Iphone 5 order status

Ordered my phone on the 20th of Sept. via apple store. The annoying "Processing Items" status hasn't changed till now. Is anyone else experiencing the same situation? should I call Apple and ask them for an answer? Or should I just wait. Oct.22-26 is my estimated time of delivery. HELP!!!

I had mine ordered since 26th September and status is still in "Processing", I was hoping Apple is in the process of strengthening the Aluminum cover that easy scratches hence the delay but doesn't look like.

IPhone Order Status page down for almost 24 hours?

I last checked the status of my iPhone order last night online at around 7:00 pm and it listed the status as "shipped" but no tracking number. The status page has been down ever since. Customer Service at Verizon also said the phones have shipped but can't provide more details.
Is anyone else having trouble getting tracking information?

There is a trick for getting a FedEx reference number you can try. It is detailed in the boards, but here is the gist.
Type your location code (without any dashes).
Then type an _.
Then add your order number, but make sure it is 9 digits long by adding zeros to the front.
So, for example if your location code was "08620-01" and your order number was "87456", your FedEx reference number would be 0862001_000087456.
You can go to the FedEx website, select track by reference number, fill in the number you figured out above, put in your country and zip code, and see if they find your order. Obviously this won't work if you are being shipped via UPS.
It worked for me though. I wasn't able to find my order status or anything, but I popped those numbers into FedEx's website and my shipping information popped right up.

for any verizon reps/employees. I have been following these forums since preorder night. the only thing I have learned is that there doesn't seem to be any order/method to our orders. A little background to my experience: I was one of the individuals that didn't have a problem submitting my preorder, couldn't have been any later than 1215am pst. Upgrading 3 gold iPhone 6+ 64 gb. I got the confirmation email one hour later with a shipping/deliver date of 10/07. A few days ago the date changed to 10/03 while the status continues to process. Credit card has yet to be charged. Anyways ive noticed that there are several people with similiar orders who apparently submitted their orders at a later time than mine, others who received their confirmation email at a later time than I did, who not received their phones on 9/19. ive also recently learned that a handful of individuals who are in the same boat as me are starting to get updates where their credit cards are charged and shipment date confirmed (9/24 if I'm not mistaken). I've been patient and will continue to be but I would still like to get a better idea of when my order will be processed or at least how it is decided which orders will be processed before others. and just to be clear I have been to and continue to check the websites listed in responses from Verizon reps with no further clarification than order still processing. If anyone has any idea how verizon dentermines which order the preorders are processed I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks ahead of time.

This is primarily a customer-to-customer forum. Responses by Verizon reps aren't guaranteed and when they do respond, it can be several days after a post is left. If you want a quicker response regarding your order status, you may want to call Customer Service.

I ordered it on 9/27/14, and I got the email that said to check the order status, but when I go to the page it said nothing.

I was in a similar situation. The phone I ordered was in stock, with supposedly no shipping delay. I ordered on 9/27, but it actually took four extra business days for Verizon to ship my order.
I called twice and both times the reps couldn't help be determine the status.
My assumption is Verizon fulfillment is swamped with orders. They SHOULD have a way of determining real status but they don't.
I would suggest waiting a few more days, then call the Internet Order group at 800-922-0204 and start complaining.

Are you seen that message when trying to view your orders from your Verizon account? I have the same issue but if you search your preorder confirmation number and enter you last name here Order Status | Verizon Wireless then it will at least give the vague details like, "your order has been received and is been processed" It will also show the expected delivery date.

If my IPHONE 5 order status has changed from "processing" to "preparing for delivery" is there a chance I will receive it sooner than the 10/5 date that it is scheduled for?

I pre-ordered my iPhone 5 on 9/15 at 4am EST. It said shipping in 2 weeks with an delivery date of 10/5... yadda yadda yadda. This morning my order status showed as 'processing'. I was in the same boat. I ordered @ 5:09AM EST on 9/14 and had the 10/5 delivery date. My status changed from processing to preparing to ship yesterday 9/21. I got an e-mail from Apple @ 4:22AM this morning 9/22 that it has shipped (along with the precious tracking #)! I would expect it would arrive by this Friday 9/28 at the latest.

Can't get order status on iPhone 6, pre-purchased in-store (showed stock for my particular model)

I pre-purchased my iPhone 6, 64GB silver, in-store on 9/13. I got an e-mail confirmation as well which says deliver by 9/16 (and when I bought it, there was stock left of that model). When I check my order status at one spot, I get technical difficulties, and when I check it at another, it just gives me the ACE # and location #, which I already had, and it has a blank for expected ship date.

