No. Fixing requires replacing the phone. Cost will be US $269 at any Apple store.
Get yourself a case instead.

IPhone 5 came with scratches, can I swap?

I received my iPhone on the 26th, but after I opened it and took off the plastic, I realized that there was a scratch on the back of the rim! I did some research on the Internet and found out that a lot of people had this problem and apple swaps iPhones that come with scratches. Is this true? I am very dissapointed that my iPhone 5 delivered this way. I like to keep my phone in top condition so seeing a scratch on my Phone before I even got to used it was not very satisfactory.

We're just users here, so for the real answer, make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your Apple Store. Show them your phone and if they replace phones for scratches, they'll handle it.

I brought an iPhone 5S two days ago, and my home/sleep button has stopped working. However somehow theres a few tiny dents/scratches on it. Will apple still replace my phone?

Take it to the store, explain your situation, be calm polite and understanding, if they decline ask if they have any further options that are not hte OOW.

How to fix iPhone 6 aluminium dent?

So I have just discovered a 1cm approx dent in the back of my month old and well cared for iPhone 6.
Does anyone know of any DIY ways to fix this?
I used a suction cup to fix an older iPhones screen and thought this might be able to pull the dent out?

USe a case because its made of andonized aluminium this is a dent or scratch magnet

HELP! I dropped my Macbook Pro Retina - Dents & scratches!

I accidentally dropped it from my bed.. It left a dent at the bottom right corner of my display (where the plastic and unibody meets). On top of that, there is a faint long scratches on the unibody. How much does it cost to fix this? Or what other methods can I do to fix this?

Bring the MBP to an Apple store genius bar for a FREE evaluation. You will be advised what the repairs will cost. Understand it will not be covered by the warranty and the cost will be in the hundreds of dollars.

Iphone 6 plus screen scratch without dropping the phone

Purchased my iPhone in November and a good case for it minus the screen guard. After 2 months of use, there is a thin line which cannot be felt from the top till middle of screen. Taken it to an authorized service center but received a denial stating that it is a physical damage and this is not covered under warranty.
I am sure many others would be facing a similar issue but would like to know if there is any solution to this issue like a replacement. Cost mentioned to me for a screen replacement is Rs.26500/-.

Yes glass can be scratched. Yes scratched screens are not covered under warranty. Incase you are not clear what the service centre told you about your options you can ether replace the screen, buy a new phone, or keep the phone as is.

Seriously, I have took really good care of my iPhone 6 plus and have a cover on it. Without any droping, pumping and hurt, the screen scratched And being worse. The most strangest thing is that evey day the flaw becomes more when I weak up in the morning. How can a screem be so fragile. I even did not touch it ! It drives me crazy! Can I go the store to a new one without paying ?

They probably will not replace the phone. Scratching the screen is not covered by the warranty. But they might be able to tell you where these scratches come from if you show them your device and the accessory you use with it, like the case for example.

Warranty and support are only valid in country of origin.
Take it back to the country where you purchased it and to an Apple store.
Or just put it in a case and forget about it.

My iPhone 6 Plus has scratches from my credit cards in my wallet. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I recently purchased the new iPhone and bought a folding wallet case. On one side there are slots for credit cards and the other holds the phone. I noticed that the credit cards are making an impression in my phone screen. I don't put my phone in my back pocket, always carry it in my front slacks pocket. It does not seem like credit cards should be able to scratch a display. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

4 day old iPhone 6 screen already scratched d

Is apple
planning on doing a recall/replacement on the iPhone 6 screen? My phone is 4 Days sold and alreafy has a giant scratch in the middle of the screen despite extra care and cover. Had my 5S for over 1 1/2 yr. and never had this issue. Very upset

It's not good but then it's not strictly a warranty claim as cosmetic issues with scratches doesn't make the phone faulty. Apple have never allowed a warranty claim for cosmetic damage. This is to be expected given the things halfwits do to phones and then try a 'free' repair. We had one here where the punter dropped the phone 2 floors off the balcony in a shopping centre, on to concrete and then demanded a new phone as the original was 'too flimsy' for normal use.... I have cosmetic damage with every Samsung phone I've ever had, using it for work gets it battered to hell in short order. The only option being a hard case. It sounds hard but pay the €100 for a new screen and invest in stick on screen protectors and a flip case?

Iphone 5 black easily scratched

When i bought my iphone a month ago, i noticed one scuff right out the box but i didn't make a big deal. It wasn't really noticable but now i can see at least 4 scuffs, all on the edge. It's kind of weird since it's always in my pocket or on my desk sitting on a cleaning cloth
What do you think i can do? Apple store is 2 hours away and i don't think the carrier would exchange it after 1 month

I have a black iPhone 5. Even if it touches to wooden floor, it is getting white spots on it. Is it not scratch proof? Or my device is faulty.

I have seen many videos showing it doesn't get scratches. Also I had spent so much on this phone so hoping it doesn't get scratches for simple reasons until atleast something hard hit on it or it falls.
