IPhone 5 won't reboot - Error Code 3014 !!

My iphone 5, running iOS 6.1.1 , has been jailbroken for about a week now, when all of a sudden it froze today. It shut off and restarted, and has been stuck on the apple bootlogo for hours. I tried to restore in recovery mode, and got error 3014, i tried to restore in DFU mode and got error 3014, i've attempted restores in both modes about 10 times each! Every time i get error code 3014. I disabled my firewall and i still get the error code 3014!!! Any Suggestions?

Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.
If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.

Errors 3000-3999 (3004, 3013, 3014, 3018, 3164, 3194, and so on): Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the update server (gs.apple.com) on ports 80 or 443.
Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
Check that your security or firewall software is not interfering with ports 80 or 443, or with the server gs.apple.com.
Follow Troubleshooting security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you are using a proxy, try without using one.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network.

IPhone 5 won't restore - Error (3014)

I upgraded my iPhone 5 to a 6 when they came out last year, and deleted everything off the iPhone 5 of it as instructed on the apple website.
I then gave the phone to my Dad, who has only just started to use it now.
My Dad entered the wrong pass code quite a few times. I have tried to restore the phone and it is not working. I am using my Dad's computer, and am signed in as me and have trusted this computer on my ID. It keeps telling me that it cannot restore and gives error code (3014)
Any help would be gratefully received as this is so annoying!!

TS3694 error code 3014 after backing up stage of installing ios6

whilst trying to load ios 6 onto my iphone 4 as backup is completing error code 3014 comes up this has happened 3 times now?

Check this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694 and expand all sections. Look for error 3014 and you will see it happens to deal with contacting the Apple server to verify the upgrade. Try connecting to iTunes via the computer and cable and see if that will fix your problem.

IPhone 4 unable to repair error code 2001

Hi,
Recently i plugged my iphone 4 in to recharge at night while i went to sleep.
I woke up and saw my iphone rebooting over and over again, when i disconnected it from the power outlet it went all black doing nothing at all.
So i went to plug it in my macbook pro on usb, it started rebooting with the apple logo again ( over and over ).
i read on the internet to put it in recovery mode, so i did and was thinking thank god i can recover it.
Everytime i try to recover my iphone 4 i get a error code 2001 sometimes 2006.
So i read on the apple website to try remove every usb device exept my iphone and try to remove battery of my macbook pro and restart.
Nothing seems to work, it just keeps failing to recover.
Any advice what might work?, or what i shoeld do?

Since your screen is flashing you may want to look at the hardware troubleshooting article. The error 21 is a hardware issue and is addressed in the quote from the second article.

Make sure it's charged using a will charger. If it still won't turn on try resetting it (hold on/off and home buttons simultaneously for 10-15 seconds until you see the Apple logo, release and wait for it to restart).

Possibly something is blocking Apple through iTunes from approving your iPhone Restore. Sometimes this is due to your computer Hosts File redirecting your request away from Apple. Seach your computer for Hosts, open this file with Word Processor program. If there is any reference to gs.apple.com this is the problem. This name and the number with it needs to be removed.

The iPhone can only be serviced in the country where it has been bought, and it can't be shipped internationally to Apple Support, you'll or somebody else have to bring it personally. If you registered the phone with your Apple ID, you might not need the receipt, Apple Support should have your data.