Thank you very much for the help! I did reach out to the store, and they had no additional info. other than the preorder number, order number, and location number I had already been e-mailed by Verizon.
However, I just got a shipping update with tracking numbers! If you made this happen, thank you very much! So far the tracking numbers do not give me any information except that the label was created 9/18 (this is tomorrow, oddly), so I assume it must have already shipped out or will ship tomorrow. I hope this means my phone will arrive Friday, 9/19! Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to confirm this via the UPS tracking numbers. (It looks like it is shipping UPS, not FedEx.)

I ordered a 16GB silver iphone 6 on 10/12 and it still hasn't showed up in my order status/order history. Does this mean that the order hasn't been processed yet? If so, when can I expect it to be processed and then shipped out?

I know its only been a couple of days since I ordered it and I shouldn't be concerned that the order hasn't processed yet, but I would like to know when it will be processed. I have an iPhone 4 and its in terrible shape, I'm anxious for the arrival of my iPhone 6.

Thanks for clarifying mattminsch. Other users may have placed the order before you and shipping depends on many factors, down to the time the pre-order was placed. There is no way to forecast if your pre-order will ship sooner than estimated, but if it does you will be able to tract it using the order status page you've been using.

Iphone 6 plus order status

I pre ordered my iPhone 6+ on the 12th at 2:01 central time..I received a pre order confirmation email saying it would be delivered by 9/19...yet when i look up my order status with my pre order confirmation number shipment date is unavailable? I called multiple times yesterday and recieved multiple answers...the status still says its processing...no charges have been put on my card either..is my order okay or did i just waste my time staying up till 2 in the morning for them to postpone my order even longer then the expected delivery date....annoyed.@

I feel like we're continuing to run in circles. I would like an answer to my question. I didn't ask for a link to a dead end with no current information. I am asking a very simple question. When is my phone actually shipping to me? My confirmation e-mail had one date. The link you sent me said no information available at this time. Now it's coming up with an entirely different shipping date than what I was originally sent. I was sent a confirmation email stating the date i would receive my phone by. Now the website is updated and saying it is shipping on that date as opposed to being delivered. Will i be getting a refund of any sort or discount to be compensated. I ordered within minutes of the pre order being available and am now being told something different.

So -- I ordered my iphone 6 plus at 3:05 EST, but didn't received my confirmation email until 8:30am. Does this mean I'm not getting my phone until October? When I submitted my order is stated 9/19, but my confirmation email says 10/14, and now my Pre-Order Status says delivery date not acceptable. HELP!

Verizon Won't let me check order status for iPhone?

well I've been trying lately to keep checking to see what my order status is.. but It gives me an error saying:
There has been an error in processing your request. Using the Back button on your browser and resubmitting your request may solve the problem. If you are still not successful, please Contact Us for assistance.
I was wondering if anyone else is getting that error too? \:

I am! here's the deal I placed an order for an upgrade at 6:00 am. Then later around 9:30 I placed an additional order to add a line and transfer in another phone #. My order that was placed later just says that it's in process, but my earlier order is getting the same message you are.
My debit card was charged 2 $0.00 transactions this morning. It was charged the full amount of the order about 2 hours ago. When I call the 800# they don't show an order at all! LOL!
I'm chalking this up to the preorder being over and they're updating records, etc. I'll try again in the morning. I'm not going to panic yet because I have my confirmation emails and my card has been charged...hang in there!

Order status is still saying processing items

I ordered my IPad 3 on the 16th of March, so it was after the pre-order thing and I was going to just buy it straight away from a apple store but dicided to order online with engraving and the apple smart cover. Both the items are still saying "processing items". I have recieved an order confirmation email but not the shipped confirmation email unless I didn't read it right but the email just said that they can get it deliverered eariler than expected. This is my first time ordering on the apple website although I have an IPhone 4S which i recieved as a christmas present and I think was brought from o2 so I have no idea how long this would take. Why is it still saying "Processing Items"? Surely it doesn't take apple this long to process the items.

Further to my original post, I received my iPad on the 29th which was a day after the earliest possible delivery date. The order status did not change until the day before it arrived so don't worru about that. I realised that it had dead pixels, rang up on Thursday evening and arranged for it to be picked up, replacement arrived on the Wednesday after (4th). This one also had dead pixels and a new one arrived today which I hope is not going to have dead pixels! I am impressed by the speed in which they ship out replacements but annoyed at the quality control if I'm honest.

Order Status is messed up

Ok so like a lot of people I'm patiently waiting for my iPhone order to ship. When I placed the online order through my account at VZW, I received an email confirmation with an "internet order number." This email also contains a link to check order status, which currently says the order is being processed (11 days later, still the same status).
A few days after I placed my order, I received a second email stating that the "ship by date" is on target. However, the order number in this email is different from the first email!
Finally, when I log into My Verizon to check on my orders, neither order number shows up in my order history!
So ... what the heck is going on? Why two different order numbers? And why is my order not even showing up in my account history? I really hope my order went through!
