IPhone 5 phone goes off on camera use
Whenever I use a camera with flash, even with battery life around 35% , the phone goes off within 2-3 clicks. As I start it back, battery life is same. My phone is just an year old and this is very often now, is there a solution to this?
Try a reset, which is similar to a computer restart and is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release.

I have just upgraded to an iphone 4s and whenever I receive a message ,notification or the alarm goes off the camera flash goes of as well. Does anyone know how to disable this. No one else I know with this phone has this happen

i have been getting this message " no sim installed " too many times then my phone goes off , its iphone 4S , its really a problem i cant get calls or anything and im not sure how to take the SIM out then insert it again , what to do ??
Use the sim tool that came with your phone or a safety pin and just insert it into the hole at the side of the sim tray and push it in and then pull it out. It is no more difficult than that and then just close it again.

i Had a simular issue years ago with my blackberry on ATT. As it turned out, my SIM had some issues. I would head over to your carrier and get a free sim replacement. It could be a phone or SW issue, but the Sim is my first guess give my experience

I dropped my iphone 3gs now it goes on when connected with a charger but battery show 0% battery. as soon as i disconnect the charger the phone goes off....
Your the one saying it won't work properly, so yes it is broken.

Like I said in the subject line:
My brand new iPhone 4S/32Gb goes off in any time of the day and the only way to get it back to live is through pressing and holding of the Home and Sleep button together for 5-10 seconds.
Does anybody have that kind of problem as well?

Ever since i upgraded my 3GS with iOS6 the phone goes off repeatedly. This happens when i use 3G or even edge. The battery percentage shows 90% still it goes off & i can see some dark lines on the screen. If i connect it to the charger is powers up again. If i keep it connected to the charger & use it works fine.
Can anyone pls suggest me what could be the problem & how to rectify it. My phone is become unusabe as i connot say when it will go off.Your the one saying it won't work properly, so yes it is broken.

If it's going on and off every minute you'll have to place it in recovery mode to restore it, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808. This will erase the phone so you will have to restore to an existing backup after restoring, if you have one.

I can't play music on my iPhone 4 anymore when my phone is off. I use to double click the home button and I could play music with out having to enter my pass code every time. Now it doesn't work that way any more. Can any one tell me how to fix it?
Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting your device, but it can cure some glitches.

IPhone 4S - phone switches off before battery percentage has got to 0
iPhone 4S - phone switches off before battery percentage has gone to 0 - usually switches off when it's between 20-30%.
When I try the force restart it has the battery sign. (Home Button+Power button)
When I plug the charger in it starts charging from the point it shut off, 20-30%.
Have tried reset all settings.
Have done a restore and setup as a new phone.
Any way I can get it start charging from 0 instead of where it shut off (20-30%) ?Bit of a trek to the Apple store + i can't really send it off as I'm using it all the time.
Anything I can do to recalibrate or reset it so battery drains and starts to charge from 0, before I have to go to the Apple store? -

My phone goes off after 20 seconds of restart.
My phone goes off after 20 seconds of restart. I have remove both battery and sim serval times but it keeps going off after 20-30 seconds of normal start and display. I noticed if I plug it to charge after removing and fixing the battery, it stays on till the charger is unpluged. What can I do to stop it from going off?

While using my Galaxy S-4 once in awhile the camera flash goes off while reviewing my emails or during something other than using the camera Has anybody have the same problem over the past month?
pb1945I haven't seen it reported on the S4, but several S3 users mentioned it after the latest update that phone received. You might try going to Settings > Accessibility > Flash notification ... if the box is checked, uncheck it. If it isn't checked, check it and then uncheck it. I'd suggest then restarting the phone.
