Iphone 5 stock... Where to buy?

would i have better luck getting an iPhone 5 (black/slate, 16gb, verizon) at an Apple store or a second party retailer like verizon, or bestbuy? I am going to get one on November 19 and worried they wont be in stock.

Right so... Got bored off the 10-4am lark..
Just today went onto Milo.com.. Said there was a black 64gb at a RadioShack 5 blocks from me.. Walked down.. Sure enough they did.. Even gave me $125 off it..(Traded in my iphone 4) .in and out within 20 mins.. Loving the phone so far..

It cost me US$ 1,250 and I want a solution because I saw in the Apple web that iPhone warrantee is 1 year and I am still covered by it.
    I have the invoice dated December 24, 2012.
    Do you have any solution to my problem?
    It is hard to believe that a so expensive iPhone has a life of 6 months.
    Do I need to take my iPhone to anywhere they can solve its problem?

    Meg makes a very good point, not to be ignored just to save some $$.  If the phone cannot have been legally off-contract for at least another year, you must be absolutely sure that some provider somewhere will activate it.
    Else you have a $450 (assuming you can find that price) paperweight.

    If you buy an iPhone at the UK or Canadian Apple stores, it should work on the GSM frequencies in both countries. LTE will not work as the LTE channels are different in each country and each iPhone sold in each country is only compatible on LTE channels of that particular country. Other wise it should be fine.
    Be aware that only the Apple store (retail or online) sells the unlocked iPhone in the UK. I think the situation is similar in Canada. (It is in the US).

    for suggestions. In practice, for presentation clips, I think you're limited to MPEG-2 and MPEG-4. I don't know if an additional MPEG-2 QuickTime component is required under Lion, you'll have to check that yourself. So, in the end, it's MPEG-4.     Where are you and where did you get the phone? All iPhones come with a 1 year warranty from the original date of sale.
    Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store and take it in for them to have a look at.

    Adobe doesn't sell CS4 anymore.  It hasn't done it for years.
    The only way to obtain a legitimate s/n would be to buy an unused old-stock copy of CS4 that some reseller may have in their stock room, or to buy it from a private party that has never used that particular copy of CS4 to upgrade the application.
    Both methods bring with them a very high likelihood of your getting ripped off.

I know it was there, and I've asked some of the folks who have helped on this type of thing before to help me relocate it. Of course, they all decided they were "Irish" and (although it has nothing to do with being Irish) are still recovering from celebrations designed to make bartenders rich and breweries dry.
    Hopefully they will be back soon. In the mean time, Rod has suggested two things. One would be taking a look at your account page (click on your account name when in the iTunes Music Store) and seeing if there isn't a way to reset it in the purchase history screen. I don't see anything like that there, but then again, I don't have anything stuck in my cart either
    Give that a shot, then try deauthorizing your computer and reauthorizing it. I see where he is going with this one. It's quite possible that this action will get rid of anything that was hanging out under that particular account name.
    Give these both a shot, and see if it doesn't shake that album loose. If it doesn't, I'm sure someone has a link to the fix I'm thinking of.

    As far as I know the card you mentioned in your posting is just a/b one. I have found info that WLAN compatible cards for P20 are:
    PA3212U-4MPC (Agere 802.11b)
    PA3273U-2MPC (Atheros 802.11ab)
    This unit is about three years old and at this time there was no WLAN cards with g standard. In my opinion you should contact service partner in your country and pick up info about WLAN card compatibility.     My first iPhone (original), it was a comedy of errors. I bought my iphone at the Apple Store, but had to go to ATT to get it activated. Took three trips, because at that time, one had to go home and go on iTunes to activate after the Stores did their thing. It was a horrendous experience . . . as iTunes was inundated with people trying to get activated!
    The process wasn't much different when I had to activate new phones on my former Sprint network, though. Equally as complicated, but only had to go to one store . . . the Sprint store. It still took a very long time to get through all the red tape.
    Since then, they've learned. I now have three other iPhones, which were easily and quickly activated. And it really doesn't matter where you buy your iPhone, the process is the same anyplace you buy your phone. It's just which store is convenient for you. I found the techs at Apple to be more informed about the phone, but techs at ATT more informed about the services. I prefer the Apple Store, actually, simply because I love to browse the store!
    The last iPhone (3gs) I bought at the ATT store, because I needed to port over from Sprint as that last phone was out of contract (Yippee!) The process was painless.
