 and from this moment every day my iphone go to block. it turn off and i can't turn on if i don't connect to charge connectors.. someone have the same problem? how can i solve it?
I am experience a similar problem, my iphone 4 either turns off by itself or I am unable to answer a call. Everything just blocks. After contacting 2 different apple service spots still no answer as to how can we fix the problem. Worse, I am unable to revert back to ios 5.1.1 where everything worked just fine.

Since updating my Mac to 10.8.4 any external hard disk doesn't show on Finder sidebar (but shows on desktop). Anyone else have the same problem?
It's annoying because now I can't use Finder sidebar for drag and drop to thumb drive etc.

It is set to show on the sidebar in Finder prefs and I tried toggling the setting multiple times but it didn't fix anything.
I went into Preferences (I'm Administrator) but the strange thing is I don't see com.apple.sidebarlists.plist anywhere in the folder. Not sure what that means.. -

After upgrading to ios 8.2, my keyboard on my iphone 5s is weird. When i typing a sms, the screen is locking it self. Does somebody have the same problem? Sorry for my bad english...

I understand that after you updated to iOS 8.2, while typing a message your iPhone seems to be locking itself. In this situation, there are a couple of different troubleshooting steps that I would recommend.
First, I would suggest closing the Messages application completely by using the instructions in the attached article below.
Force an app to close in iOS - Apple Support
After the Messages app is closed, I would recommend resetting your iPhone using the instructions in the next attached article. After the reset, open Messages fresh and attempt to use as you normally would.
